Too dry chow mien. Uncut tofu. For me.
Ji V.

Made sure to have this out pitstop because we like their food. Apparently we got upset. The lady is doing it so fast, she is doing one of our order and asking the next order after the next order. Ending up that our orders are mixed up for a party of seven. If not for my husband I would give our orders back to the lady and let it redo everything. I got the driest chow mien I ever tasted from Panda, and uncut tofu. Busy loud ambiance.

Usually we don't go for Panda at home but getting tired of burgers on a driving trip. This Panda is busy so food is freshly cooked. Plenty of choices, including having half fried rice and half noodles. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, nice for us traveling with our puppy. Service is fairly fast and efficient, we didn't have to wait too long considering the long line on a busy Sunday early afternoon. Plates are only $1 more than blows but with a lot more food, definitely get it instead of bowls. Best part of the meal is the free fortune cookies! :)

A Socal roadtrip tradition; Panda Express just before climbing up the Grapevine. It just happens that we are in the area at or around the lunch hour and the kids always expects this Chinese food before Southern California. Alas, in our most recent visit, I felt that this branch is a step or two behind the Panda Express I frequent in my area. Chow Mein is tasted flat and the Orange Chicken felt old (soft). This Panda is pretty much two-stars rounded up to three because of tradition.

My wife loves panda and here we are coming back from SD. We were super tired and hungry after 5 hours of traffic. Pulled in to get some pans only to be disappointed with the quality of food when we opened our plates. Everything old and stale. The food was so hard and dried up. I'm not sure if they are following the standard, policy and procedures.

Embarrassing portion size

I've never written a yelp review but I had to today. The manager was the one serving me and I get that they're told not to serve too much but this is crazy. This had like 4 pieces of chicken.

It's sad that you pay for a premium item such as the black angus steak, and you get the smallest scoop ever. Don't get a premium item here.

It's sad that you pay for a premium item such as the black angus steak and you get the smallest scoop ever. Pretty depressing and a waste of money. Don't recommend premium items here for that reason. The flavor is still on point. Edit: just ate the steak, super dry and seems old. Would not recommend.

The staff here charge $3.5 for an empty cup and lid. The service is unbelievably unreasonable!

Roll Em Up Taquitos - Churro Donuts

Roll Em Up Taquitos

I have followed Roll Em Up for years on Instagram and decided to stop by on our way to Los Angeles…read more Located by the Citadel Outlets, the area is quiet, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and a nice place to take a break during our long drive. The food was delicious! I got the famous taquitos, which were crispy and flavorful. The sauces were yummy, and the chips and rice were great. I got a mix of potato and chicken, and next time I would definitely order all potato since those were my favorite. My mom and sister got the chicken bowls, and they said they were flavorful and much better than something like Chipotle. I'm excited to go back the next time we're on a road trip!

Roll Em Up Taquitos has always been on my list but never had one near me and also there just hasn't…read morebeen the right time to try it. I was going back to Southern California right before the Grapevine and took a pit stop out here so I wanted to try it. There was a firehouse subs before here which I loved. I usually stop here when traveling from up North and back to South. I ordered their 4 pack combo that came with taquitos, rice, beans and a drink. I got all of their flavors, potato, beef and chicken. All were really good, they were crisp to perfection and would come back for more in the future. My girlfriend got their bowl and it looked like soup from the beans and sauces and also was really salty. It was almost inedible when we tried it. We were wondering what in the bowl was that salty and strong and it was the rice. I tried the rice on my side and it was also insanely strong. I feel like this place was solid otherwise and I know a 2 star is a little steep and they probably made a mistake for the rice, but having the food almost inedible in my eyes is warranted. Wish we went back to exchange the food for something else but we left back on the highway.

I customized my pizza with half mild red sauce and half spicy red sauce, topped with cheese, chicken, spinach, and pineapple. Then I drizzled a little BBQ sauce before baking and finished it off with a bit of ranch on top, absolute game changer. The pizza came out amazing. The balance of flavors was on point: savory, sweet, a little spicy, and super satisfying without being overwhelming. Shoutout to the employee working there, incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. He even hooked me up with a Mike's Hot Honey packet to try, and wow... he was right. A little goes a long way, and it added the perfect sweet heat to the slice. Finished the meal with a Reese's cookie. Didn't even need to eat the whole thing,I was already fully satisfied, which says a lot. Great food, great service, and definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Pieology is delicious, but they gotta stop being weird…read more They wouldn't do extra toppings since it will "mess up their inventory", but you can do a ton of different toppings; that's fine. Even if you offer to pay. Example: No double pepperoni allowed. Pepperoni and sausage? No problem. Just not two servings of pepperoni. That's crazy talk. Another one: No extra cheese... if it's the same type of cheese. If it's different types, all good. So double mozzarella? No. But mozzarella, shredded cheese, parm? All good, baby! Never had inventory get in the way of adding toppings to a pizza. But here we are. Next time I'm driving down to LA I'll remember to pack extra pepperoni. ‍‍ Great pizza. But don't be weird, Pieology!.‍‍
