Every time I have ordered food here they have forgotten at least one to two items each time. Then again, it is a McDonald's.

oh dear Mcdonald's, I know you're really bad for me. I know your fries are probably the worst thing I shouldnt eat late at night. Your chicken nuggets probably have no real chicken meat.. BUT I still love you. I try to cut off on fast food. i swear. But Mcdonald's just comes in really handy late night. Especially this one is 24 hour drive thru. Or bike thru. HAHA. My friends and I ( 6 of us) have visited Mcdonald's Drive Thru late at night. Always great service. They never get our orders wrong, except once in a while they might forget either our ranch sauce, or sweet and sour sauce. But it's okay, we forgive. They must be super tired working overnight shifts. my friends and i tend to get the munchies after being intoxicated, and you get hungry. So Mcdonald's run is a must. After all, $4.99 for 20 piece of chicken nuggets is such a great deal! Oh and i very much appreciates the dollar menu :) read more

Disclaimer: I haven't been to a McDonald's for over 3 years. No joke. But one day I shot straight out of bed and looked at my clock and realized it was only 9:30-one hour till breakfast closed down at McDonalds. (Remember watching Big Daddy with Adam Sandler? Yeah, I blame him.) Suddenly, the thought of a sausage McGriddle beckoned me and without even brushing my hair, I dragged the ever so willing bf to McDonalds. 10 minutes later, we're in the parking lot jumping up for joy like SpongeBob Squarepants imagining what joys await us. There's nothing more satisfying than the sweet taste of those pancake patties with sausage and cheese. I'm getting hungry imagining that all over again. Pair that with hash browns and a cup of coffee and you've got a dynamite combination. Funny thing about breakfast that allows you to learn a lot about your partner. For instance, CP and I opened up our sandwiches, broke our hash browns in half and added it to the layers without first mentioning our McGriddle habit to the each other. We look at each other across the table, realize we have the exact same routine. Suddenly, I flash forward to the future countless Sunday mornings when we'll be sitting with our kids making them finish their Big Breakfast before heading to church. And it all started with McDonalds. I probably won't be coming back for the 500 calorie McGriddles for another couple of months at best but when I do get the urge for a $1 sweet tea like Jennifer (because mama loves her sweet tea ya'll) I'll be back. So I learned a couple things: 1. My boyfriend loves me even if I drag him to McDonalds. 2. I still look good with a bird's nest of hair. 3. I fit right in at McDonalds in my pj's. 4. McDonalds could be the litmus test for relationships. If your significant other says they're too good for McDonald's, then dump them. No one is too good for McDonald's, including this restauranteur and her culinary trained future husband. read more

Mcdonalds recently reconfigured their coffee after 30 years bringing it to a "premium roast". Good coffee and getting it drive thru for $1.50 (and they put the cream in for you) may be a four star experience especially if you are in a hurry. Right now, its even free from 5-7am But what raises it to 5 stars for me is the nice older gentlemen who is there nearly every morning with a group of guy friends and waves to me thru the window as I drive by. read more

I ordered a McCafe Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and there were piece of METAL and METAL SHAVINGS INSIDE OF MY DRINK!!!!! I went back and complained about 30 minutes later and they claimed that "the ice was just dirty" or "it was just plastic", but the last time I checked, plastic isn't shiny or gray... They did not file a report because they said they had already cleaned the machine out. So I ordered another frozen lemonade to see if there were still pieces of metal in the drinks, and there was... Well I can say that I've never had a double cheeseburger in my life, and this one was well made. The patties weren't overly dried and limp, and the cheese was nicely melted in between. They were NOT skimpy on the ketchup and relish, which is perfect. And pickles, sometimes they skimp on pickles, but they did not this time! I would not order it again, because I don't think McDonald's could remake this sandwich!!! Even with being a chain restaurant!! $1 promotion of caramel mocha, regular mocha, or peppermint mocha ends on 12/11!! However, the caramel iced coffee is still my favorite. It saves pretty well too, and the syrup doesn't weirdly separate at the end. read more

Yeah, that's right, I'm yelping McDonald's because frankly, when I'm pmsing, I crave Big Macs. This McDonald's never lets me down - it's on the way home, the drive thru is open 24 hours and the food is consistent. I'm also a fan of the sweet tea (a nice alternative to soda) and the cookies are 3 for $1 and, in my opinion, taste better than Mrs Field's. Can't beat that price. The drive thru crew is also really nice and whenever I ask for more ketchup, they always give me more than a handful without copping an attitude. Thank you. read more

I see why the avergae 3 stars this location gets. The Crew is nice the food is hot. Fries are better. The lids are a problem in the medium drinks. Some people don't care and drink with out lids like me, however a customer went to the counter just now and received a different lid at the counter. So this lowered the 3 star average down to two. If you know there is a problem with the medium drink pass out a straw and lid at the counter. If you care about your customers have clean up around the drink and ketchup area more often. I did not use bathroom so if that is a true mess I will up date if the 2 star extends into bathroom I would not be surprised. The lay out looks like it is missing a few movable chairs. I COUNT 3 missing. People seem to be enjoying. Just got up to let a bigger goup not have to move chairs around. read more

With a brand new establishment of such popularity comes automatic hype. The last building was demo'd and they replaced it with a massive white box with another golden arch. I just wanted to check it out, so we went inside, rather than taking the drive-thru. I was shocked at how small the eatery portion of the building was. What was the rest of the building used as? Maybe they were storing the cattle to make the beef fresh onsite. It was not at all impressive. The cashier who took our order kept repeating what I said to make sure he understood correctly. I thought they were attempting to do some Eddy the Echo ploy to go with old marketing. He echoed my order FOUR times all with question marks at the end of each phrase. What was so difficult about "two number one meals"? The dining area was filthy and the new and modern soda fountains was out of original Coke, although it had about 10 other Coke flavors. I really miss the original building with two-stories that was around back in the 80's and 90's. They ruined a good thing with all the poor modernization attempts. read more

I was devastated when the old location was torn down a few months ago. Not that I eat fast food all the time, but it's good to know this is a close enough option if I feel like revisiting a childhood treat. I'm glad this is finally reopened after the renovation was about a month overdue, but am disappointed. Upon seeing the frame being built (I drive past the location every morning on my way to work), I thought, oh nice, it's going to be bigger. No, it's actually smaller. Other reviewer is correct: reduced parking, reduced dining space, but more room for not one, but two drive-thrus. Had breakfast there this morning. Had been wondering how they were going to announce the reopening. Maybe a few promo deals? No announcement, no promos. My breakfast was good though. This place failed. It's brand new and already a miss! The snot-nosed cashier kept asking us our order repeatedly, to make sure he got it right. Yes, two number ones with Coke... for the fourth time. Then there was no more coke in the soda fountain. That pushed me over the edge. Coke is a staple with a McDonald's meal. The place was a pigsty inside and there were all these workers just hanging out, but yet there was a wait of about a dozen people and only one person was attempting to do anything. Lastly, they must have a vault hidden somewhere, because you don't have a building that big with such a small dining area. Maybe there was a VIP section you need a special invitation for. read more

This location is by far the nicest around with very nice staff. However, my experience today was a miss. I ordered filet o fish "plain" and this was the first time the cheese goes missing too. Plain just means no sauce or other condiments. I also left with no ketchup or sauce for my chicken nuggets. Lastly, the happy meal box was not folded well so half of the fries fell out. Ill still come back here next time but ill be more careful to check my entire order before leaving. read more

I don't really eat McDonalds and I think the food makes me feel like crap afterwards. HOWEVER, this review is for McDonalds in relation to the other McDonalds that I've been to. This place truly stands out because of the service and friendliness. Occasionally I'm in the mood for something sweet and McDonalds has just the thing to fix that. If I'm going to be eating something unhealthy, it's not like eating it anywhere else is better so I might as well get some for cheap at McD's right? I came here after work at around 9pm, and I cannot say how much I hate the drive-thru. The space is so narrow that I feel like if I sneezed I might run my car into the side walls. I drop all conversation and focus on not ruining my car-paint every time I go through that passage. I ordered a sundae, and some McFrappes for my siblings which came out to be around $5. Really good price compared to buying sweets from a creamery or coffee shop. The thing that makes this place 5-star, IN RELATION TO OTHER McD's, is the manager. He always has a smile on his face and joked around with me as I was waiting for my food. Honestly, there's not much you can do to make McDonalds a favorable experience. The place will smell like grease and the foods will never be as high quality as the stuff you pay big $$ for. But what you can improve is the customer service and the general friendly vibe that I got. 5-star, in comparison to other McD's! read more

Okay, so normally I don't review fast food restaurants; however, I need to add this positive review for an employee that went above and beyond. Her name is Maria and she was very helpful, professional, and made the customer experience so great. My daughter and I went to the drive through (because we were tired of cooking at home due to the pandemic) and wanted something quick and tasty. The meals were good overall but the fries were cold and soggy. A big reason to go to McDonald's is because of their fries so when we wanted a break from home food we were dissatisfied. I called the store as a heads up and spoke with Maria. She was very helpful and apologetic and was surprised about our food and asked that we come back when convenient. We tried it again and she was totally helpful and ensured our food was perfect (which it was indeed.) Despite them being very busy, Maria made sure to be available to chat and thanked us for coming back. read more

I love McDonalds in general, but this one is getting really stingy. I personally hate those McD that charge for an extra BBQ sauce for the nuggets! Also, this one seems to mess up the sweet tea brew much more often than other places. I drink a LOT of sweet tea, and about 4/10 times, there is something wrong with it, either wattered down a lot, or has been sitting around so long, it has a strange stale taste to it. This McDonald's has not been responsible with the coronavirus. Some of their employees don't wear masks. They have them on but are not covering their mouth and nose. One cashier didn't have his mask on and I told him to put it on and he couldn't hear me so snuck his head below the screen to ask what I needed. Such a shame to not use their masks. read more

so im writing a review about mcdonalds.. i dont eat mcdonalds very often..sure the nearest one is only a couple blocks away but so what.. anyways...my little brother's friends were sleeping over and around 2 in the morning they were bugging me to drive them over to mcdonalds for some food..so i took them.. ive been in the drive thru at this mcdonalds a couple of times before so i know the people that work drive thru by face.. i ordered all the crap they wanted off the dollar menu plus food for my gf..one of the items i happened to order was mcnuggets.. anyways, i pull up to the window..and i see a familiar face..i dont know his name..but he is the guy with the jamaican accent who always works drive thru...and normally is very kind and respectful... i dont know who shoved a big mac up his a** that day but he was very rude and snatched the money outta my hand and said "what sauce do u want for your nugget".. i looked over to my brother's friend who had ordered the nuggets and said "hey jerry, what sauce do you want" and before i could even finish the jamaican guy yells at me "WHAT SAUCE..I DONT HAVE TIME"...
