It is literally impossible to get coffee from this location. You try to get a macchiato and the machine is either broken or they dont even put espresso in it and just put regular coffee like you wont notice. (I used to work there a few years ago and the other day i watched this lady walk away from the macc machine with no espresso in my coffee over to where i know they keep the regular coffee then she popped up at my window like here you go!! Heres 3 oz of regular coffee and milk for 5 bucks!!!!) Try to get an iced coffee and its either watered down or it feels like youre going to overdose on vanilla anytime you take a sip. And everytime its the same lady working in that section! She just cant make coffee!!! Stop putting her there for the sake of everyone please!!! On 4/5 at approximately 11:54am Saturday my friend and I visited the McDonalds store#8195. I ordered through the drive thru. My entire order was repeated to me at the first window where I paid, I have the receipt that I will keep the receipt for reference. I then proceed to the food window the female employee hands me my son's soda and his happy meal which I handed over to his Dad in the passenger seat. After proceeding past, the food window I noticed she never handed me my filet o fish sandwich that was on my receipt. I turned around so I can present my receipt to the employee inside and tell them that I was no given the sandwich I paid for. The employee looked at medirectly in my face and lied to me. I said lets check the cameras then the manager said give her what she ordered. The associates were trying to argue with me. Please see attached facebook responses to this post. Not sure why this McDonald's has bad reviews. Me and my crew do construction we are working on a site down the street so we come for coffee and a breakfast sandwich quite often throughout the week. We have always had super quick service and nothing but friendly encounters. The service here is always so slow. Regardless if you go inside or the drive thru. The real bad part is the food is generally always incorrect or barely warm at all. It will be super busy but the food never tastes fresh. The employees don't want to be there and it reflects in their attitudes and demeanor. I understand it's McDonald's and it's fast food, but take some sort of pride in the product you are serving. Just to add to it, I have never been able to order a milkshake from here. The machine is permanently broken. This Has to be one of the worst McDonald's around. Service is super slow. We probably waited another 10 to 15 minutes for our food. Girl that was dropping food at the counter for customers that were waiting was literally dropping the food on the counter and turning around and walking away with a really sour look on her face like she just did not want to be there. A male employee was in the bathroom for literally 15 minutes. There is one stale one and one urinal and we literally waited for him to come out after about 10 minutes and Four flushes later. He was just trying to get an extra break time in. They only have one cashier helping people, and the rest are kiosks that you go to, and you have to scroll through forever. I don't really eat McDonald's food. The only thing I get regularly is iced/hot coffees. Sometimes a vanilla ice cream cone for my siblings on a warm day. So nearly every day, I order the same caramel iced coffee with 3 extra pumps of caramel. First off, this place STILL always messes up my drink and the coffee drink comes out brown and bitter (which I hate because I like my coffee sweeter). Or maybe they're just too lazy to make a drink with a few extra seconds worth of pumping caramel. They straight up don't care and try fooling me that they added it in. Then they have the audacity to charge per extra pump when they're clearly not putting it in. My home city never charged for extra caramel in a CARAMEL drink; it's an ingredient that is included in the iced caramel coffee. Even Starbucks doesn't charge for extra caramel in a caramel drink. It's a matter of preference. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyway, that aside, the second thing I've noticed is attitude. Almost everyone has a terrible, unprofessional attitude. When I've politely asked them to fix my drink and add the extra caramel, I've gotten eye rolls. No one ever says hello at the speaker. "Order when you're ready." Is all you'll get. No "you're welcome" after you thank them. Makes you feel bummed. Once, they forgot to add M&M topping to an Oreo McFlurry (which I paid extra for). I waited 30 minutes through the drive thru again and politely showed them the receipt. The employee went and added the M&Ms into ice cream that melted completely into the cup. It was seriously almost all melted cream. When I understandably asked for a fresh one, you guessed it: eye rolls. Last and worst of all, is that they slack off like no tomorrow. The SLOWEST drive thru ever. If you come to this location, expect to be stuck in their drive thru for 30 minutes (no exaggeration, I timed it). One time, I was in there for 30 minutes for 1 iced coffee. That was it. When I got to the window to pay, I was told they had no coffee. I was infuriated. Why didn't they tell me that at the speaker? Who knows. I asked if they could give me a complementary item of the same value, maybe like an iced macchiato, and they refused. Told them to just forget it. Literally wasted 30 minutes in the line for no reason AND was late to work. Once I asked for an extra syrup container for my order of pancakes, and they charged me for it. I go home, and there was no extra syrup. Once I put in a mobile order for coffee, and waited 20 minutes curbside. Finally lost my patience and drove up to the window. They said they didn't have my order in the system. I showed them my phone where I had my electronic receipt with the date and time. Still weren't convinced. I even showed them my BANK account to show them the charge transaction went through. They STILL did not want to give me my order. After God knows how long of arguing and me asking for the manager, the lady bitched at me and gave me my coffee. Was afraid to drink it given her attitude! I know fast food employees have it rough, but there's still a limit to leniency. Don't come to this location. Drive the extra mile to a more competent McDonald's. It'll be worth it. read more

This location does not know how to count. I have complained about this problem before, and it still hasn't changed. I ordered 20 piece McNuggets and only received 15. Yes, 15! I was short a whole 5 nuggets! This isn't the first time! 8/10 times that I ordered nuggets, they couldn't get it right. I spoke with a Miguel who didn't provide me with a last name. He didn't apologize, but probably found it amusing for someone to be livid about missing nuggets! YES! I AM BEYOND LIVID THAT YOUR EMPLOYEE CANNOT COUNT TO 20 OR BETTER YET, 10 PER BOX! They had a black older lady working the window for awhile and I don't know what happened to her but her replacements definitely don't do any justice to this already badly run establishment.
