In-N-Out is very consistent with their food quality & their service. 2 staples of this company in my opinion. Their workers are always smiling and in a good mood. Most of the time fast food people come off as angry, bored or flat out rude to be honest. Not at In-N-Out. This location is no different, I ordered 18 burgers, the checker didn't bat an eye and smiled, no problem lol. This location is right off of the 205 highway near Target, & next door to Starbucks. Not the best iceberg lettuce I've ever had in my protein style hamburger b/c I've had better @ their Arizona locations where they'd source fresh produce straight from the source especially during harvest season in Yuma. Flying dutchman hits the spot w/ the grilled onions and pickled peppers (oh my god, it's addicting!). Everything was delicious and wish there's a location close to home. Service is great/quick and I've forgotten how nice it was to dine in. Tables/floors are clean and I like how it's not too crowded where there are tables inside right next to the window. read more

This is always my go to spot on the way back to San Jose from EG. Idk if it's just me but everything tastes better here not that others locations aren't good but everything just taste better. Is it because the distribution center is across the street ,IDK, but that's what I tell myself. I always order a double double cheeseburger with whole grilled onion, chopped grilled onions and raw onion.(I love onions, especially when it doesn't cost me extra) I also order french fries with chopped grilled onions, which is also free lol. Would recommend stopping by and giving this location a try you tell me, please if it taste better then other locations. read more

We were driving down Interstate 5 when I felt the need to be feed. We were near the town of Lathrop, CA. It was lunchtime. So we veered off the freeway and headed to In N Out.'Cause that's what a hamburger's all about! Indeed our burgers and milkshake were on point. The drive thru went swiftly. The food was served hot and neatly assembled to be eaten in the car. Burgers were delicious. But is it just me, burger size seems to be shrinking overall at In N Out. Anyways, this drive thru was bizee. Lots of cars. It moved quickly though. Plus, the landscape is the most beautiful I have ever seen at an In N Out. Seriously, I was impressed. Well maintained garden like setting. I wanted to hop out of the car to take a closer look. Tropical paradise in Lathrop. It just added a calming vibe in the hubbub of getting through a busy drive thru. For a few minutes, I was pleasantly distracted. And of course they had the signature X mark the spot criss cross palm trees. The In N Out was in a large shopping complex. A busy one. The parking lot setup was not ideal. To exit the lot, you have to yield to traffic coming from the right and left (they have the right of way with no stop sign) and watch for direct opposite traffic. The opposite traffic and you have a stop sign. During peak times, it may take awhile to make a left turn (towards the interior lot of the shopping center) out of the In N Out parking lot. A right turn will head you back towards the freeway. Not a big deal, I only mention it since our plan was to eat in the parking lot. We did but in a different lot down the street from here. Hit up the drive through at about 10:20am. It wasn't busy at all. Ordered a fries, a double double, and a grilled cheese. Hopped back on the road to find that they gave us a triple burger and a triple lettuce wrapped burger instead. Thankfully had the fries to eat since they did not give the grilled cheese. There's no excuse for this kind of mistake when it's not busy. Felt sorry for the people who didn't get their meaty triple burgers and were met with one double and a grilled cheese instead. As we were on the freeway it made no sense to turn back. Every In-N-Out I've ever been to has been on top of things and never had this happen. This place needs to do better and pay closer attention to what they're doing in the drive through. read more

I ordered a double double with French fries and no drink. The food is really good I love In N Out people are very friendly it was kind of weird because the food took a minute but there wasn't anyone ordering food. Service took about 7-8 minutes which kind of a long time. This In-N-Out in Lathrop is definitely one of my favorite locations out there. Very easy access to the store and tons of parking as it is neighbors with the Sprouts and other stores such as the Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. It's in a prime location, but never feels overly crowded. Inside has an average amount of seating, but is very clean and the customer service is pretty good. If you are familiar with In-N-Out then there isn't much to say as the quality is top tier at this store. Nothing beats a burger with some whole grilled onions with light well fries (the proper way to order In-N-Out fries). Staff are all super friendly and also patient even when there is a bit of a rush which is definitely appreciated. Definitely one of my go-to spots in this town. read more

No matter how long the line looks, the workers at this location are fast and friendly. We've been coming here since it opened and have never had any issues. Whether we're dining in or using the drive thru. The only time you can expect to have a bad time waiting is if you don't see a person standing outside taking orders. This is usually only during extreme heat or rain. For some reason, people using the speaker to order really slows the flow down. read more

Huh why the heck are they skimping on the lettuce for lettuce wraps now, this is the saddest looking lettuce wrap ever. Not cool especially since we have the Northern California warehouse here too. Talk about SERVICE! Tonight was the best experience we've ever had at In n Out, and we go a lot. Especially this location. They are always fast and clean, but today just hit different. As soon as we reached the counter we were greeted by a young man. He immediately gave my three kids sticker pages. Green flag. When we ordered the kids meals he even asked if we wanted them cut in half or quartered. Um excuse me? Perfect. THEN when our number was called, he personally walked out all of our drinks and another young man brought our trays of food to our table then offered his services for the remainder of our dining experience. After that, I noticed those two young men running orders and drinks to everyone! It was super refreshing because I've never experienced that at In n out. I'm so used to picking up my order at the counter. Contrary to some reviews, my numerous experiences at this In-N-Out have been awesome. I have been in extremely long lines for both the drive through and inside, but have always been amazed at how quickly I got served. My orders have always been correct and the friendly, welcoming service made me feel like I was appreciated. Food has always been fresh, hot and tasty. Also amazing is how clean the interior was, including the bathrooms, even with the high volume of traffic. read more

My usual spot for a stop between Laguna West and Oakland is Tracy - I've got fond memories of the Orchard restaurant from 20 years ago and their to-die-for syrups. Now its a Black Bear that brings no fond memories and I search for new good places to stop. This is a great place to stop. The kid brother lives nearby too. The burgers and food are everything you expect. Double meat animal style is my go to. One of my brothers likes to get two of those and skip the fries in order I think to get more protein. Sugar and starch is the enemy I think. The floorplan of this restaurant is unique. Everything is different. Bathroom location, visibility of the kitchen - I've never seen this before. The food is fine, but this is the slowest in-n-out i've ever been to. i've been to this location a few times and the wait in the drive thru can be an upwards of 45 mins to an hr and the line wouldn't even be that long and ive been in super long in-n-out lines before and usually never have to wait more than maybe 25 minutes. i think its because this location only takes orders at the box which is fine, but for that reason i wouldn't visit this location again. read more

Ok, so started doing keto in the last month. Last time I went to a In-N-Out, I had just a cheeseburger wrapped with grilled pinion. It was very tasty but very messy. This time I went for a Protein style with animal style plus extra tomato, extra raw and grilled onions. It was absolutely perfectly cooked. The onions were caramelized perfectly to go with the juicy, beefy burger. It was a perfect meal all the way around. Of course the place was spotless and clean. They did a really nice job on exterior decorating with succulents that are flowering ( it's spring). Even though it was the height of lunch hour, I got my burger very fast. The service was excellent. This newish In -N-Out , located by Target, Sprouts and Starbucks in Lathrop was not busy by In-N-Out standards. Drive thru is easy to navigate with two lines flowing into one. It overlooked the covered outdoor seating area. Our outside order taker Logan was friendly & efficient. Juan took our money and it was on to get our food. This In-N-Out is a great one! Always clean & food is great. I brought my 90yr old dad there since it's his favorite burger place. When I put his order in I remembered I needed to run across the street to pick up my coffee order. I told the cashier the food was for my elderly dad as I pointed to him sitting in a booth and he told me,"no worries I'll bring his meal out to him personally! " He was so kind and sure enough before I could get back my dad was eating his meal just where I left him and told me a nice employee brought him his meal.
