Great fast food food. I highly suggest ordering ahead online just so you get points with them when you sign up...I got free biscuits and honey on them are so delicious. The times I've gone to pick up wasn't a very long wait in drive through so I usually just do that. They have seasonal items so look out for those because they are usually really good dessert treats. The sides and sandwiches were correct except they didn't give us 12 wings bone-in and 12 boneless. They were all boneless. Boo! I ordered 6 bone-in garlic Parmesan and 6 bone-in lemon pepper. And the same flavors 6/6 boneless. Was so disappointed. The lemon pepper per my teenage son: "this is too sweet!! What is this? This can't be lemon pepper!? So I saw a commercial on tv about Popeyes tackle box. It is either shrimp and a side or shrimp and chicken and a side. All this for five bucks. I wanted to try the tackle box so I stopped at the Popeyes in Lathrop. Their menu had a tackle box but not for five bucks. Matter of fact, they did not offer the shrimp and chicken box. Just the shrimp box at $6.99. I'm in the drive through and I am already committed so I went with the shrimp tackle box. My side was Mac n cheese. So I was thinking I was going to get 8 shrimps. She meant to say $4.10 per piece of thigh. That is very unacceptable. I didn't buy because the price is VERY UNREASONABLE. I know the lady manager is just an employee there but the owner should not over price the prices so that employees will not be the one who will hear negative comments from customers. Terrible customer service. On a lunch break, I ordered two 2piece Tuesday specials on 3/2/21 @125pm With no one in line, the service was fast and prompt. The problem was when I received my order it was combined into 1 order. I requested another box since it was for a coworker. When I received my order back it had an empty box and a full box. It's 10:05 when I ordered food btw they close at 11pm - I was told they are out of fries but obviously (they don't want to make anymore) then I asked for extra sauce they told me "their sandwiches have been made for the day and cannot give any sauce out" really!?
