Food was undercooked and sloppy prepared, also order was incomplete when handed out to us and after asking 4+ employees to complete the order the deer in the headlights look should have been enough but when I ask for the mgr Destiny, she acted rude with no comment and gave us the sandwich which was the wrong one! after 15mins I said thank you she she snubbed me walking away with o response and I was still nice to them! This was a first. This McDonald's location reminds me of one in downtown Mexico City, plenty of workers in the kitchen and no one getting served. I've been in McDonald's in Europe, South America, & Latin America and there has been bad service, and trust me this Greenfield location has bad service, but at any of the locations around the world I've been to, they've at least gotten my order right. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and got a quarter pounder with cheese. They don't even hand you the cup for your drink. Nominated for the worst McDonald's all round... WORLD WIDE. Took about 10 minutes to even move up to the speaker , as where we sat for another 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order so we left. Stopped at 7 a.m. on a weekday. No customers inside. Both order kiosks were out of order but no one was manning the cash register so how do they expect a customer to order? One worker was standing in the 'dining' area playing on his cell phone for several minutes. Finally he moved to the register to take my order. I ordered a black coffee and an egg McMuffin. The guy disappeared and I never saw him again. An employee who was working the drive-through window (good employee, by the way) eventually saw me and asked if I needed help. He offered to get my McMuffin and coffee, which was nice of him. But when I went to the dining area to eat, I found out I got coffee with cream, not BLACK as I had ordered. Sheesh. It was a simple order and there were no customers except a car or two at the drive through. You can't call this McDonalds 'fast food' anymore I guess. And talk about horrendous service. Great place to come to have breakfast before going for snowboarding /skiing at Stratton Mountain. It is also a great place to come for snacks post-snowboarding/skiing. The place is located 1.2 hr away from Stratton Mountain, which should give you plenty of time to digest and get ready for a snowboarding/skiing day. Calling corporate tomorrow. 3 of us stopped on our way down 91S. ~Half an hour wait in the drive thru with ONE car in front of us. Looked like only two staff were working at 7:00pm on a Saturday. Burgers (Cheeseburger, McDoubles) were bone dry- one pickle each, a slight crust of mustard on the wrapper, no ketchup/onions. Stale buns. 10 piece nuggets were one short. I had a late dinner here one evening - ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese - low carb (no bun). They made the first one - with only a single patty. I pointed this out and they apologized - and made a new one fresh - I had to wait a few extra minutes, but it was hot and tasty when it hit my mouth! They serve the low carb requests in a small plastic container and they did remember to provide me with a plastic fork! McDonald's, you pretty much know what you're going to get and how it's supposed to taste. I've stopped by this location a number of times over more years than I'd like to recount. I've heard rumors that it's one of the busier McDonald's in the area....or perhaps the region? Any time we've come here, the service has been quick and efficient. Food has been warm and tastes as expected. The staff is friendly and helpful. We've ordered from the drive through an and gone inside. The inside has been remodeled fairly recently and it looks rather nice. I remember the plastic benches and basic tables from my youth. Not any more! It's rather modern and inviting looking. They have kiosks where you can order your food and then have it delivered to your seating location. Somewhat Chick Fil-A esque. Restrooms were clean and tidy. So not a bad spot to grab a bit if you are heading up north...or back to the flatlands. Really want to try the mobile ordering here. read more

We stopped here after a frisbee tournament. We initially stopped for ice cream but after they said their ice cream machine was broken we were a little bit irritated, but you know it's what McDonald's is known for. without my ice cream I went back to the bus while some kids got burgers. My friend Leigh asked for an iced mocha. They replied, saying they didn't have mocha. If you thought that was it you are surely mistaken. Ben another kid on my team ordered a mic crispy on the kiosk. 5 minutes later he heard people at the counter saying there were no more MCcrispy's. Ben went up to the counter to double check if he was still getting his. The person asked for his receipt to double check. After coming coming back to give him a different receipt than what ben ordered. He asked him where my receipt was and he could not find it. He said OK as long as i get my order out , after waiting for another 10 minutes, turns out that there was never any mc crispies in the first place. They ran out hours ago. The person asked hum what he could either refund or the change order. He said I'll take a refund, then waited for another 10 minutes. The worker then ask him for the receipt if he wanted to refund the order. Ben of course did not have the receipt. He said OK I'll change my order to a double cheeseburger and after waiting for another 10 minutes he finally got his order between those 10 minutes the employees were giggling on the microphone and telling the machines that were beeping warning signs to shut the F*ck up. I'm also convinced there were homeless people or employees F*cking behind the building, since while waiting in the bus I could here moaning and screaming. Living on the Federal Street side of Greenfield we typically go to the McDonald's on Federal Street, but while driving down I-91 we stopped at this restaurant for a quick snack on the road. The food here is average McDonald's which is great, but in my experiences here the staff is interesting. The last few times we have been here the staff has been polite but slow. The food is usually greasy but that's normal. In the end, average restaurant with an average staff. read more

This is a classy place. They bring the food to you and have televisions that you can press to order. It is also great cuz it's haunted by a ghost. Great place for a first date, tux reccomended. Service made my day. Terrific! 5 stars! Be warned, after you use the television, you must bring your receipt and pay at the counter. This location was horrible. We ordered 4 10 piece meals and a 2 cheeseburgers meal. The girl completed the order with only the nuggets and cheeseburgers. No fries. No drinks. I even asked a second time if they were complete meals and she said yes. We then get the food and get back on the road to find we only received three of four 10 piece nuggets and enough sauces for 60 nuggets. The nuggets were over cooked and the fries were nasty. After being pegged in the face with a cherry tomato while waiting to order at the other mcdonalds in greenfield, I have avoided eating at any mcdonalds for about a year now. I decided to try this one by the round about today, because I was hungry and tired and really wanted a latte. I got two burgers and a large latte. What can I say? The burgers had been made some time before, and I guess to save money they've turned their warmers off, because the burgers used to be warm, but were about room temperature when I got them. The latte was surprisingly light, for a large, and when I opened it up, I found out why. I guess to save on coffee costs, they are only filling the cups up a little over halfway. There was a full inch and a half between the fill line on the inside of the cup and the top of the foam. Maybe the clerk accidentally pressed the medium button instead of large, as I know it's pre-portioned concentrates that are heated and poured, to save time and efficiency, or maybe they've changed their portion sizes over the last year and since I never order them anymore it took my by surprise. All in all, came to $13 for some convenient trash disguised as food. I am glad I came, because it helped me reconfirm my belief that I really have no interest in eating at mcdonald's anymore. read more

This is the absolute WORST McDonald's in the entire United States - would give 0 stars or even negative stars if it were possible. I pulled into the drive through at about 10:30 on a Saturday night and used the mobile app to order before I got there. With 6 cars in front of me when I got there, it took 45 for me to get to the order speaker. No exaggeration....45 MINUTES!!!!!!!! If it were not prepaid I would've left, but I didn't want to lose my $20 for nothing. When I finally got to the speaker, the jerk taking orders (was he the only employee there that night??) skips me and takes two orders in a row from the other speaker. At this point I was enraged and drove away. Thanks for letting me sit there for 45 minutes to get nothing guys. I have called this location many times to demand a refund and nobody answers the phone. First off, let me say we used this as a rest stop on Columbus Weekend. So, it was busy. However, when we walked in all three trashcans were so overflowing, that the flaps were stuck in an open position and people began placing the trash ON TOP where the trays go. The bathroom needed cleaning but there was toilet paper, soap etc and didn't smell too bad. The floors in the restaurant needed a good sweep and mopping. We stopped here on the way to New Hampshire. It's easy-on, easy off of i-91. Much to our chagrin, though, this McDonald's has changed for the worse. They now have a large touch screen where one orders the food, then pays for it at the register, then the food gets brought to your table. I remember when one ordered the food, then a minute later, picked it up and brought it to one's table. It took over ten minutes to deliver an artisan grilled chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger happy meal. The food? Well, the "artisan" grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery, and not enough sauce.
