I'm reaching out regarding the Domino's location in Keene, New Hampshire. I've been reviewing this specific location and attempting to submit feedback through various channels. However, I've noticed the Keene store no longer appears on Yelp -- it seems the business listing has been removed.
I've also attempted to contact the corporate office using a few different email addresses, but the emails have been returned as undeliverable or invalid.
Just to clarify, this is not in reference to the Brattleboro, Vermont location. I do understand that both stores are under the same district manager, but my concern and review are solely focused on the Keene location.
I'd appreciate guidance on how to ensure this feedback reaches the appropriate parties.

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the hiring experience I recently went through at the Domino's location in Keene, New Hampshire -- as well as the follow-up call I received from an associate named Paul Mervine.
My initial review, which Paul was calling in response to, outlined the unprofessional and dismissive behavior I witnessed from store manager Joe during the intake and hiring process. Rather than reaching out to sincerely address or resolve the concern, Paul called me today and delivered what felt like a scripted and disingenuous response. He immediately talked over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and raised his voice -- making it impossible to engage in any civil or productive dialogue.
I remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout the call. When I asked Paul if this call had any genuine purpose beyond offering an empty apology, his response was that Joe had "been here for 10 years" and that he "trusts his judgment." That told me everything -- no accountability, no real concern, and certainly no resolution.
What was most disturbing was Paul's tone: dismissive, condescending, and entirely unprofessional. It was clear that his goal wasn't to resolve an issue, but to defend his colleague and end the call as quickly as possible. The conversation felt more like an attempt to silence or intimidate me rather than a sincere effort to address a valid concern.
Furthermore, when I expressed that I would continue to review and speak out about this experience, Paul responded by stating -- very clearly -- that he didn't care and told me to go ahead and write my review. For a representative of the Domino's brand to show that level of disregard toward someone seeking employment is beyond unprofessional -- it's offensive.
The consistent lack of professionalism from this Domino's team -- from the application phase to this most recent call -- has left me discouraged and deeply disrespected. I now even question whether I was treated this way for another reason altogether, and I can't ignore the fact that I'm Latino. The tone, actions, and utter lack of care simply don't align with any ethical or professional standard.
I am not sharing this out of anger, but because I believe no one else should go through the same experience when seeking employment. Respect, communication, and accountability should be foundational -- not optional.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that Domino's Corporate takes the appropriate steps to review the hiring and conduct standards being upheld at this location. No job candidate should be treated with such disregard or hostility.
If Domino's stands for anything close to fairness, professionalism, or ethical conduct, I hope this message reaches someone who will actually take it seriously -- because this entire ordeal deserves more than silence or a scripted apology.
