Have tried to call the place to talk to the manager. No answere and sounded like it want to a fax machine. So today, ordered a McDouble meal @ $6.00. An up charge was added fot a Med soda. Did not ask for it. Questioned it. They order guy did his best. All I wanted was my soda with no ice. Took forever to get my food and they had to make me a new drink. Had this issue with the one on Silverspring and I think these guys get paid to upcharge you with out asking. Have better options in the area and should not even eat their stuff. read more

We stopped there yesterday to grab a quick bite. Not only do you wait in line forever, but also only get half of your order. Once they shove the bag of food at you, they close the door and block the window. We opened up our bag to find half a box of fries. We tried knocking on the window, continued to get ignored. We called several times, no answer. Finally "nae nae" answered the phone and we told her about knocking on the window and calling several times. Her response, "what do you want me to do about it". I'm routinely over charged by the lady that wears the winter cap in drive thru, a manager no less. Outside lights are never on when she's working. Today she thought putting my bag of food under her armpit was a good idea then proceeded to checkout a person at the front counter while my food sat near the drive thru window. After the counter person was taken care of she came to my now cold hash brown and my soon to be discovered hard bagel to collect payment. Again, she must have rung me up for a meal as it was 40 cents more than when the other, far better managers charge. It wasn't until I arrived at my final destination that I noticed no receipt, I do remember seeing her take a long swig off that freshly poured beverage though. Completely disappointed in my hard bagel with an over swipe of sauce (seriously did you use a spoon) and my cold hash brown. I walked in with cell phone in hand to use the app. A black female finally approached me as I was standing in front of the cash register and I was pulling up the app. The app was very very slow . Nobody was behind me other than my wife also using her phone app. On the screen it read " allow McDonald's to use your camera, location etc..." along with deny and 2 other choices. This black female reached over and was about to touch me cell phone screen and choose what she wanted. I always push deny and pulled my cell away from her reaching arm/hand. Opened the burger box, the cheese was smashed on the front of the box. I asked them to make another and put the cheese on the burger. On Tuesday an employee yelled a profanity very loudly. Everyone in the restaurant heard this man. A few minutes later, the employee left. Yet the next day, he was back at work. I complained to corporate two times. Just received a call from the manager at the store telling me that the GM and supervisor said there were extenuating circumstances and he gets to keep his job. What the heck? He had an elderly lady, suffering from Stage 3 lung cancer in tears. She was so upset that she didn't even get her coffee.
