Stopped here late at night to use the restroom and grab a snack. The bathroom could use an air freshener but was otherwise clean. The workers were very nice and helpful. We had two cars and had a large order and they were patient and quick! read more

Best McDonald along the 99 HWY. Best costumer service, and really clean restroom. Every trip we travel from north to south and visa versa, we stop by to grab a caramel Frappe. read more

On my way back home from LA. This place is opened 24 hours and this place still had the $1 any size drinks. What a deal. Just right off the freeway. read more

Disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would. The bathroom urinals didn't flush, the garbage was overflowing, and there are flies all over the inside of the restaurant. read more

Worst service ever. 15 people in line with only one person taking orders! WHAT THE HECK! Horrible.

Worst service ever. Ordered a lemonade through the drive thru and when I got it, it wasn't even full. AND it was water. She clearly heard me say lemonade because the receipt said lemonade and so did the screen. On top of that, she was very rude when taking my order. I promise I didn't give her any attitude, she just sounded like a rude teenager that hated her life. read more

Their french fries are horrible...over cooked and hard. However, their nuggets were just right. It is a Mc Donald's.

I stopped by here on my way to Berkeley. The food is actually really delicious here because I think it's more fresh than the McDonad's that we are so lucky to have in our neighborhoods. However, the staff here is just so weird. When ordering and receiving food, it's like these girls are questioning if what I'm ordering is right, and if they even put it on all the items in my bag, even if it's from two seconds ago. The bathroom here has plenty of stalls, but not enough room to stand around if there is a line :(. read more

Fucking disgusting. The workers look like they're all on drugs, the dining area was trashed, the bathrooms stunk like ass, service was slow, and to top it off there were about 5 employees just sitting in the dining area talking to each other. Never stopping there again! read more

This place is busy, so the food is "fresh" and it's not sitting around. You won't get stale fries here. My only complaint is that the parking lot is hard to maneuver around. Its tight. I have a double cab truck and I had a couple of close calls. read more

Nothing else around it. Nice interior. Too little parking. Dirty bathrooms.

Holy cow this place is so slow! It kinda defeats the purpose of fast food! The food, considering the wait, should have been hot but really was lukewarm at best. Tasted normal at least. The bathrooms were dirtier than I would have liked bit usable. free wifi works well tho! I think this place was just understaffed. read more

The bathroom was pretty clean and the restaurant is in a great place for trips to Sacramento. McDonald's is one of the best locations for a quick yet unhealthy breakfast. The wifi was however a little slow. The restaurant was very clean. read more

Could have been cleaner. Not completely disgusting. Food was bland and tasteless.Fries had no flavor and no salt. Lots of Mayonnaise on the QP's but it tasted bland and wax like. Ketchup wasn't even tomato like. Must be using the cheapest ingredients available. It was just not up to Mickey Dees standard. The meat patties didn't even have any flavor. Greatly disappointed. read more

Not a fan . Between customer service and cleanliness I'm never happy . They seem to take forever making orders even during busy times. Fries seem to always be fresh so not complaining there. But every time I've ordered chicken anything it has tasted old sitting there for to long status. They always have to charge you for any sause you need even in a big order which isn't right in my opinion. They used to accept the app for coupons but latley they tell me no. Anytime I've brought something to someone attention like the food tasting old or sitting for to long I have gotten attitude and they refused go fix the issue read more

This is a very reasonably priced McDonald's. Do you realize that certain items on the McDonald's menu can be sold over a wide range of pricing. Unfortunately the McDonald's in my hometown Santa Barbara chooses to set their prices at the very high end of the range. As a result I don't go there anymore. I'm not going to pay $4 for a sausage McMuffin when I can get a breakfast at Denny's serve to me for that. This McDonald's at Gorman is very reasonably priced and I thank the manager and owner for that. I think they have a pretty good understanding of their market and I wish them well read more

Worst McDonald's ever. For a place that should be quick and fast because people want to get on the road this place was way too slow. Only drinks available were flat hi-c orange, fanta strawberry, powerade, ice tea and hot black coffee. No ice coffee. Slow slow service. Waited close to 25 min for 10 piece chicken nuggets, fries, and a hot coffee. It was like everyone was sleeping or something cause they were moving so slowly. I would give 0/5 stars if possible. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced. They had no ones to break my 20 at the cashier and had me waiting 15 minutes searching. I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me the hot and spicy. When I asked for the regular, they said they were out and id have to pay if I wanted anything else. When I told a worker the soda machine was out, she said to ask upfront. When I did, they stared at me. I thought he didn't understand me so I repeated myself and this man was very rude and said that there was nothing he could do for me. I left that place very unsatisfied. read more

i have many bad things to say about the place... - in the ladies room the tank cover was broken. half of it was broken off - there was no toilet paper holder so the toilet paper was placed on the ground - there's overflowing trash - and i feel like there's a lot of places that don't have paper towels but i just wanted to point that out because when you are using the dryer it's sucking in bacteria and then spiting it back out. and it's gross especially while you about to eat. -staff are rude - staff talk about their customers, roll their eyes, etc. - SO MANY FLIES. on the window behind me there were about 6 flies. - tables are never clean. there are some pros of this place as well... -it's modern and they do a decent job at decorating - the tables are also cool. they light up and it's good for kids to play with to keep them occupied. overall this place is not the place to go. save yourself and go to wendy's or carl's jr. read more

Very convenient to have a McDonald's at this location at the top of the mountain. We live in the area, so my kids love to go to McDonald's. However, the location is very poorly- managed. Long waits at the counter and drive-thru, sometimes trash fills up and isn't emptied promptly, and they OFTEN run out of products. High- traffic locations like the Gorman McDonald's should not be running out of menu items and making consumers wait too long. Perfect location, but poor poor management. read more

I come here often but I really didn't have the time to review it. By the review I've seen of this place it's all bad. when i cane in the food was very fast it was clean organized and everything was on poing :)! Maybe the manager is changing their ways of handling their job so a 5 star rating and hope they continue in improving and perfecting the care of a customer. read more

Second time on the road that I've stopped here that these guys forgot my sauce for the nuggets. Wake up!!!!

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It is dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. The staff is rude. Everything ordered was wrong. They had no salads, no yogurt, no ice cream. I will never come to this location again. read more

Terrible! Each time I have been here it takes 30 minutes + just to get your food no matter if you go in or the drive thru! And they get the orders wrong. read more

Ok first they messed up our order next it was disgustingly dirty. There were flies every where the toilets were clogged and they had the CR and Mc Donald's Flag higher than the American Flag! If i was able to give negative stars I would!!! read more

Waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 mins. It was ridiculous! Never again will I return.

This place is convenient because its right off the freeway but it's filthy and the service takes forever. My food was stale and the employees were so unfriendly. Worse McDonald's ever. read more

Horrible service, forgot half the things ordered, when asking for them they just looked puzzled. Flies everywhere in the restaurant. I wanted more tea and five workers walked by me without any acknowledgment. When I finally got help, I asked the worker who was practically in front of me talking to another worker about cups. Made my request feel like it was a burden. Skip this place. read more

I have noticed ads for jobs regularly for the McDonalds in Gorman. I am a regular there and wondered why. I think I know now. You have a gentleman I believe is a manager there. I am not sure of his name but he is a black gentleman. When I am there I see him interacting with his employees he is not very nice. I realize he can't be friends with his employees, but he should show some respect. I know I don't know the situation at the time, but I can't believe something was going on every time I come in. Now I know why you have an ad out for jobs a lot read more

Horrible customer service. Took 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. Rude & slow. Once we finally got our food, they didn't give us the whole order. No toilet paper, seat covers in bathrooms. Place is a joke read more

6/7/2013. Rated LESS THAN 1/20th Of A Star!! Very Nasty, Disgusting, Unprofessional place, at best! The employees are frequently ill-mannered, severely lacking in professionalism and skilled customer service orientation. 20 minutes ago, a woman just went off on the manager about the disgusting and extremely unhygenic conditions of the place. There are flies everywhere. In the women's restroom there was the large dirty metal top of the trash can in the sink in the bathroom, two full and large bags of trash by the sink/soap area with the trash cans turned upside down and sitting on top of each bag of trash. I just now witnessed the front register operator do as follows: handle trash, handle a trash can, take a customer's order, accept currency, handle currency, give change, pull up and dump the fries into their metal storage bin, add salt to the fries, mix the salt in the huge fry vat container, complete and scoop up at least one order of fries, bag them, hand them to the customer ALL without a single wash of her hands... DISGUSTING!!! This lack of personal and professional hygiene seems to be the norm for this place.. read more

Worst service ever. Messed up the order from the get go. Acted annoyed to be taking the order, then was playing home boy with the people in front of us, then when we came up it was all here you go and the order was still wrong read more

Don't waste your time. Bad customer service. Slow workers. Can't even take the orders right.

Definitely not impressed. As a mcdonalds manager myself it bothered me to be in this store. The staff was lazy, except for maybe 2, when there seemed to be 9 in the store during a slow hour. The cashier was nice but did nothing at all in between customers, at one point being on his phone. They got our ice creams quickly, but the appearance of the manager that handed us the ice cream just seemed gross and ungroomed. Will avoid this stop on my next long trip. read more

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! do not go here!! the menu is outta whack and the workers don't seem to care, one of the workers here was on their phone not paying attention. If you want to have a clean and safe place to eat go to the gas station next door!!! read more

If I could give it no stars, I would. Super dirty, super gross. Flies everywhere, dirty tables, and when I asked if they can clean a table, they literally handed me a wet rag to clean it myself. Also, the trash cans were overfilled and no workers tried to take it out the entire time I was there. Yuck! read more

I gave McDonald's a five star review because well... its McDonald's, what do you expect from a low-end, low-key fast food place. At least the ice cream machine, and the soda machine were not broken, and no items were out of stock. However, the fries were great as always. They are made of oil after all. read more

This place totally did not meet the standards. "cashier"on the self order was just on the phone instead of helping out ppl with the orders. The cashiers don't look professional. Wearing beanies and sweater that by the way isn't the uniform. I won't be coming back here for sure. Worst mc Donald's I've ever made on a highway stop. read more

I'd prefer to give this location zero stars! This is the filthiest restaurant I've ever been to! Filthy bathroom, with plastic trash cans in all women's stalls, overflowing with toilet paper covered in feces. Smeared feces on floor, near one toilet. Walked out without ordering. Go to Carl's Jr. instead! I notified McDonald's Corporate (didn't seem too concerned). I also called the health dept! read more

This place has some deal with Starbucks. So no iced coffee-after s-bucks closes. They don't have any signs, it's a surprise- after you've sat in the drive through line. Not cool. read more
