After touring the big island the week before, then here on Maui we all decided that faithful grinds was our favorite place to dine. Everything we ordered on the menu was delicious and made with love. So on the way back home to fly out we all decided we need to go back. Again so good not busy, until later the line was out the door. So glad we got to eat before our flight. I get it that everybody is short staffed, so why not activate your voicemail with a greeting to "order online" or just answer the phone cordially and relay the message? How can you treat customers like this, let alone locals who are your bread & butter? OVERALL: If service isn't good, I can't continue to patronize or recommend a place no matter how good the food is. If it could just make it to 3/4 inch (Cooked) it would be awesome.The jack cheese was very mild, adding little to the flavor. The sauce was a good compliment to the flavor of the meat that had that lean taste to it. The bun was pretty fluffy, kind of dominating.
