I did an online order for pickup so I didn't have to do drive thru... should have done drive thru, probably would have gotten my food faster. I ordered 2 hotcakes and I didn't get any butter, syrup, or utensils. I had to go inside to get butter, didn't realize I didn't have the other 2 till I got home. read more

This place continues to be a horses ass for a McDonald's. Drive thru window is completely rude. They had a black older lady working the window for awhile and I don't know what happened to her but her replacements definitely don't do any justice to this already badly run establishment. Usually I go thru each morning to get my wife's favorite breakfast and order the same thing. This morning I was asked by the rude cashier at window one what I had ordered and she stated that I had not ordered. How is that I just spoke to you the Lady not the recorded guy asking if I will be using my McDonald's app. Oh well restate my order and pay move to pickup window and asain young Lady asks again what I ordered? What the hell it should be on the screen in front of you, I tell her and after asking me 3 times over leaves the window and me hanging out for 4 minutes she finally comes back and without any apology or thanks for the wait hands the bag out to me. Go home hand my wife her breakfast and she bites into it and asks me what I ordered I told her the usual. Unfortunately McDonald's Lathrop handed me a ham and cheese McMuffin. I give up this location is not worth going to. MCDONALD'S really needs to look at this location and retraining all of the staff from management on down. Not a location that should even be considered as a McDonald's restaurant. read more

There was a long line for the drive- thru. And the hash brown was burnt that we couldn't eat. It was a total waste of money and time coming to this location. read more

By far the worst McDonalds, probably in the world. They close the store early, they have prissy, bothered, slow employees, and if it's not Drive Thru be ready to wait a looooooong time. They need to balance their drive thru/walk in ratio. Oh yeah, their fries, like how do you mess up McDonalds fries?? Well, Lathrop location figured it out. Either too salty, or no salt at all. Again, balance... Corporate needs to train this staff. read more

He krose no open....no no. I don't know what happened to this place but possibly it's closed for renovation or perhaps for good because of its aging structure. Anyway the building is mowed down but I think one drive through sign is still standing. I believe it's the exit sign. Hopefully a new replacement with completely new employees that are experienced will occupy this spot. Five starts for shutting down and bull dozing the place down. read more

Slow drive-thru. They got my order wrong (a two-item order with no special requests.) I had no time to return, so I ate some of it and tossed the rest. Two stars for freshly cooked food (not heat-lamp-stale) and polite, friendly employees (albeit the same ones who got the order wrong.) Minus one for speed, and minus two for the WRONG food. read more

I don't expect much of McDonald's, and this one let me down. This store is a contradiction. It's near I-5, but it's very small, and they have a play area. They had plenty of employees, but not much seemed to be getting done. The price of my Filet O' Fish meal was $6.99, which seemed $1.00 higher than it's worth at any location, and because of the trashy, dirty, disorganized location that this was, it seemed far too high. They got my order right--no tartar sauce, and the taste was typical, but the fries seemed to have been fried over and over. Having worked at McDonald's stores way back when, they should have thrown out the fries before they became that bad. If you're thinking about stopping here, stop anywhere else. read more

Can you kids pls don't forget the condiments! I ordered in the drive thru , some pancakes and all , no butter no syrup, no forks no knives ... they fhave to be reminded of these things??? So disappointing read more

If i could give zero stars i would. Went again to them. Mistake! They gave me a hamburger mcmuffin instead of a sausage mcmuffin. They never get my order right. Worst location ever! read more

Stopped here to grab some coffees and hit the bathroom on our journey up north. It was clean. We went through the drive thru but got out to go to the potty. The line took forever! They have two lanes but the drive thru took like 20 mins. It was brutal. They don't make people pull over, they keep them at the window. That part sucked because it was very hot up there at the time. read more

They waited til I got to the window to tell me, "oh we are only accepting cash now" Why didn't you tell me that when I was ordering and had a chance to leave. I never carry cash on me. I told the lady at the window I don't have cash and I need to get the stuff here because I'm in a rush. She said give me your card I'll try the machine. Sure enough the machine worked. So why did she tell me they are accepting cash only? Were they trying to pocket the cash? I noticed the lady in front of me was shorted cash when handed back her change and was given what she was shorted after she complained to the lady at the register. I was handed the receipt and it was jumbled up. I opened it up to find I was overcharged for the order I made. The lady at window 2 went and got me the difference of what I was charged and what I should have been charged. The place took forever to make my order but that can be just a one off issue. Lots of places are short handed here n there so I don't dock places for that. What concerns me is the; what I believe to be a money grab at the window. Telling people it's cash only and then short changing them. Suffice it to say I will not be returning to this location ever again. In fact McDonalds over all has gone down in quality and gone up in price. read more

Great stop while driving south. Hard to see the sign- very low to ground. Love the coffee and treats to keep us awake :)

Slowest service I've ever seen at a McDonalds The specialty coffee machine was broken so had to take a frappe. Finally got my order and they shorted me one of the three items I ordered. read more

Not the worst tasting or even the worst service. This McDonald's gets 1 star because it is literally the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. It might be a layout issue (the first window is in a weird spot even tho this place is fairly new). It also feels like a staffing issue. Either way they are consistantly the slowest McDonald's. Lord only knows why I keep punishing myself by coming to this drive through. A solid 20 to 35 minute wait every time. This particular trip there were only 6 cars in front of me, yet I've spent 15 mins writing this essay and there are still 4 cars in front of me. read more

Just left this McDonalds in Lathrup. YOU DO NOT WANT TO STOP HERE!!!! No one taking orders. ALL ORDERING DONE VIA TWO, I SAID TWO KIOSK STATIONS!! Spoke to manager. Said I've been waiting ten minutes at counter to order and he told me "Sorry, can't help you gotta order at the Kiosk, McDonalds says this is how it must be done" Huge line of people, some staying some walking out but no one getting any food! The lady at the drive thru denied being able to add Mayo and tomato to a breakfast sandwich saying that those are a lunch item. I've added Mayo and tomatoes to my breakfast sandwiches for years at McDonald's but this lady said they can't. Then when we got to the second window the next lady hands my husband a soda that is spilling out. The lady at the second window named Ava Reyes was beyond rude, didn't wear a mask while sticking her head out of the window to talk (under the plexi glass) refused to give a ranch for my sons hash brown and said that if we wanted one we would have to drive out of the drive thru and come back around again to pay for one- she wouldn't accept our $0.27 for it at that window. We put our car in park and said "can we please just pay for the ranch here" and she said no with an attitude then provided her first and last name in a starkly voice when I said I'd be doing a Yelp review because she said she didn't care if I did. I will never go to this place again and was appalled by the service overall. read more

But should be a negative 1 million I have never had a experience like today when in the drive thru we order 60 nuggets and they give us 4 sauces so we complain and she gives us 2 more so we give her 3 dollars for 12 more she gives us 3 and keeps the change and another rude associate a heavy set guy would not take our money for more did not give reason but threatened us by saying he was going to call the police because we refused to move unt they sold us some more sauce if they didn't have it they should have said instead of threatening us and my 2 year old grandson in car crying I suggest nobody go to this McDonald's ever so sad ! read more

Don't come here. We waited almost 15 minutes for our order. Once we sat down to eat, I had to get up and ask for the missing sweet and sour sauce and more napkins. We have 3 little ones and the staff gave 2 napkins with order and 4 more when we asked for more. We had to ask for more in the middle of our meal. It wasn't busy; it's about 3:15 pm and only one other family waiting for their order. If I don't speak up at the counter I would have been standing there for another 10+ minutes. I even asked if I could step behind the counter to help myself. So unkept and the staff are just standing around doing only their assigned task on the assembly line. If you have to go here, I think you'll have better luck going through the drive thru window. read more

By far , the worse experience I had at a drive thru. 45 minute wait. I do not recommend this location. The last few times I've went both the quality & customer service have been horrible. The employees that help me today were rude. I called to voice my complaint, asked to speak with the general manager and was told she was gone. That she leaves early because she has stuff to do. But I that I could speak to her answering. I responded okay what's your name the lady studdard as if she was trying to remember and said Clara. I went on to tell her that my food was old, sweet tea was not sweet and that whomever packed my daughters happy meal through a old open bbq sauce in her box and ruined the food. She said well I'm the one that packed her box and handed it to and I didn't notice that. The bbq sauce was cracked down the side with old sticky sauce and a piece of the top was was lifted where it came out. She brushed me off so I asked when a good time was to speak to the general manager she replies right now I'll get her. I say but you just told me she wasn't there. She then says hold on a with me being able to says a customer want to speak to you shes mad about her food and is asking for the general manager. Then another lady gets on the phone stating she was the general manager Erica and that she would address it with all her shifts. I reminded her that it was that manager Clara that made my daughters food and was rude shes a poor representation of the company. I think they were both lying and have no plans to return to this location in the future read more
