    Super Taco

Ate here for lunch and was surprised at how packed with meat the tacos came in. You really get your money worth. However it definitely could use more flavor but nothing sauces can't fix.

First time trying El Super Burrito and shouldn't have went. I came by with friend on Friday night at 7:30 pm. Prices are average. I got the super al pastor burrito and it was bad. 5 bites in and only rice/beans. The meat was dry. The burrito fell apart and all the oil dripped out. Very oily. There were people but not crazy busy. No salsa bar but free chips and a salsa. The salsa is watered down and no flavor. Small parking lot

Greetings to all, this is my first time back to El Super Burrito in 7 years, our first experience here wasn't great at all, but this time I am happy to say that they have improved over time. The outside of the restaurant stayed pretty much the same, as well as the inside which has enough seating for a small lunch crowd. The service was great, and it came from an assembly line of beautiful ladies working at a generous pace to put out their best products as possible. I decided to test them though, l ordered a large Veggie Burrito with extra queso , they nailed it; it was very tasty. So after a 7 year hiatus, I will continue to come back for more of their tasty dishes. For me, this restaurant is a solid 3.5 with only room to get better. Nice comeback El Super Burrito So to be continued

I'm not sure what the hype was but not the best spot. Feels like you have to speak their language or be a regular to get a good order. Makes me a little sad to see that because I wanted some good food. If you have a spanish speaking friend I'd highly recommend coming here with them or they'll be a bit more lack luster with service. Interior is small but cute. Some seating for 2 or 4 people. No large groups. Probably won't come back.

The cashier wasn't friendly at all and made us feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. But the food was delicious and very affordable.

Their birria here was to die for. It was so delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. The decor and vibes were excellent!

Cute and clean dining area with some booths! Large parking lot seems very safe. Across from Safeway. Lots of drink options, large menu that's good for all. My husbands burrito was fantastic. I loved my cheese enchiladas. Great chips and salsa too! Check this place out. Not far from airport.

Not that good. The taco shells are store bought and extremely hard. It's not authentic Mexican food.

Fun little hole-in-wall. Priced reasonably, tastes good & offers tables inside. My go-to when I'm in the area.

Food is decent, price is rising for the portions, they have started to charge extra for salsa which is not ideal.

I simply told Paolo B: take me to one of your favorite places. And that's what brought me here. While I would trust this man with my life, I will admit that a thought entered my mind when he mentioned that this was one of his favorite burrito spots: most burritos are pretty damn similar. Is this one *really* going to be that much better? Well, it was. And that's why they call Paolo the love child of Guy Fieri and Simon Cowell of the Bay Area. The man knows talent and that's why he's goated. First off, I don't know if I've ever seen a burrito on a menu that consists of both steak and shrimp. Normally, I'd have to choose between the two different types of my favorite protein, but here, you get the best of both worlds. Plus, you can request your burrito to be grilled, which just adds a layer of love to something that's already stuffed to the max with it. Throw a little green sauce on each bite and you have one of the better burritos I've ever eaten. If I lived in the area, I too would be a regular here. Unfortunately, I am many states away, but if you're also not local and happen to be reading this review, I have good news for you. It's about as close to the airport as it can be, so you have no excuse not to make it your first stop after you land at SFO, or the last stop right before you head back home.

Definitely take advantage of the salsa bar. We loved the green salsa! Our only big critique was we would have loved to have the chips warmed. If you like street tacos, get the normal tacos and not the special taco. Service 4/5: the staff was friendly. I did have to ask to have someone explain the salsas to me, but overall they were friendly and willing to explain things when asked. Ambiance 4/5: this is a dive and very small. We were able to get a table outside, but if it's busy there may not be places to sit. Overall a nice taco place!

The beef is unbelievably juicy, and the consommé is so rich and flavorful that I always end up drinking the leftover dip like soup. It's that good! Even my 7-year-old picky-eater can eat three of these in one sitting! The truck used to park by Safeway in Millbrae but moved because of construction. One day I was seriously craving their birria, so I drove up and down El Camino until I finally found them in San Bruno, about half a block from the Arco gas station near Santa Lucia Avenue. My wife got the super burrito and I decided on the super quesadilla. There was about 3-4 people in front of me waiting for food. Waited for about 5 minutes before I got my food. After the drive home, my food was still hot as if it was just served. Chips still crunchy and salsa still chilled. My super quesadilla had really good taste and flavor, but the portion for me just didn't do it. Looked small, felt small and weighted much less compared to my wife's super burrito. The outside slices held together but the middle slices fell apart fast despite using Dos manos (two hands). Basically same price as the super burrito but less food. The super burrito however, this is one of the better tasting burrito's I've had. Cheesy, flexible but crunchy tortilla, flavorful carne asada. Freshness from the pico de gallo, slight kick from the salsa. Overall just a really good burrito. Highly recommend. I definitely will try other things on their menu next time. The question I always ask myself after trying a new place is "would I come back here?". For the super quesadilla, no. For the burrito and to try other things, definitely.

The issue is that I was definitely pushing it on time if I planned on making my flight. As I was driving here, I had the thought that if there was an annoying parking situation or a line, I would just have to pivot and forego patronizing. But as it turns out, there was one spot available right next to the front door and no one inside. But then when I requested a nitro, the owner (I assume?) was extremely apologetic that their coffee machine broke. I asked for a few alternate types of coffee, but it turned out said machine controlled it all. So we shifted to the pastries. I read on the website that they had something with guava, so I asked for two of those: one for me, one for the wife. He even offered to heat mine up, which I will say yes to 100% of the time. I then jumped back in the car and was back into "don't' miss your flight mode." Of course, when you're in a hurry, you manage to hit every red light along the way, so I was doing a lot of yelling at electricity and God. But then I figured I might as well take the time to try the pastry that I'd originally planned on eating on the plane. As it turns out, it brought me into a nearly immersive experience of zen. The only bad thing is that I devoured it within seconds and then it was merely a thing of the past. My wife is fortunate that I have the amount of integrity that I do because I am sitting on the plane as I write this and I could easily inhale that 2nd pastry with her being none the wiser. If you're reading this, wife, remember that you hit the spousal lottery.
