It was my first time at Texas Roadhouse and it didn't disappoint. We had lunch here this past Saturday. The restaurant was 90% full and we got seated within 10 minutes. They gave a bag of complimentary roasted peanuts and warm bread with a sweet cinnamon spread upon seating. These were so good. They have a huge menu. I perused it for a few minutes and decided to get one of their Texas Size Combos which comes with two sides. I got the 12oz. ribeye with ribs $31.99. For my sides I chose a sweet potato with butter and a bowl of chili $0.99 upcharge. The food took about 15 minutes to arrive. The chili came first. Then, came the plate with the steak, ribs and baked sweet potato. Everything was delicious. The steak was very well seasoned. I asked for A1 sauce not knowing that they had their own steak sauce. So, I tried the Texas Roadhouse steak sauce instead. I liked it. The taste wasn't as bold as the A1 sauce. The ribs were on the dry side and some parts of the meat were hard to chew. The restaurant was clean and service was on point. The servers came to check on us a few times. I wish they would open a Texas Roadhouse on Oahu. I would definitely dine there. read more

One of our favorite places to eat best rib! The price has gone up steadily over the years, but I find it to still be a great value for the amount of food that you get! I order the full slab of ribs. You get two sides and I usually order a sweet potato and a baked potato. I eat half the ribs and one of the potatoes take the other half the ribs and the other potato home and I get two meals for the cost of one you can't beat that the service the drinks the atmosphere. This Texas roadhouse is always packed! And this night was no exception. However, we were able to grab a couple of seats at the bar right away with no wait, and enjoyed a tremendous meal. The burgers were some of the best I've had in quite some time, and their version of the Bloomin Onion that Outback does, the Cactus Blossom, was absolutely fantastic. The staff at the bar and their service was terrific and they were having fun, we're efficient, and really made the evening a pleasant one. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. On Sunday night (12/21/25), my teenage son and his friends were dining in. He had a credit card and was instructed to also order dinner to-go for my husband and me. After realizing he had only ordered one steak instead of two, he politely flagged down a male employee to request one additional steak to-go. He was refused service and told they "looked too young," that it was "a lot of steak," and that it looked like they might dine and dash. This assumption was made despite the fact that they were already dining and paying with a credit card. A manager later checked on the table, but my son--like many teenagers--did not feel comfortable escalating after being spoken to that way. When I later called the restaurant, the manager repeatedly denied the incident, questioned my son's credibility, and deflected instead of addressing the concern. I was told all employees wear black shirts, which was clearly untrue when I arrived in person. I was even asked if my son spoke to a customer instead. Despite the poor handling, I still placed a pickup order because my family needed dinner. I was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I waited nearly 50 minutes, received no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, no service recovery, and was charged full price. As a hospitality manager myself, I find this level of bias, denial, and lack of accountability unacceptable. This situation could have been resolved easily with professionalism. Once upon a time, the catfish was served in healthy, hearty pieces. Not this time. Restaurant is loud -- as in the music is so loud it's difficult to carry on a conversation, then everyone is talking loud around you because they can't hear & it's a bad cycle. It has seating for groups, but it's typically taken. If you have 3-4 people they will usually seat you at a table. This is really busy, pretty crowded restaurant -- Most weekend nights there's a 45-60 minute wait. Wait staff is really nice, but not always efficient. You need to request plates for your bread or if you order an appetizer, and a spoon if you ordered chili. IMO food quality has gone down in the past couple years -- too much dressing on the salads, burnt skins on the sweet potatoes, fried pickles & onion blossoms are sitting in a lot of oil when they arrive at the table. This place is always packed on the weekends. There is an option online to reserve your spot ahead of time! Which is convenient! I've tried all of the steaks they have to serve. You can't go wrong with the ribeye! The rest are mediocre. Sometimes the cook will be a bit over done so I always get medium rare and I've had it three times in a row and not disappointed! The bread and butter is great on the table that alone will fill you up! So appetizers are really not necessary. They do have a fantastic chili recipe I recommend trying! The vegetables are a hit or miss. Usually they are good but u have had them over cooked. The drinks are good def get a nice little buzz. The price for the steak and the quality again the ribeye! Is GREAT. I get mushrooms, onions and Jack cheese on mine. Which is all keto if you are dieting. I've tried the filet and it's eh nothing special. When we got here it was packed and had a 40 minute wait time but what do u expect for a Saturday evening. We got seated and they brought us rolls and spread right away, I must say the spread is amazing and the rolls were fresh, warm and thick. We ordered drinks and I have to say I never had a Hurricane Margarita but I have had a Hurricane before and this was amazing. I ordered a 14oz Ribeye with a Ceaser salad & a fully loaded Baked Potato but before we got our food we had something called Alligator Bites, never heard of them before but they were amazing, it was jalapeno stuffed with cheese, Very Good! After the appetizers were brought out within 10-15 mins came our salads, it was perfect timing cause it was almost one meal after another which is just great timing then after that the server brought out my steak and fully loaded Baked Potato, I ALWAYS eat my steak Rare, I like it as rare as I can get it, when they brought it out it was EXACTLY what I wanted, perfect to the T. These cooks were spot on with the steak and as far as our server/waitress, her name is Allison, she also deserves a 5star rating as well cause she was spot on for bringing the food and drinks with the quickness, she also brought us an extra set of rolls for take home, that doesn't happen too often where we get extra stuff. Whenever I crave me some red meat. This "chain" restaurant is probably the first one to appear in my mind. The shining beacon of cow pieces for human consumption. Cinnamon butter and the rolls? C'mon now... they're pretty good here. Ok so let's do the food. Onion Blossom: flavor was on point, only demerit is that we were spitting out hard outer skin part of the onion. It wasn't properly peeled. RibEye: medium rare which is my all time favorite whenever I come here. The kitchen staff definitely knew how to cook a medium rare steak. Caesar Salad: My hubby's salad was pretty good. Cant really go wrong with caesar salad. Sides: My mixed veg was lackluster and my rice was a bit on the greasy side. Place is pretty good. Its stood the test of time as I can remember it. Most of the restaurants and shops around it closed and opened back up, but this guy is still there. Service was top notch.
