Came here a couple of times. Last time they forgot my order because it was just sitting there on the table, forgotten and not called out. It took me 45 minutes to finally ask them for my order. It's okay, things happen. Tonight, order was quick. The interior is beautifully decorated. Only problem is the fountain drink area. Staff is always incredibly slow. Past few visits the staff is rude and incompetent. This visit the staff gave us our drinks and forgot our food. Almost 30 mins later I had to ask about our order and they had no idea what I was talking about and had to start the order fresh. read more

We order here multiple times a month through DoorDash and pickup through the Taco Bell app. Never had a single issue; if anything we've had some of the best Taco Bell food from this location. The workers have been extremely nice and I always joke that they make our food with love! lol Food is great, especially the Gordita crunch! Been waiting for the Encherrito to make a come back. So we ordered it through the TacoBell App and it gave us this location. We live in Tracy, so we were surprised our food delivery was coming from Lathrop. There are 2 local Taco Bell's near us. Our order was correct, but we were disappointed in the encherrito. It was not at all like I remember. This had hardly any meat, cheese, or sauce. The ones I remember were smothered in sauce and cheese and it filled the tray it came in. Our encherrito was like a roiled flour tortilla with no cheese, some meat and some sauce. We paid extra to have it topped with diced tomatoes and sour cream. Since we also ordered tacos and burritos that is why there is a 3 star and not a 1 star rating. read more

Another terrible experience at this Taco Bell. They definitely need better management. I ordered three bean and cheese burritos. One of them regular, one of them with extra extra extra cheese, no sauce, and the other one with just extra cheese. This Taco Bell has been here forever. I've been coming here since I was a kid and I even applied to work here in high school. I've never really had a bad experience here, but then again, for the most part I'm pretty easy as a Taco Bell customer. With the exception of a couple things that I might get here and there, I pretty much just get Crunchy Tacos. That's it. There's only a couple ways to mess those up, but I'm pretty satisfied every time. There's a decent amount of meat in the tacos. They're pretty crunchy and not stale. In the same way that McDonald's seems to have their Coca-Cola dialed in perfectly on their fountain, the Pepsi here at this Taco Bell is perfect. There are a couple things that could use some updates on inside, especially the bathrooms. Just to make things a little nicer looking. Also, especially recently, the drive thru lines here and at all the neighboring fast food places have been incredibly long. Last night, I waited for a pretty decent amount of time before getting up to the order box. At that time, they told me that their card reader is down and can only accept cash. Luckily, I actually had enough cash to place my order. It would be nice to maybe have a sign up by the drive thru that announces that they are only accepting cash. That way, if someone doesn't, they can just move along. If I hadn't had any cash on me, I would've had to wait in line for the rest of the people in front of me to get their food, just so I can drive away because at that point, I'm already boxed into the line and can't back out. read more
