Even his waitress was upset because she knew we came in there all the time. His cook was so busy running his mouth that he forgot to put my ham in my omelet. There were also 5 adults in line, but not all together. None of them were able to order because a small middle aged man, who appeared to be in charge, was screaming at a young man who was also behind the counter. Most of his language consisted of cuss words. The family folks quickly asked that the screaming and cussing be stopped. The young man who was the target of this tirade also asked the supervisor to stop this behavior in front of the children. Within a couple of minutes, those of us in line, rapidly left the building, in fear that we may be soon witnessing a physical fight or worse. On the way out the door, we were asked by those in the drive through what the hold up was. When they were told, they started to leave. Thought that ownership should know what is going on at this store. This situation was totally one sided. No one should have to put up with that kind of treatment.

I wanted a burger on this hot summer day, but I was tired of going to mediocre fast food chains that litter airport highway. I wish I would've gone sooner. Perfectly cooked, slightly sweet bun, lovely melted American cheese. Think of the best McDonalds cheeseburger you've had, but actually made well. Reminds me of Swensons and Sky-Way drive in restaurants from back home. Total was $5 for just these two things, but that's fine with me - it's going to a local chain of restaurants, and the quality was superior to the others in the area. The short bit of service I experienced was definitely better than the poorly trained and understaffed chain fast food in the area. Despite previous reviews, I found the place clean. No glaringly dirty conditions, at least. Definitely will have to return someday and try their famous chili dogs and breakfast. 4 stars for what I experienced today, and one left to give if everything else they offer holds up once I try it.
