Nothing about this dining experience was remotely impressive. After not being here in roughly 5 years, we figured give it a shot. To start off, we were seated in a booth. Both cushions had holes in the cushions with stuffing exposed. Ordered 2 sirloin steaks with shrimp. 2 caesar salads, and spinach dip. Spinach dip was pretty decent no lie but, that was about it for the good news. Salads came out with very little dressing, basically had a regular salad. Then came the steaks... one ordered medium and the other medium well. Welp, both came out dripping blood/juices. My medium was more medium rare, even possibly pushing rare. My fiancés medium well... well that was more medium rare... I'm a medium rare guy so I just powered through and finished my steak. Hers we had to send back though. The shrimps... we just ignored to salvage the possibly of fighting off food posioning. To hopefully save the night we tried the new cookie skillet. Well it was supposed to come "warm", the bottom center of the cookie was somewhat warm... everything else... rock hard. Then, we found a big piece of paper in it after paying. For a roughly $100 meal... that was a complete waste of money. We will not be returning to Outback in the future and will not be recommending Outback to anyone... Update as of 3/10/26: After following up with an email and a phone call. They offered a $100 credit to come back and retry them. My mom picked this as her Birthday dinner and it was awful. First it took forever to get simple things such as our drinks and we requested more bread and never got it. The bloomin onion was literally soaked in grease. You can see the oil on the plate. It tasted burnt and it turned my stomach. I'm a vegetarian and I'm aware that this isn't the spot for me. I still tried to make the best of it for my mom's Birthday. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, but requested the shrimp and chicken on the side so my family could split those. My dish came with both on it and the pasta was so salty. The sauce was also disgusting. I could barely stomach 2 bites. The only good thing was the potato soup. I always try to extend grace when I'm with a big party. We came here for my sons birthday & were seated pretty quickly. It took about 45 mins for drink orders to get taken and brought to our table. They were pretty good about bringing refills. Now, getting the orders right is another story. I feel like the digital order pad should have assisted with organizing orders and receipts. Nonetheless, orders got slightly screwed up and the receipts weren't correct. After being there for almost 3 hours we were full and ready to go. Service is nonexistent! They lie about everything!! Made reservations only to get there and be told their computer has been crashing all day and they can't find your reservation. My daughter and son-in-law came from out of state so we could celebrate her birthday and this was a fatal mistake. You never get a second chance to give a first impression but in the case of this place, I don't see how they could ever give anyone a good impression unless you are impressed with being lied to! They need to clean this place up by firing all of the management because they are doing a terrible job (and as I was told "the manager isn't available" so how can they do the job at all)! We tried this Outback for my boyfriend's first time at the Australian themed steakhouse. The restaurant was packed and the wait was over and hour, though we managed to get an open pair of seats at the bar where Outback provided the full menu. We started with the bloomin onion - the signature appetizer of Outback. The sauce was delicious and our onion was crisp and tasty. It certainly wasn't the healthiest, but the appetizer was enjoyed by both of us. We also had Outback's signature brown bread with whipped butter and it was also really good. Our steak was decent! The meat was a generous size, though it was cooked closer to rare than medium rare as ordered. The steak came with a choice of two sides and we went for the Aussie fries and mixed vegetables. So I thought I would do a 'covid' review of this place, it's been a while since we've been there. I don't think they're doing 1/2 occupation right now, it felt more like quarter. But we we're able to walk right in and get seats at the bar on Sunday. It wasn't too crowded but there was a short wait for tables. Our bartender had a lot of work to do so it was a little slow but she was nice and got it done. My beer was cold and once ordered the food came out pretty quickly. My burger was cooked right and pretty good - the fries though were great, good crunch and delicious. My girlfriend enjoyed her steak. Alrighty then,,, the Australian themed steak house that's still going. So yea,, in my whole entire life, I have never ever ever ever had a steak here. Until now that is. So yea,, strip it is,, medium rare with the ayce shrimp. Which was just $1 more from the regular steak and shrimp. Medium rare please with the mushrooms. Food arrives in a timely fashion. It's hot and fresh. Our server asks me if I wanted the other type of shrimp. A few moments later, she comes back with it. Sets it on the table and I get my grub on. Everything was alright. My steak was a perfectly cooked medium rare,, my mushrooms were tasty and the shrimps were ok. Nothing to really rave about. Over all, I had a good experience dining here. This is a good place to get a decent steak. It's definitely more expensive than other chains like Ruby Tuesday or Chili's, but the steaks here (in my amateur opinion) are great quality and typically they take care to cook it correctly. The servers are typically very attentive and friendly. The bar is also quick to make drinks if we decide to head the adult beverage route. I'm a big fan of Outback's potato soup and their honey wheat bread with whipped butter. I could come here and fill up on the stuff. Of course I'd rather be at an awesome steakhouse in Troy or something, but Outback has scratched my steak itch more than once. read more

Absolutely disgusted with the bone in rib-eye. Waited 45 minutes for our order when my bone in rib-eye arrived it was brought not by my server but I believe the busboy. The butter on top was actually frozen solid frozen freaking solid ice cube of butter bacon conglomerate.
