By far the worst McDonalds, probably in the world. They close the store early, they have prissy, bothered, slow employees, and if it's not Drive Thru be ready to wait a looooooong time. They need to balance their drive thru/walk in ratio. Oh yeah, their fries, like how do you mess up McDonalds fries?? Well, Lathrop location figured it out. Either too salty, or no salt at all. Again, balance... Corporate needs to train this staff. read more

He krose no open....no no. I don't know what happened to this place but possibly it's closed for renovation or perhaps for good because of its aging structure. Anyway the building is mowed down but I think one drive through sign is still standing. I believe it's the exit sign. Hopefully a new replacement with completely new employees that are experienced will occupy this spot. Five starts for shutting down and bull dozing the place down. read more

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. If you have to starve it's a better option! Lol I'm serious. I Ordered a large fries off the kiosk (0 salt) so they can make it fresh, I got an old batch with extra salt, the staff here treats customers like enemies lol I confronted them and they lied eye to eye. read more

Stopped here to grab some coffees and hit the bathroom on our journey up north. It was clean. We went through the drive thru but got out to go to the potty. The line took forever! They have two lanes but the drive thru took like 20 mins. It was brutal. They don't make people pull over, they keep them at the window. They waited til I got to the window to tell me, "oh we are only accepting cash now" Why didn't you tell me that when I was ordering and had a chance to leave. I never carry cash on me. I told the lady at the window I don't have cash and I need to get the stuff here because I'm in a rush. She said give me your card I'll try the machine. Sure enough the machine worked. So why did she tell me they are accepting cash only? Were they trying to pocket the cash? I noticed the lady in front of me was shorted cash when handed back her change and was given what she was shorted after she complained to the lady at the register. I was handed the receipt and it was jumbled up. I opened it up to find I was overcharged for the order I made. The lady at window 2 went and got me the difference of what I was charged and what I should have been charged. The place took forever to make my order but that can be just a one off issue. Lots of places are short handed here n there so I don't dock places for that. What concerns me is the; what I believe to be a money grab at the window. Telling people it's cash only and then short changing them. Suffice it to say I will not be returning to this location ever again. In fact McDonalds over all has gone down in quality and gone up in price. read more

I would give zero stars employee messed up in 2 of our orders and tried to start a fight with me because I went to ask for my missing items. Another employee told me rudely to use the kiosk to place my order if I was in a hurry when they were just helping me but decided I wasn't important and left to do something else. So gettho. If you are hungry go to In and Out instead it's down the street. Never go here. Place should be closed down. read more

They where fine until they rebuilt it. They take 20 mins just to give u a coffee. Recently, i used the drive thru and waited 25 for my food and when i got home it was raw. U can't ever talk to managment because they never answer. read more

Not the worst tasting or even the worst service. This McDonald's gets 1 star because it is literally the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It might be a layout issue (the first window is in a weird spot even tho this place is fairly new). It also feels like a staffing issue. Either way they are consistantly the slowest McDonald's. Lord only knows why I keep punishing myself by coming to this drive through. A solid 20 to 35 minute wait every time. This particular trip there were only 6 cars in front of me, yet I've spent 15 mins writing this essay and there are still 4 cars in front of me. read more

Slow drive-thru. They got my order wrong (a two-item order with no special requests.) I had no time to return, so I ate some of it and tossed the rest. Two stars for freshly cooked food (not heat-lamp-stale) and polite, friendly employees (albeit the same ones who got the order wrong.) I don't expect much of McDonald's, and this one let me down. This store is a contradiction. It's near I-5, but it's very small, and they have a play area. They had plenty of employees, but not much seemed to be getting done. The price of my Filet O' Fish meal was $6.99, which seemed $1.00 higher than it's worth at any location, and because of the trashy, dirty, disorganized location that this was, it seemed far too high. They got my order right--no tartar sauce, and the taste was typical, but the fries seemed to have been fried over and over. Having worked at McDonald's stores way back when, they should have thrown out the fries before they became that bad. If you're thinking about stopping here, stop anywhere else. read more

The lady at the drive thru denied being able to add Mayo and tomato to a breakfast sandwich saying that those are a lunch item. I've added Mayo and tomatoes to my breakfast sandwiches for years at McDonald's but this lady said they can't. Then when we got to the second window the next lady hands my husband a soda that is spilling out. The lady at the second window named Ava Reyes was beyond rude, didn't wear a mask while sticking her head out of the window to talk (under the plexi glass) refused to give a ranch for my sons hash brown and said that if we wanted one we would have to drive out of the drive thru and come back around again to pay for one- she wouldn't accept our $0.27 for it at that window. We put our car in park and said "can we please just pay for the ranch here" and she said no with an attitude then provided her first and last name in a starkly voice when I said I'd be doing a Yelp review because she said she didn't care if I did. I will never go to this place again and was appalled by the service overall. read more

Don't come here. We waited almost 15 minutes for our order. Once we sat down to eat, I had to get up and ask for the missing sweet and sour sauce and more napkins. We have 3 little ones and the staff gave 2 napkins with order and 4 more when we asked for more. We had to ask for more in the middle of our meal. It wasn't busy; it's about 3:15 pm and only one other family waiting for their order. If I don't speak up at the counter I would have been standing there for another 10+ minutes. I even asked if I could step behind the counter to help myself. So unkept and the staff are just standing around doing only their assigned task on the assembly line. If you have to go here, I think you'll have better luck going through the drive thru window. read more

Had me waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. Fries were cold and stale. About half my sundae was pure caramel, disgusting. Guy was standing there on his phone doing nothing while everyone waited. Typical McDonald's. Food and service are what you would expect. Irritating to be told to wait in a parking stall for your food and the order to still come out incorrectly. Feel free to care about at least some aspects of your job at some point. read more

If I can give negative or at least 0 stars, I would. When does this McDonald's location ever have its stuff together? Quick answer, it never does. Whether they are running out of stuff, machine broken or just completely messy, this location never can deliver. Management and intervention with the staff is urgent. I do not recommend this location. The last few times I've went both the quality & customer service have been horrible. The employees that help me today were rude. I called to voice my complaint, asked to speak with the general manager and was told she was gone. That she leaves early because she has stuff to do. But I that I could speak to her answering. I responded okay what's your name the lady studdard as if she was trying to remember and said Clara. I went on to tell her that my food was old, sweet tea was not sweet and that whomever packed my daughters happy meal through a old open bbq sauce in her box and ruined the food. She said well I'm the one that packed her box and handed it to and I didn't notice that. The bbq sauce was cracked down the side with old sticky sauce and a piece of the top was was lifted where it came out. She brushed me off so I asked when a good time was to speak to the general manager she replies right now I'll get her. I say but you just told me she wasn't there. She then says hold on a with me being able to says a customer want to speak to you shes mad about her food and is asking for the general manager. Then another lady gets on the phone stating she was the general manager Erica and that she would address it with all her shifts. I reminded her that it was that manager Clara that made my daughters food and was rude shes a poor representation of the company. I think they were both lying and have no plans to return to this location in the future read more

Don't order at this location. They refuse to answer the call button when you place a mobile order and won't answer the phone. They see you standing at the door and won't acknowledge your presence. I ordered 2 Coke's for curbside pickup in the store at 7:31 and it has been 20 minutes and no response. This store is seriously lacking in customer service. I thought maybe I would give them one more chance One of the biggest mistakes I have done in a long time. First the girl at the drive thru window wasn't friendly at all was rather ignorant. I ordered 4 burritos a hashbrown and a large coffee and a large coke. I also had the coupon for a free hashbrown. So if my adding is correct that's 2 hash browns. Well there was only one hashbrown in the bag. Which I wasn't charged for. I went over this with the girl 2 or 3 times. I wanted 1 hashbrown and the free one. Well they wanted to charge me for the one which wasn't on my receipt. And would have to wait on it. It wasn't the fact of paying for it it was the hassle of waiting. This is absolutely terrible...... my coworkers and I go here all the time after 10pm and never fails we always receive cold food. For how long they take to get us our food it should be scorching hot, but it's not I demand a response from someone on this. A brand new place looks as good as it does on the outside, is a total mirage for the service u get inside. Even though it's McDonald's and it's fast food there should still be a level of service demanded by a manager or owner here.
