The owner told the manager to tell me too bad and to dispute it if I had a problem. So now I have to contact my bank and file a police report for theft. I have the texts the owner sent me telling me it was too far- so he will be prosecuted but its ridiculous that he would believe he could steal money from cusotmers.

The food was nice hot and it was seasoned (even the fries which I didn't know). They were out of catfish so I selected orange roughly dinner with 5 wings for an additional $7.50. She said the burger was cooked good. But the cheese ended up making her bun soggy, and she would've preferred shredded cheese that had been melted instead of queso. But it was decent. I had the cajun pasta and added shrimp. I hadn't at that day just yet, except for some fruit and veggies. So this hit the spot, just how it needed to be hit. Not a word out of the girl at the counter she just hands it to me with a dumb look on her face with no apology or explanation. Horrible customer service abs attention to customers. I got the pizza back to my hotel maybe 5 minutes away and by the time I opened it it wasn't very warm and the whole center of the pizza was soggy. I assume that's from sitting too long because the outer crust was actually not bad. If the crust wasn't soggy it would have been a pretty decent Pizza but I don't know if that's normal or because of the extra wait.
