And the workers here deserve praise for how much effort and professionalism they showed during a busy weekend. There was a lot of hustle from the crew but they did their jobs with aplomb and everybody got their food in a reasonable amount of time. Once the line had died down there was worker moving around the dining room keeping it clean. Food came out fresh and was exactly what we needed on a cold night. Thank you, Wendy's crew!

When I scanned it at the kiosk, it didn't work, so I showed my phone to the Employee. Her name is "Lisa!!!!" However, "Lisa" raised her voice at me and asked what the code was for, even though it was clearly written on my phone. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to be treated that way, especially when I was simply asking for assistance. Eventually, she scanned the code and completed my order, but the attitude was very unprofessional. What made it worse was that right after, she was laughing and chatting with another employee, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. I hope management takes customer service more seriously. This experience left a very bad impression.

The drive through was staffed by two workers who went through the line of cars to take orders from cars before they got to the usual ordering point, so the food could be prepared to coincide with your arrival at the pick up window. The young lady was super friendly, smiled in a genuine way, and did a perfect job of repeating the order back to me. The person who took my payment said Hello, asked me how my day was, seemed happy when I asked how her day was, and wasn't very efficient and so friendly. As the person who took my order while I was in the drive through queue asked me if I was eating in my car, the payment person gave me a place mat to "keep my car clean" - now thoughtful. And finally, the person who gave me my food gave me my drink with straw already inside, then asked if I wanted ketchup, and handed my food over with a huge genuine smile. Just so impressed at how seamless and above and beyond friendly this location was. Complements to the great employees and management here!

I thought I was just overthinking it and I offered some to my brother and he spat it out. Even the rest of my family thought this place was NASTY AND WEIRD. Although, their customer service was fine and the apple pecan salad is the best thing here. I do not recommend eating here and the saying "Quality Is Our Recipe" does not live up to this specific Wendy's location.

The server was polite and seated me quickly since it wasn't very busy. I ordered an omelet, assuming it would be one of the quickest and simplest items to prepare. Instead, it took 40 minutes to arrive. Honestly, if I were at home, I could go to the grocery store, buy the ingredients, prep, cook the omelet, and clean up in that same amount of time. It was surprising--and frustrating--that it took so long, especially after I had to follow up to get my food. The omelet itself was very basic. They chopped and mixed avocado directly into it as a topping, which was unusual since most places serve it on the side. It was also extremely bland--no salt or pepper at all. The vegetables inside were lightly seasoned and had an okay texture, but nothing memorable. The hash browns were the worst I've ever had: slightly raw, oily, and soft. That's especially disappointing considering I cook frozen hash browns at home and they've never turned out this bad. The toast was fine and adequately buttered. I genuinely feel bad for the locals who eat here and, by doing so, encourage the business to keep serving subpar food to new customers. I won't be dining at any Black Bear Diner again--I'd rather get Panda Express or go to the Denny's across the street.
