31 minute wait time from time of ordering to time of being given food. There is nothing fast about this fast food place. The drive through line was long and well into the parking lot, so we went inside to order. We ordered off the kiosk for convenience. I felt bad because although there was an ample number of employees working here, they were swamped with drive through orders, in person, kiosk, yelp, and doordash orders. Apparently, the hot cakes were setting them back. I appreciate the employees trying to give the customers updates on their food. But I won't be back until their service timings are improved. Well I have to tell on myself I caved in just for a moment and my wife. We were walking and came across McDonald's. Had the 2 cheese burger combo with large fries and a soda and I had unsweetened ice tea. Well the combo didn't look like the T. V. commercials shows but the fries were finally fresh and hot. Now let's talk about service. We older by kiosk inside which didn't go well. I went to the counter to ask why we hadn't got our order. Now we met Paul at the counter what a great example of service this young man was exceptional corrected the kiosk fiasco and couldn't do enough for us to make up for problem. The facility was as a fast food place normally is trash bins full I actually had to push stuff down to be able to dump our trash. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Sorry no pics everyone knows what a McDonald's combo looks like right. This was mostly about Paul and his politeness. I gave four stars because he made our visit comfortable. read more

I'm giving this location a 5 because of Michael R. He was our drive through attendant and he did a phenomenal job! Customer service is top tier and he should be the head of customer service training with a pay raise. This gentleman was patient courteous and respectful (unlike most fast food places and even some of the staff at this location). This seems natural to him to perform this way professionally you can tell. I credit his personality and values for the outstanding service!!! If you go here be prepared to get parked. They are more concerned with their "drive thru time" on paper rather than customer service. They park every car they and make them wait a long time in the parking stalls. They have up to 8 cars parked at once it's ridiculous. read more

Let's face it, we come here for the convenience of McDonalds. This is my fourth visit here in the past couple of months and consistently the service is lacking and they need a better system for people that like to dine in the restaurant or order through their app. If it's an employee retention issue or labor need, hiring more employees to accommodate this location needs to be reviewed. Mobile system is down and shortage of employees has led to closure of indoor lobby/in-person ordering. Furthermore we only found out mobile ordering system was down when arriving at Howard location and prompted by error message to go inside to speak w/ an employee (mind you the lobby is closed so we had to knock and jump around for attention. Luckily a friendly supervisor named Cassandra was able to help us while attempting to take her scheduled (and work-free) lunch. When manager Bob arrived he apologized for inconvenience and helped complete our orders. In case you're trying to head to the other location in madera note they're out of the Disney toys that go along w/ a happy meal (a deal breaker for my kids). All in all was out of there mostly satisfied within 16minutes. Hopefully McDonalds corp can get Bob and Cassandra help as they're trying their best. read more

So, where do I begin. This McDonald's needs help, it's staff is overwhelmed it's food is a 35 minute wait in the drive through, the staff doesn't seem to care whether or not the order is correct. McDonalds has consistency down when it comes to it's food. The kids really like it and they leave happy with their happy meal toy. This establishment is up to date and considerably cleaner than the Kerman McDonalds that's in terrible need of an update. The tables here were not clean though. Everytime I come to this location they ignore you for several minutes over the speaker, I understand being busy but just let the customer know. They consistently mess up my order whether it's forgetting items, putting onions on when I ask for none, they also managed to mess up a drink. They don't care about problems either because they will ignore you for long portions of time if you come inside to try and remedy the problem. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

But tonight I ordered a pickup just a nice simple quarter pounder with cheese with no mustard and no pickles, and extra ketchup and mayo. If they were making that Special Order anyway ( or they should have been), they just really messed it up. Not only did I have pickles, I had 5 pickles and a large portion of mustard! I'm pretty sick at the moment, and had my husband go pick up our breakfast mobile order before he went to work this morning. I ordered 5 items. The curbside area was blocked off so he ended up going through drive thru. The cashier confirmed what was in the bag and said to go through to second window. Once he got to second window, the gentleman repeated what was in the bag and handed off the bag to my husband and closed the window. No customer service whatsoever. He didn't leave a great impression. Once my husband came home to drop off my food, two of the items were missing. I called and the gal that I spoke to was nice but she didn't understand that I can come back due to me being sick and my husband is already clear on his way at home. I asked if there is some way for someone to deliver and stated no delivery. Well....does it look like I'm going to come all the way back to McDonald's for a mistake that they have done....no....and those hashbrowns are no longer $1.00. I love Mcdonald's for a quick bite. Their Mcflurries are so good, I normally like to get that with french fries and dip it in. Sooo good. I wish I could give zero stars for the service. I was on my car speaker phone with my husband just now. We were talking about an emergency situation with one of our children so I had the window up thinking that I would see the cashier and roll the window down when she was ready to hand me my food. As I'm talking I look over and see this huge Grimace looking women in the window giving me a nasty look. I roll the window down and she doesn't say anything. She just stood there like a a statute. So I gestured to her to hand me the bag and she did. She was still holding the bottle of milk that I ordered and kept starting at me so I again gestured for her to hand me the mail. Mind you she never said hello, thank you nothing. So I pull around and onto Howard Rd and she gave me what looked to be a middle finger. I then call to speak with the manager and someone answered the phone and wouldn't give me their name. I then told them what happened and ask for the employees name so I could call corporate on the employee. They claimed her name was Esmeralda and she doesn't have glasses which is why she was standing there. I told the person I spoke with that she saw well enough to find my car to give me a middle finger.
