Even though Ram's Horn has a pretty large dining area, it felt quiet and relaxed, which made the experience even better. The waitress was super attentive (probably helped since we were the only table for a bit), but that didn't change the fact that the food was so good it hit the spot perfectly. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo and swapped out the fries for onion rings. It also came with a side of fresh, crisp coleslaw. The portion was huge definitely more than I could finish so... I brought some home. My son got the Mickey blueberry pancakes with bacon, and he completely cleared his plate! We've been here before for breakfast (which I already love), but this was my first time trying their fish and chips or anything from the dinner menu. My food was ordered through GrubHub to my hotel and the driver was courteous and timely. The food on the other hand was totally inedible. The salad was slimy, my fries from the fish and chips were hard and tough, while my wife's from her chili fries were undercooked. The meatloaf was the hard corner scrapings, and the fish from my order was half over cooked, half under cooked. It left me as disappointed as I am hungry. read more

I really like coming to this Ram's Horn location for the quality of the food and the staff's hospitality and customer service. My server, Kim, was very attentive throughout the meal and kindly informed me that the decaf coffee wasn't really fresh and brewed a new pot for me. While I waited, a gentleman came and asked me what I wanted to drink thinking I had not been addressed yet. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss omelette and added chicken breast for a protein boost and their wonderful hash browns which have turned me into a snob. RH HB are buttery and crispy, not dry or dried out. My omelette was so fluffy and thick because it was full of diced chicken breast and mushrooms, plus steaming hot. I had no business getting dessert but I saved 1/2 my meal to get a slice of lemon meringue pie to go with my coffee. The pie was cool, creamy and tart! I also love this location because they play the best music! Just loud enough to hear and enjoy. I am usually alone, after work, so I glance at my phone during my meal texting or gaming, having coffee refills and time sometimes flies by! This is the original comfort food spot, after National. This was always my ex-FIL and his wife's favorite brunch and sometimes early dinner spot. I spent many Sundays here for over 6 years. I would say they had a decent Turkey club. Their menu shows you the 560 calories you are consuming with this sandwich, seems to little, is that just a 1/4 of the sandwich? The food was great. The dessert tasted amazing. The waiters... were okay. They weren't as attentive as I would've liked. I can understand though and otherwise, they were nice. The only other problem I have are the tables. When the table flaps are up, they are slanted. But a kind waiter but two tables together for our party. Husband and I ate here while out and about running errands. When we came in, we were immediately seated in a booth. We wanted to be "in and out" so that was fantastic. Especially for a Sunday morning. I ordered blueberry pancakes, hash browns containing peppers, onions and cheese, sausage links, and a hot chocolate. I am so disappointed in todays society, has the world gotten so bad, that we lie about local restaurants, just so that they have a low star rating? Someone said that this location was not open late enough for them. Is open 24 hours not enough for you lier? Every time me and my parents come, everyone is so nice and friendly. One of the managers always recognizes us and makes us feel welcome. The waitress's are always fast and top notch. I absolutely love there seasonal decor. When in doubt - go to Ram's Horn. It's cheap. It's convenient. My boyfriend is partial to cozy diners, so more often than not, we end up here. Nothing is extravagantly spectacular here, but it's all good and we never spend more than 15 bucks a person. The burgers are good, the sandwiches are good. Their turkey club salad is huge and delicious - they have really, really tasty ranch dressing here. Milkshakes and malts are a guilty pleasure for us. The staff is just like you'd expect diner staff to be. They're friendly, personable, like to chat, but not excessively. They never give any issues about us splitting our bill between two credit cards either, which I very much appreciate because too often restaurants find it too inconvenient to do that.
