You need to improve everything. First get some people that at least understand English. The language barriers prohibit customers from getting g correct orders. Secondly, when people take the time to order ahead, they do not want to be parked and then forgot about. Everytime, which is almost each time I go, I am parked and have to go in and get my food. As a person who already has an addiction with the golden arches, I frequented at least once a week for a month to see how Ronald was doing. Usually when i go here i get a typical order. The time to receive your food is average, and the place is typically clean. But today when i got here I just wanted to get one thing so i used my points in the app (6000 pnts or 60$ of purchased food) to get a large carmel frappe. So then i proceeded to wait for 25 min and not get my singular drink. After that I went up to the front and noticed that my order number was not there. I asked a worker if i could just get this made and i showed her my receipt. She then told me that they didn't have this drink and I asked if I could get a replacement item or my points back. She told me that since it was free that i can't get a replacement item. At this point i was just confused and again told her that I had used 6000 points to get this (60$ of purchases) and she looked at me like I am stupid. another lady was also dealing with the same issue but was yelling at them. I figured that they probably don't know how to add back points but at least give me like a coke or something. I honestly do not why I go back to this location other than it is nearby. I've had some of the worst experiences here. I will give two examples from the last week (my last week of being a customer here): a few days ago I placed a mobile order for a breakfast sandwich and a drink. After I picked it up, I realized they'd given me the wrong order. I went inside to correct the issue and overheard someone in the drive thru also getting a wrong order and was followed inside by yet a third customer with a wrong order. Sadly, none of the three of us had the other's breakfast. Mind blowing how this got so messed up and equally mind blowing that employees and managers didn't fall all over theirselves to apologize for the colossal screw up to any of us. Today, I used my mobile code before placing an order for a drink. Having been burned by the app before, I made sure that it was set to pay using a linked card. The cashier chased me down at the pick up window to tell me I hadn't paid. I showed her the app with everything set correctly and gave her the same 4-digit code yet again. She came back and still wanted me to pay. I told them to keep the drink. That's the last chance I give them. I called the store immediately upon discovering that my drive-thru order was incomplete. The store manager said they couldn't refund me unless I brought the card back in. This isn't an option as I do not live near the store. I spoke with McDonald's corporate and was told I'd receive a call from the store owner. After nearly a week passed with no call back, I reached out to corporate again and was told they'd renew the callback request. Two more weeks passed without a call so I called Coporate again. I have a complaint about just one employee. Whatever this employee touches and hands back to me smells like some type of perfume or lotion. It is so strong that I can't even seem to get the smell off of my hands after washing them. I've had this happen on several occasions and have had to ask for my food or drinks to be remade by someone else. The employee in question is always annoyed, but I should not have to worry about my food or drinks tasting or smelling like perfume or lotion or whatever the smell is. I've never had any problems with the other employees, just this one in particular.
