This location of McDonald's is located not too far off from the freeway. I usually go through the drive-thru at this location. I believe that this location close early now, not 24 hours or even 2 AM anymore. Most often than not, the service is pretty poor, but you do not go to a fast food spot for good service though. On our last visit, I had their Filet-O-Fish combo with medium fries and sweet tea. I enjoyed the fries best because it tasted crispy and most of the time, they give me some soggy fries. The food was decent for what it is on this visit, so no major complaints. read more

I was Cruising on 880 , when I decided to get lunch!!! I got off the Freeway and headed to this McDonalds!! I pulled in to their Large Parking Lot!! I parked right in Front and Rolled in ! This McDonalds was Clean and Brightly lit!! I ordered from a Kiosk and grabbed a Table Tent !!! The Server Dropped Off my Order! I was disappointed in the Size of the Triple Cheeseburger !!! Very Small!!! And their Large Drink Cup Has Shrunk!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!! I Keep My Pimp Hand Strong !!! No matter what you order on the drive thru they tell you to go wait in a parking spot and they bring out food. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not . Then it's another 10-15 mins before they come out. It's ridiculous. I avoid this location when possible . Then I get dumb again and try thinking maybe they changed and nope. Go park in a spot . read more

I frequent this location only because I take lunch to my elderly parents. I used to think the slow service was only here until I tried their other location near the UC bart station. It must be a McDonald's thing. Even if you order on the app they still make you wait. Management needs to work on this issue, especially since this is not the first 1 star rating. The crew that was working today were arguing in the back, something customers should not hear. read more

I placed an order on the app for your food and when I showed up at McDonald's and tried to mark that I was there the app glitched out. I remembered vaguely what my order number was, but I wasn't quite sure and I waited outside, but there was no way for me to let them know Which stall I was in to wait for my order so I went to the drive-through. Upon entering the drive-through I was explaining to the lady this is the name on the account and she's like what's the number I'm like I'm not quite sure if I have the right number and she's like well. Was it for pick up and I said yes and she's like well and I said the app glitched out. I can't get back into it. Well, I can't help you. I have the order right here, but I can't see the number I can't help you. I was like is there any other way to get back into the app to get to that point I can't help you that's all she kept saying so when I asked another question, she disappeared so I drove up to the window When I got to the window. I showed her my order and she's like oh go to the next window so when I went to the next window to pick up the food I was explaining and the guy goes. Oh, it's right here and he gave me the McFlurry and then he goes. Oh, you have a large fry. The large fry they handed me is half full. I have never been treated so rudely at a McDonald's. I'm going to include pictures, of course. I don't understand how people can be so rude in customer service, especially for paying customers. It may be a large fry bag, but it's not a large fry. It is only halfway full and when I question them at the drive-through I dealt with a lot of attitude. read more

Supposedly they only run one drive thru speaker, waited in line for 10 minutes in the right lane before moving at all while the left lane was speeding one after the other. Not sure the issue here but very ghetto. read more

I was missing an item from my order, why can't they check the receipt to check if everything is in the bag? I tried calling the number and it sounded like a fax machine. Stopped here because I needed food quick. There was no line for the drive thru. I ordered 3 hamburgers happy meals. A chicken nugget meal with a chocolate shake, strawberry banana smoothie and 20 piece nuggets. I paid and we were asked to pull around to the mobile area. We sat waiting on our food for more than 40 minutes which is entirely too long for fast food. It took so long that I had to walk in and ask for my food and it still wasn't ready. I came back in after 10 minutes and they asked for my receipt saying they will make it because they didnt have it. And of course the food was wrong. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

I use the apps every time I come here to get my breakfast sandwich. Every time I'm finished ordering, I have to wait longer than usual. The staff always forget my order. I end up going inside to get my order. The staff don't seem to realize they missed a mobile pick-up order. The worst part is that there is no apology; they just hand over your order and that's it. THE WORST SERVICE IN TOWN. read more

I don't know how well trained this branch is. The food and speed are generally okay. But they lose my mobile orders and I have to constantly scramble to prove I ordered. The app doesn't make it easy because once the order has been "completed" there is no record of order number or time placed. Just a vague order placed on that day. Also the workers don't follow up with basic questions like "do you need anything else?" When they used to have condiments in the open the answer was no, but now that everything is kept behind the counter I really do need things from you, napkins, catsup, straws. They need better training, and better ability to follow up with basic customer service read more

This mcdonalds still be playing games. I hate going to this one but it's unfortunately one of the more convenient locations. Went just today to get a quick happy meal for my daughter. Lulu was there per usual. She must have been having a bad day or something, because after she greeted me, it was radio silent. Nothing on the screen either. Didn't say a word. I had to ask "Hello?" just for her to say "Is that it? Is that it?" Like girl c'mon now how the HELL am I supposed to know you still there and you ain't busy? The screen didn't even show if you ordered my stuff. To top this sh*t off, I didnt get any f*cking fries!!!! If yall didn't have fries, just tell me!! I didnt want all apples!!!! And they are so quick to walk away when they give you your food when you gotta park. Always a goddamn mistake every single time I have gone to this location. A headache every single time I go here. Sick of this one!!!!! Most of the employees are polite but DAMN c'mon man!!! read more

This is the worst mcdonalds ive encountered not once but several times. Weve waited for our order for 30mins. Kids were frustrated and irritated in the car. And servers are cannot understand what we are requesting. I dont recommend this mcdonalds read more

Don't order from this location. They will get your order wrong and not include items. I made the mistake of ordering from the app, as I didn't get to choose the location my order originated from. Never go here. Mistakes upon mistakes, what is going on here?? 1) Order was missing three hash browns. 2) Order was missing the 4 hot sauces requested. 3) Order requested for extra cheese on one item, and it had NO cheese instead. This should be simple but baffled that staff cannot read, do not double check orders, and are incompetent. To miss so many items and details is , just wow. To the manager, re train staff and have them DOUBLE CHECK orders before they get sent out. read more

Came here for a quick stop, however it turned into a long one! Proceeded to order as usual, ordering simply things like coffee, frappe, glazed donuts, and everything seemed to go well, until the order was finalized. I had a coupon for $2 off a large or medium frappe, and presented it to the cashier. She told me to scan it, but there didn't seem to be a place to scan it. She then asked for the code, and I gave it to her. The price didn't seem to adjust, it was still $11 something, when it shouldn't have been. I kept asking if it took the $2 off, she kept insisting it did. I went with it because she knew my name, which means something went through. Sure enough, I checked the receipt, and the offer did not go through. I informed the cashier and she went to ask her co-worker about it, I showed the co-worker of the deal and she was like, oh this is for a frappe, I said yeah and showed the receipt. I'm not sure what was said because they were speaking Spanish, but long story short, I received a refund. So essentially I got the drink for free, but still, the customer service here needs work. They need to train people on how to accept coupons via the McDonalds Mobile App! read more

Soooo many bad reviews for this place! BUT every time, I've come I've had a quick and easy experience through the drive thru. I must be coming at the right times. Everyone's also been friendly!
