We stopped in at this location to try the new pretzel chicken sandwich. We decided to upgrade to add waffle fries and a drink. The board said a medium upgrade was $2.69 when we received our bill it was $4.14 for the upgrade per sandwich . When we ask an employee, they just said I don't know and walked away. The manager came over to ask us how things were and we explained it to him. He told us that the specialty sandwiches were always more when you add fries and a drink. I sent a message to the company and they sent me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich. I really wanted to know why their boards don't disclose when ordering a specialty sandwich that is not normally on their regular menu. The sandwich wasn't that great and it wasn't so much the money it was that it wasn't disclosed. If you do it on a regular basis, it really adds up in my opinion. read more

I came in from Atlanta to watch my sister cross the podium to graduate from high school. After her graduation, she requested we cancel the reservations made at an upscale restaurant because she really loved chick fil a. I along with other members of our family arrived around 8:45-8:50. When my sister and the remaining members of the family arrived at 9:01, they were informed that they would not be allowed in because the last hour is limited to drive through only. Thankfully, upon explaining the circumstances and some staff members' persuasion due to the occasion, my sister and remaining family were allowed to enjoy the great food and celebrate with us. This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A in the United States. I've been here probably 30 times and I've only had maybe a handful of good experiences. Their chicken sandwiches always barely have any chicken. Their customer service is terrible. I can't believe this place even makes sense with how the Chick-fil-A Organization does such a good job at every other single Chick-fil-A restaurant I've been to. They finally put a Chick-fil-A Downriver in Trenton! It is at one of the busiest intersections in the area. I was wondering how it was going to pan out. It is always controlled chaos. We choose to order using the app, so when we pull in we run in and grab it, or we pull into a parking spot and it's delivered right to our car window. I love Chick-fil-A breakfast, the little mini chicken biscuits with honey! So delicious! But I can't go wrong with the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich! Their homemade lemonade is amazing! I have stopped eating at Chick-Fil-A because of this franchise. The service here is so bad & the management is equally as bad...Abusive even. My family ordered an mobile order. My son went to pick it up. The order was wrong & they were telling him he had to buy the food that was missing from our order. He called me & spoke to the manager that had accused him of trying to steal food over the phone. I told him my mobile receipt showed the food was paid for. He argued & essentially said that I was perpetrating a crime. I complained to corporate who then they had this idiot contact me. He didn't apologize. He just said that the receipt came through & they didn't have to charge me for the missing food. DUH! Because they screwed up & treated us like we were criminals. Worst place ever! I'll never support them again. Corporate never responded. Their commercials are lies. Their management is terrible and abusive. read more

We had Spicy Chicken sandwich w Waffle Fries n Drink, 4 pc Chicken Tenders OMG best ever eaten. A Chicken topped Salad absolutely Wonderful. Definitely the very best fast food chain we ever visited. Free refills on drinks too. Found Texas Pete's Hot Sauce packs a favorite of mine. We tried 4 of the Sauces original I was told be the favor and they now selling it at your local grocery store. I made my very own blend with the Sweet n Spicy Sriracha Sauce A sweet and tangy sauce made with chili peppers for a spicy twist. Easy added a pack of the Mayo stirred and WOWED outstanding balance of Flavor you must try. So this now our favorite fast food chain we going back soon. read more

Listen, the food is very good, to great, for a fast food outlet. However, what makes this franchise so special is the service. No matter how long the line, no worries. The hustling staff keeps it moving right along with a smile and polite service. Not sure where they keep finding these incredible workers (every store is like this), but management must be commended for consistent level of 5-star service. First time doing Chick-fil-A- the location in Woodhaven. Nasty service, cold food. I got a meal that was 6. Something the window server said 9 something and I asked how much because the meal was just 6 something again she said 9 something, so I asked how much we're the tax, one moment. Lesson learned people check the receipts. The manager in the driveway forgot to give me my changes and ignored the horn blowing. I hated my first experience and will never return because Chick-fil-A- isn't all that. I do believe they discriminate against black people in certain cities. I ordered pick up through the app which is very thorough. I didn't like that I was forced to pay before I showed up, I would've rather paid cash at window. The food was a perfect temp the drinks were perfectly served. I was a little disappointed that they missed the dressing on my salad and the dressing to dip my chicken strips in. Service is terrible. Went to get a chicken a biscuit sandwich at 11:00. Had a free try our restaurant card. Wouldn't give me anything said breakfast stopped at 10:30. Nothing on the card reviled this info. Could not get out of line . Had to wait to get out. Called and said there is nothing on the card that states that it stops breakfast at a certain time. Didnt offer anything else. Very poor business. I never eaten there before. And will never go back. read more

Chick fil a is really awesome. They get your order correct every time. It's rather nice to actually get what you paid for. When we need a quick meal because of crazy schedules chick fil a is the only place we go now. They actually care about the food and their reputation in fast food marketplace.
