I applied for a job here and had a interview just to be told they only looking for certain applicants but I have 6 years of experience at McDonald's and a manger position and I got turn down because I am not not white. I called the hiring manger she could not tell me why they didn't want to hire me...saying we just wanna be careful who we hired. read more

Food is always fresh & hot! Service is incredibly fast & efficient. The staff makes a good team!

I pulled into the drive-through at 3:30 in the afternoon and there were no cars in front of me so both lanes were empty. I'm pulling a work trailer so I had to pull into the outside lane. After a few minutes of silence, the attendant finally responded and asked me to wait. It was then that three other cars pulled into the inside lane, made their orders and moved forward. I said something to the attendant and she once again asked me to wait. This is not the first time this happened to me. I just don't understand how their system works, but I don't like it and I don't agree with it. I did go inside and express my opinion to the manager who is apologetic. I hope they can figure out how to remedy the situation, moving forward. Until then, there are plenty other fast food restaurants that will learn my business. Extremely disappointed. read more

First off I don't like going to any McDonald's because I have never gotten good service. Arrived at this location to find no one in line but I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. Employees know I was there they made eye contact with me and one even said "someone is at the front counter." Once our food came out, like clockwork it was wrong. Missing items and wrong food. I had to go and fix this and they corrected the problem but this is a constant occurrence. Come on people. You want to get paid more but the effort and willingness to work is not there. I don't want to hear McDonald's employees demand they need to make $15 an hour again. read more

I ordered a simple two bacon McDoubles and a small fry. waited fifteen minutes as the entire management staff had a conference around my rotting food. I was visibly upset and the women manager thought it was funny. I'll never eat McDonald's again. anywhere. read more

27255 Telegraph Rd Flat Rock At Approximately between 8:00am- 8:30am on Friday 10/01/2021. I ordered a fruit and maple oatmeal and a sausage McGriddle sandwich from your location at 27255 Telegraph Rd. In Flat Rock MI via your mobile app for McDonald's. The app charged me for my order then gave error screen stating " Sorry we're having issues on our end. We're unable to provide you with an order number. Please see a crew member inside for help in finding your order. Then gave a code of SH68 and under that SH683222156." So I proceeded to the drive thru line while at the speaker. The young lady was ready to take my order. I then tried to explain what had happened even gave her verbatim what the mobile app had stated. She then apologized and said that "Since it was the mobile app that they couldn't do anything about it. But I could place a new order at the drive thru." I said "yes as long as I don't have to pay again because the app has already charged my card." She then apologized again. I asked if I could speak with a manager and she just repeated what had said about my order being on the mobile app... I then told her " Never mind. I have the address to the Flat Rock location and I will just reach out to corporate myself. I am very disappointed in McDonald's as a whole based on the level of customer service that I was given today at the Flat Rock location. Very dissatisfied. I and my family have been loyal patrons to the McDonald's brand for over 40 plus years. But this incident has left a foul taste in my mouth. And I plan on sharing my experience with as many people who will listen. read more

The food I get here is typically made correctly. Sometimes fresher than others. Best to go when busy because you know good is being made and goes out right away. read more

So once again they f@*% up my order. Why do i keep goin here. I orderd a dbl quarter lb and when i get home i get just a quarter lb in a dbl quarter lb box. You know first off I think everybody that works at this location is stupid they don't know how to read but yet they will put a ticket on your burger saying that they made it the way they're supposed to but yet it's wrong then they give you a new Burger it's wrong sick of going there three times to get one burger this place sucks stay away from it there's a location at telegraph and West Road area lot better service read more

Their food is usually pretty fresh but they decide their own hours, the hours on the door and online are wrong. Who knows what they even really are, I've seen this at several other locations so it must be a chain thing. Which is funny because I use to work there and it was never accepted, we had to serve people dinner up until the minute right before breakfast started even. read more

We have been in this drive thru line for 20 minutes they have got multiple peoples orders wrong and have gave money back

usually pretty fast unless it's lunch/dinner time, don't think they've EVER gotten my entire order correct.

I only whited a Grilled chicken patty and was charged full price of a sandwich. I never had a problem anywhere but here

Food was great, but the drive thru needs some help. Got there at 12:26pm did not get my food until 12:54pm. I was expecting at 15 minute wait give or take but 30 minutes is a long time for a drive thru. read more

Just a tip, go ahead and hold up the line and actually UNWRAP all your food to heck for mistakes. Because even if it's in a bag marked egg muffin, a wrapper marked egg muffin, the employee who took your order typed it in correctly, and the person who passed it out repeated that it was indeed an egg muffin.....it'll still have ham on it. This vegetarian just unwittingly took a bite of meat. What a great way to start my day. read more

This place has got so bad, the people there after 10am are all idiots, if I order literally 1 cheese burger and that cant even get that right. Out og tge last 10 times I ordered food there 9 of those times were wrong. You can see alot of the employees just standing there talking. All I can say is thank god they are not running are country, or we would be a million times worse then it is now, they are just plain dumb. read more
