Just moved to the 43623 zip code and USPS sent out a coupon for a free pizza from Jet's on Monroe St. We do not have one near us, but 3 years ago, had Jet's and remembered it being one of the best pieces of pizza I'd had. Picked up a Detroit style deep dish and an order of Jet's triple cheese turbo sticks on Sunday, 3/16. WE ARE HOOKED. The pizza was so perfect, honestly. The amount of toppings was perfect and the bacon was so flavorful!! The peperoni was delicious and the sauce was magnificent!!! The amount of cheese for just standard cheese was pull worthy!!! The crust----words cannot explain how perfectly cooked the crust was. Crispy on the bottom and beyond perfect!! The bread - O.M.G.!!! The flavors kicked you and then the cheeses pulled you back in! We are a new regular and cannot wait to place our next order! The staff was friendly and all around, I have no recommendations other than to keep up the great work!!! read more

In my opinion, Jet's Pizza is the bomb! I was introduced to Jet's by my gf who lived in the Brighton, MI area at the time. One of those deals that turned out to be "love at first bite" . Recently moved to Sylvania Twp and found out there was a Jet's within 10 minutes of the house on Monroe. Bonus - they have a drive up window for the utmost of convenience. We used to order the jets boats all the time about 5 years ago. Recently we started trying to do it again. Today ordered two pizza boats pretty simple. Pepperoni bacon simple stuff and a salad. Ordered about 3:45 on a Sunday and it took 90 min to delivery and the boats are tiny. These are 8 bucks. They are some seriously tiny calzones. They have decreased in size from a few years ago. Really significantly. The salad is whatever. It's a salad but a 90 minute wait even if you're busy which would be odd at 3:45 coupled with some really tiny calzones which two boats and a salad comes to 30 bucks. I'm done with this place. You can get better value at any of the 100 pizza places in Toledo. No reason to waste my time with jets anymore. The taste is good but the value just isn't there. I'm guessing they aren't sweating losing me as a customer but if they are reducing the boat size to save money due to financial constraints, maybe they should be. read more

Would get 10/5 stars if it weren't for the price. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and it cost 15dollars. What place charges 15 dollars for a medium pizza"non-specialty" clearly they have not done their homework on their competitors. With a tight budget now clearly there is no way I can choose them over a Marcos or a papa Johns. I can get 3 large from little Caesars for this cost.(clearly not as good but you get the point) I'm willing to pay a little more but common be reasonable. Lower your prices and I'll be in 2-3 days a week. Keep them the same and I'll never return. read more

This place was highly recommended and did not disappoint. We had the Mexican pizza that was spicy and good even my son loved it thin crust style. Then got the Jet Ten in deep dish Chicago style not sure they got that right but tastes amazing and would order again. We also got the Greek salad that was good side for the heavy pizza. We used to love jets for their wings, bold fold and the turbo cheese sticks. Tonight we placed an order at 6:00pm. We were told there was a 60 to 120 min wait. Wondered why so long but figured they were super busy. Come 830pm, was told that our order was cancelled and that they had dropped a coupon and ran out of product because they were so busy. No phone call, nothing. Told we were credited a 10$ coupon. As far as I'm concerned total crap. No respect for loyal customers. read more

Jet's Pizza place might look small but do not let the small building fool you because they have good pizza. They serve a variety of pizza toppings:cheese, pepperoni, all meat, Philly Cheese Steak, and Meatball Supremo. While you can choose the topping, you can also choose the seasoning of the crust. There is parmesan, butter, garlic and cajun. Jet's has deep dish, thin crust, gluten free, and New York round tossed. Considering all of these options you may want a salad or some more bread to go with it. They have 6 types of salads and cinnamon sticks. At Jet's you can get such a diverse meal for a good price and good customer service. Along with having great pizza, they keep their work space clean too which is important since they are making food there. I would recommend coming here. read more

BEWARE! This Jets store actually STOLE from us! One of the owners (Aaron) refused to refund our money even though they never delivered our pizza! We accidently called this store instead of the one that was closer to us. They charged our card without knowing we were out of thier delivery area, which is their responsibility to verify. A co-owner (Jason) agreed we should be refunded, but the other co-owner dug in and refused. To add insult to injury he (Aaron) insulted both my wife and me then had the gall to lecture me on PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! Hah! He figured because we were outside their normal customer area he could go ahead and steal from us and insult us without consequence. read more

I have been to this location 2 times with the same results. The special is 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza and a 20 oz drink for 4 dollars. Both times the pizza has been cold and you could tell it had probably been sitting at room temperature for several hours if not days. The corner pizza is very filling. The salad is unusually good for a pizza place. A bit expensive but the quality is higher than dominos etc... Sometimes it has been undercooked center, but generally it is pretty good. One piece is enough to fill me up! read more

The pizza is usually undercooked and if it is delivered plan on it coming late, my last pizza arrived over 30 minutes late and freezing cold. They have great pizza, but customer service is lacking. Called ordered a pizza and was told 60 minutes or less, and have waited over an hour. Called to find out the status of my order and they lady on the phone said it should have gone out already, then hung up. If they can fix the customer service to match the food all is good. read more
