There was nothing particularly wrong with the food or even the service but the lack of preparation is really what makes me feel negative about this KFC location. This is the 2nd time I have been shorted on my order. I ordered a 12 piece bucket which is supposed to be 3 each of breast, drum, thigh and wing. I did not receive any drums, just 3 wings in addition to the ones that were supposed to come with the bucket, for a total of SIX wings. Wings are much smaller than drums, so they should not be substituted. Another time I ordered an 8 piece dark bucket which should have been 4 thighs and 4 drums. What I got that time was 7 drums and 1 thigh. I didn't complain that time because I thought it was a one off, but considering that 2 out of the last 3 visits I have been given smaller pieces, not what I ordered and paid for, this seems like this is how this location does business now. We won't be going back to the Woodhaven KFC again. read more

Several months back we ordered online and when we arrived they said they didn't have about 3rd of what we ordered and we needed to pick some different items. We asked for a refund of the items they didn't have and they wouldn't do it and told us we had to pick something different, so we did. Didn't think much of it. Last night we Door Dashed food for our son and the bag came sealed missing 3 of the 5 tenders, both biscuits (we ordered him an extra biscuit), the dipping sauces and his large fry was barely half full. Would love to understand why you tell people to go inside to pick up their "quick" pickup order but then make them wait 15 mins in the drive through line for food that's made and paid for. This store has really gone downhill. I realize there is a worker shortage but apparently there is also a chicken shortage. I went yesterday and was told they only had crispy chicken, so I left. In the past, I was the first one in line and was told there was a 20 minute wait, there was a line behind me so I told a few people about the wait. They left. And once before I went and they WERE OUT OF CHICKEN! How does a chicken place run out of chicken? Once I went and they were closed but there was no sign saying so. Is it so hard to perhaps put a sign on the check-out screen? Another time, I had to pull up and park and wait again for about 20 minutes for chicken. This KFC is a joke. I have never seen a restaurant with such rude employees and this is more than one experience. I have finally lost my cool with this location and I'm done going back when I requested that my two types of chicken be put into separate buckets for a food allergy. Regardless of the allergy if I asked for chicken and two separate bucket I don't understand the problem. The employee argued with me that it was a waste and that the allergy I was talking about was not true however I just looked up on KFC website. I continued to ask her to put them into separate buckets. The girl laughed at my daughter and I about a food allergy and said OK ugh whatever. I pulled into KFC, lights were on, main sign was lit up and drive thru was well lit up. Waited at speaker for over 5 min, honked my horn and tried to get someone's attention. Waited 5 more minutes and no one took my order. Pulled up to drive thru window and no one was in site in the store. Finally some guy came out from a door within the store looked right at me waiting at the window and totally ignored me. Finally I honked my horn to get his attention and after a 3 min wait he came to the window to rudely tell me they were closed. This guy had a real attitude and couldn't Understand why I was bothering him. Well the place was lit up like a Christmas tree. Of course I thought they were open with all the lights and signage clearly lighted. This is not my first bad experience with this KFC and this is a 1/4 mile from my house. I like KFC and have enjoyed their chicken many times before. This is the Last time I will be going back to this store, especially since we are getting a new Chick-fil-A in my neighborhood.
