I have started to get the butter on the side st any of the chicken shacks for the potatoes though because it's always to much butter. I like the chicken bites alot . Doesn't even deserve a review! They over charge you for the smallest chicken you have ever seen before in your life! The coleslaw is watered down, it's more like soup with a gritty texture. I went to this location on 12/27/23 to pick up food for a group of friends. I ordered a 40 piece chicken bite box, 3 sides of potatoes and a dozen rolls. I got back to the house and realized I only had 3 sides of potatoes. When I realized my mistake, I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do for me. The male manager took my name and phone number and told me the GM would call me back in the morning. I waited the next day and called around 1pm and the same male manager told me that the GM wasn't in until 3 and she would call me back then. I waited and she still hadn't called me. I just want my $60 back for the food I never received. This messed up dinner plans that evening and had to spend MORE money on food that evening. We had a 12 piece dark meat chicken with potatoes and coleslaw for takeout. We thought the chicken was very good, cooked well and crispy. Potatoes were golden brown and crispy and buttery. Coleslaw was fresh with a great sauce. Not vinegar tasting like some other kinds. We will go back and try other menu items too. Service was quick but there were no other patrons. read more

Last week we phoned in our order to this location while grocery shopping. The customer service was exceptional and they made our order fresh. We arrived a little early and they were still preparing our order, but it came out in a timely manner. After our order was ready and we arrived home, we were delighted to find that the chicken and fries were still hot, (we live about fifteen minutes from this location)!! The chicken was fried to a golden brown, moist on the inside, and delicious. It reminded us of a chicken restaurant called Maryland's we use to visit when we were stationed in middle Georgia!! Been a while since I have been to a Chicken Shack and learned this location was close. My wife's first time here. We both ordered the 5 piece English cod dinner. Everything is cooked to order and they have signs stating 10-15 minutes to cook your order. They had just opened but we had to wipe off our table before sitting down, only bad thing. We received our meals and was wowed with all the fries. The fish and fries were cooked really good and tasty. Would definitely go back here again. We did not leave hungry at all.
