I eat fried chicken a lot and this was the best that I've had. They have some already fried under a heat lamp, but they fried mine when I ordered it. It was super crispy and totally juicy on the inside. The biscuit is also top notch. It has a crispy honey coating on the top and the inside is fluffy. I got the three piece (two whole wings and a breast) plus biscuit $7.99. The prices are so reasonable. They also sell pizza and subs. We got a turkey sub $9.99 and it was good, not earth shattering like the fried chicken though. They also had baklava $3 near the register that I had to try. It was delicious. The invasion of chicken fingers continues. Came here with my son who is in his Nashville hot…read morechicken era. Menu is like most other hot chicken joints - tenders, sliders, loaded fries, and a few dessert type things (milkshakes, puddings). The place itself is pretty spacious. We went close to closing time, so it was pretty empty, but this place can easily hold 40-50 people. What I appreciate about most of these hot chicken places is the food is made fresh, as they have to if they want the rub you choose to stick to the tenders. This also creates a bit of wait time as they don't just have food sitting at the ready. A slight price to pay for better food. My son ended up getting a combo that had both a slider and a tender. I ended up getting the loaded fries, though I didn't add the slaw and pickles for an extra buck. Of the hot chicken places we've tried in the area, my son said these were his favorite. The tenders were a good size, and the slider would be considered a chicken sandwich at most places. The loaded fries I got were HUGE. I was thinking they were a little overpriced at first, but after having ordered, them, I can tell you they were well worth the money. It had to be a solid 2 pounds of food. OVERALL - a nice addition to the Canton dining scene. I'm sure I'll be going back at my son's request. Celebrity Rating - Chris Evans

It's surprising to me that the name hasn't already been trademarked as the label is very generic and frequently used around the country. This chicken shop was located on a busy stretch of Michigan Ave in South Canton. Plenty of parking was available in the lot, and the inside could seat well over 50 customers. Like a lot of other similar businesses, there was colorful and cartoonish decor on the dining room walls. Four menu screens hung behind the service counter. Main entrees were displayed on the left two screens. Four combos were on the first, and a la carte items (e.g. grilled cheese, loaded fries) were on the second. Drinks, desserts, and party packs were listed on the right two screens. Six levels of spiciness were available from Country to Blazin which required a signed waiver. The 2 Pc Tender Basket was my selection. The order contained two tenders (mild spice was my choice) on top of a piece of white bread, crinkle cut french fries, sweet pickle chips, and a cup of coop sauce. The last item was similar to remoulade. I liked that the pickles weren't sour as most places serve. The issue was that the breading did not adhere well to the chicken pieces which were also small compared to the standard at hot chicken places in my hometown.

Most locations have a fast casual setup. I was impressed by the number of flavors and sides available. It can be hard to narrow down, so my friend and I went for a few different sauces: Classic Buffalo, Honey Chipotle, Garlic Parmesan, and Berry BBQ (seasonal.) Wait time for the food is about 20 minutes, which I think is reasonable. I've tried a ton of wings spots over time, so I'm pretty critical when it comes to ranking them. These were good, but not extraordinary. They were cooked well. The skin was crispy without drying out the meat inside. I enjoyed all of the sauces. I was definitely skeptical of the Berry BBQ; I'm glad I tried it but probably wouldn't reorder. Overall, this spot is good. I'd rank the wings higher than other chain restaurants but wouldn't seek it out above other restaurants in the Detroit area.
