I had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-designed, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The drink menu was impressive, with a fantastic selection of expertly crafted cocktails and other alcoholic beverages that were both creative and well-balanced. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. The servers were friendly, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of throughout the evening. They were knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The combination of outstanding drinks, excellent service, and a great overall ambiance makes this restaurant a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I look forward to visiting again soon. read more

Great atmosphere. Food is good and its view of the lake is pretty too. Sitting at the bar is always a great idea.

Guys...I think we found a new favorite restaurant! We were in town for the Northvillle Halloween celebration and quick stopped here for some dinner. It was AMAZING! We both ordered their New York Strip entree and got two sides with the meals. We never really think to get steak at places that aren't specifically steakhouses, but we were so glad we did here! The flavor was amazing and we both agreed they were cooked exactly how we wanted them. We also had the mac n cheese, fries, asparagus, and caesar salad for sides. The portion sizes were huge and super tasty! I would love to go back and get an entire entree of mac n cheese. We also LOVED the zip sauce that came on the side of the steak and were happy to find out that it didn't have egg so Aidan could have it! I was so impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, and the vibes of the overall restaurant. It is decorated super cute with a little shack and a fun marine theme. Even the bathroom sinks are canoes! We had an awesome server who was very attentive and sweet. Parking is very easy and it wasn't busy at all when we went. There are TV's all over to watch games as well if you go on a gameday! We had such a great time and will be coming back! read more

Bought a new car salesman gives us a free appetizer card so I enjoyed the wings deep fried naked so I did Buffalo and lemon pepper they were very good slightly overcooked but were definitely very good. We also shared the ham bacon pineapple deep dish was the best one I have had anywhere. The decor is smartly decorated and live band on Friday and Saturday night. We were there Saturday night great band with covers but also nice they were not blaring the sound very middle of the road we will be back to try other menu items. Waitress was very good as well. read more

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with some friends and family. The decor is super fun and funky with old instruments and an airplane hanging from the ceiling! There were so many delicious food offerings. It was hard to decide. The brussels sprout salad with chicken was amazing. It fed me three times! My friends and family were all happy with their meals. Tots were crunchy and delicious and their potato fries are like nothing I've had before- thin cut pieces of potato deep fried. There was a miss on my son's food and he got his meal after we were mostly finished. Service could be a bit slow but when we were attended to, it was very attentive. Would definitely hit this place again if I'm in the area. read more

We ate here while on vacation in the Detroit Area. I had the pulled pork sandwich platter. The potato fries were excellent and would definitely return for those. The pulled pork was way to grissely for my liking. Someone in the kitchen made a mistake here. My wife had the beef tips and was very pleased with her selection. read more

I just bought a home up the road from here, so I had to check it out. This place is very cool! It's an homage to the boating life and Rosie the riveter! Very cool , authentic boating paraphernalia. The service is fab and the menu is very eclectic. I got 3 delicious vodka based cocktails: Belleville breeze, lavender lemonade and the crowstache. They were all great! For dinner, I had the any strip with mashed potatoes and Mac'. I'll definitely be hanging out here! read more

Fine dining prices but mid-quality food. Service was good but unfortunately un-impressed by the meals. I hate that I didn't love this place. Steak tips were over-done and cold. Greasy zip sauce :( read more

I was super sad when Rusted Crow downtown disappeared because it was nice having another distillery downtown, but I was out this way to meet some high school friends and we decided this would be the spot to meet. I'm not super familiar with Belleville but this was an absolutely area of town, and like the name suggests near a lake. They did a great job melding their steampunk/Victorian aesthetics with the local boating culture. Just absolutely quaint. The location itself is a full service restaurant along with distillery, the nice bonus is that they 8 taps with beers plus they carry other liquors. Honestly some of the best bourbon prices I've seen in a long time. Would honestly come back here in a heart beat. read more

Used to be my spot until I got treated like crap by management. I ordered a pizza and it came out with no sauce plus tasted weird. When I told them about it, they replied "we list what's on it, so we can't take it off the bill." Yeah, read what's on it, but didn't expect it to taste like chemicals. I'll never go back there. Gotta boycott the greedy owners who care nothing for the customers that keep their business alive. They don't deserve it. read more

Came for lunch with my husband and my parents. They offer portabella or black bean patty at no charge for the non meat eaters, so I thought I'd be set. The waitstaff was all dressed like Rosie the riveter in blue jean tops and red polka dot headbands. Huge murals with lots of random metal stuff. Cool, I guess. They call themselves "on the lake" but it's really more like "across the street from the lake". The meat eaters all enjoyed their burgers, two people got side salads and I wish I had. I subbed a portabella on a mushroom and Swiss and asked for no Swiss... it came out and was just portabella on a bun, chopped up. No onion or mushrooms that came on the regular mushroom and Swiss. Boring as heck and my fries were hella salty. If you're looking to eat and drink and don't need any modifications, this place is probably decent... but also half our table's orders came out a full ten minutes before the other half. So. Maybe not. Overall meh. read more

We popped in before happy hour, place was pretty slow. The atmosphere and ambiance were great. Loved all of the walls paintings, things to look at, strategically placed TV's, the special touches in the bathroom. The design that blends together water, drinks, crows, seemed a little all over the place but you could tell each part was specifically thought of. Drinks were good - sure wish they had a patio read more

I wish that I could give this less than one star! There was a waitress Kathrine M. that was so rude racist to the table next to me that it made my party uncomfortable. When they asked for a manager she lied and said that she was one. Well she wasn't When the real manager Joe came out he was dismissive and passive aggressive. I hope that table call corporate. First time to Rusted Crow. Visiting from A2. What a find! The atmosphere and decor is super fun. We loved how they leaned into the history of the area, Belleville Lake, Rosie the Riveter, the Ford/Edison connection. Our server was amazing, great recommendations, honest advice and super fast and attentive (on a Friday night). The drinks made from their own distillery were amazing. We particularly like the Rosie cocktail. The PB&J burger is one of the best burgers we're ever had! Highly recommend for it's sweet and savory combination and the burger had a perfect char on it as well. The house made french fries are also fire. We also ordered the chef's salad which was a very generous portion and chocked full with great ingredients. We'll definitely be back and are also excited to try the Rusted Crow distillery in Dearborn Heights. Well done! read more

It feels like it's been a minute since a restaurant has earned a 5 star review from me! Rusted Crow on the Lake was excellent! Service was a little slow, but we didn't care. We were not in a hurry and we were not at all rushed to get in and out like so many places. It's clean and roomy inside. I loved the nod to Rosie the Riveter on the plane in the bar, too. I had the PBJ burger - that's right, PBJ! Get this, it even had Brussels Sprouts ON the burger! I don't know what genius came up with this burger, but I tip my hat and raise a glass to them! This burger was fabulous! The burger itself was cooked to a perfect medium (I usually get med rare, but ordered medium just due to the nature of everything in the burger, I didn't want the added juiciness from med rare to ruin it.). It comes with Brussels Sprouts, peanut butter vinaigrette, Brie cheese, and fig jam - sounds weird, but it magically comes together and is a delectable party in the mouth. The only bad thing about this is that no other burger will ever taste as good! The fries are sliced thin and served crispy on the outside with a soft center (they even have malted vinegar on the table!) The Mac n cheese was pretty tasty - it's a nice blend of cheeses, perfectly cooked pasta, with bacon crumbles. The side of Brussels Sprouts, as quoted from a dining companion, "OMG! These are TO DIE FOR!" Another dining companion provided this review of the buffalo wings: Yum! Good sized, tasty sauce. Definitely an "I'd order these again meal!" Cannot wait to try some other menu items, we will definitely be back, and soon!! (Snagged a couple photos but forgot the side of sprouts and wings). read more

This is a MUST GO if you are in town. Food and drinks were all wonderful. Quick service. Get a fry. You will NOT regret it. (And homemade ranch) Happy hour 3-6 - try everything. Nachos with pork with queso on the bottom. Holy yum. Blackberry Bramble (I think what it's called) had a few. You need to as well. Super fresh and great tasting. Greta location. Great decor. The staff was really nice. The craft cocktails list is super long and super yummy. Lots of great, unique drinks to choose from. I got the crowstache and it was so good. More cucumber flavor than blackberry but good. My aunt for the creamsicle one and it was amazing. All of them look and sound good. I got the pulled pork nachos with queso. I mean, I love nacho cheese, but if they have queso as an option why get nacho cheese. They were really good with really hearty tortilla chips. I would definitely go for less onions. They had both white and purple onion and it was alittle overkill. But overall good. The Mac n Cheese was delicious. I would totally get that for my meal next time. My husband got the Cuban and enjoyed it. The fries are unique and yummy. We will definitely be back. read more

This restaurant is large and open, sports bar atmosphere. Not too loud, comfy booths. Service was immediate and very friendly. I ordered the Diablo burger with fries, and a side of Mac n cheese. The burger was large and really good, except for the bun. It was hard and flaky, like it wasn't fresh. I ended up discarding it. The fries were well prepared, and would have been tasty, but they were cold when I got them. The Mac n cheese looked good, creamy, with a nice sprinkling of breading. Unfortunately, the dish had almost no flavor whatsoever. Overall, it was quite an underwhelming meal. read more

Our new go-to restaurant! Any time we come here, we luck out and oddly get the same table/booth every time. Gluten free options, friendly environment, plenty of delicious food, and great decor. Seated fast and friendly. Menu is simple, and a little on the high-priced side. The place is very clean, and maintained well. So many decorative themes happening that I'm not sure what the intention was... airport, marina, or surf shop. The food was great. We had a Cuban (with both mustards) and the Nachos with beef and white queso. Pulled pork on the Cuban was exceptional, and the sandwich was a great portion for the price. The nachos were made well, every bite was worth it. Beautiful presentation for something headed to the bottomless pit. I also had a draft beer. Temp was a little warm, but the beer was fresh. Overall great experience. $50 for 2 people, including tip read more

It was not bad here. It has potential. We dined in on a weekend. It was bustling. The waitstaff seems distracted and borderline uninterested. Like I get busy, but not when you spend most of your time talking to each other or one particular table to the exclusion of all others. That's not I'm hustling to take care of everyone, that's just poor service. This would bother me less if all my food was hot when I got it. It was not. The cheese curds were and were pretty good. My entree salad was tasty with very good dressing but temp was not really a factor there. The fish and chips my husband ordered, on the other hand, yikes. I know, I know send it back. Easier when you can get a waitresses attention. Also, my husband just hates to cause a fuss ever. Hot, though, it would probably be fine. Overall, it seemed at least ok. Service may just be a one-off type thing. We skipped to go for the oldsters and went elsewhere for that. We will give it a second chance somewhere down the line though. read more

First time at the Rusted Crow...came in for lunch and loved the decor inside. Our server was amazing! I had the pulled pork sandwich with fries. I'm going to admit it was possibly one of the BEST pulled pork sandwiches I have ever had. Bold statement considering I've lived in the south for half my life. The fries were pleasantly different...like little round pillow fries that were very well seasoned. My coworkers had the Cuban and the Crowdip sandwiches. They said they were both awesome!
