I went in with my family all got 3 meals separately sides onion rings fries I recieved cheese curds. I had the bacon butter burger with a coke. After our meal we ordered frozen scoops of custard from the table I ordered snickers mix with 2 topping heath and cheesecake bits . Took them over 15 mins to bring out our custard skip the line order my other family members liked there but mine didn't look right. Already MELTING I tasted it and said I dont see or taste the cheese cake. Went to cashier and she asked can I help you. I said I think I'm missing a topper the manager asked would you like us to remake it or just give you cheesecake topping I said just topping fine even though my ice cream looked sad I didn't want to complain I just wanted my toppings. I got a cup full of cheesecake bits which I put in my ice cream. Its 100am I'm the only one throwing up stomach cramps and its repeat cycle. Extremely unprofessional and offensive experience at this location. While picking up a DoorDash order, an employee in back repeatedly said 'こんにちは' (Japanese for 'Good afternoon') as soon as I walked in--despite me not being Japanese. This was not a friendly greeting but an ignorant assumption based on my appearance. I understand I wasn't a paying guest at that moment, but I've enjoyed Culver's as a customer before. This level of racial insensitivity and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Management needs to address this. Until then, I won't be supporting this location. Always hot and fresh! I've been coming here to get these Buffalo tenders. The food is always piping hot. No sitting in warming trays all day. I try to sneak in before the lunch rush so I don't have to wait. If you do come during peak lunch, you will wait a few minutes. But you can sit and they will bring to you. $11 for 4 tenders, fries and a coke. Beats a crappy $6 meal, if that's even possible anymore/anywhere. The employees are always upbeat - which seems genuine and that speaks to good leadership. The root beer is a million times better than the famous drive up place we've all grown up with. We stopped here on our way through the area knowing that Culver's consistently has good food and service. Boy were we wrong. The girl we paid was very short with us. I wanted to ask for salt , pepper and extra napkins. She was closing the door as I was talking. She handed my husband a sticker , he asked here what so I do with this and she said "put it anywhere we can see it" She didn't tell us where to wait for our food and there were no signs to tell you where to wait as well. So someone honked at us to move so we just kept moving forward and around the corner. That area should be marked. Eventually 2 cars were behind us and got their food prior to us. Then our food came out I had asked for hot fries and they were not hot and there were no napkins in the bag. We asked her what is going on here and she stated they are really busy. My husband noted 4 employees sitting at a table while we were waiting for our food. He also noticed all 4 of them get up prior to our food coming out. He went in to get napkins and tell them about the fries. When he went in to get the napkins she just got a bag , didn't apologize, put 2 orders of fries and napkins in it and said "these should be hot". Our burgers were not warm as well. I was at Taylor location on Eureka a few weeks ago and ordered a meal with NO ONIONS OR PICKLES, as listed on the receipt. As you can see on the pictures it was incorrect. Once I got to my destination I called and ask for a manager, he said he name was Blake. I let him know I don't live in the area, so he took my name and told me the next time I was in the area he'd replace it. I don't know what has happened to this locale. It's been awful the last couple of times we've frequented this establishment. I've ordered a deluxe burger NO CHEESE, both times; comes out with cheese! Really? It was ordered correctly, the cooks obviously DO NOT READ tickets properly! Also, food has taken over 20 minutes to get to the table. Dining room could use some attention to cleaning as well. Is the staff working short-handed? Where is ownership/ managers? We won't be frequenting this Culvers any longer. Pull up at drive thru the clerk had bad attitude. Did not give me time finish order...She was a "Bitch"

Drive thru had four people in front of my party; they all got their food...I was first up in the wait line for drive thru and watched 6 orders after mine get fulfilled and drive off. After asking what the wait was for (after finally receiving food) I was told it was because I ordered fish. No problem, I thought, please make sure my fish is cooked through...and after 20 minutes I was served a rubbery, burnt piece of fish on my cod sandwich. Also, noteworthy, the menu online claims to serve the Cod Sandwich on a toasted hoagie roll; whereas what I received was NOT a hoagie in any type of way...it looked more like a ciabatta. Mind as well mention the lack of lettuce and cheese and tartar sauce on the sandwich itself. I did call the location after getting home and opening the bag, to my disappointment, and was greeted with a friendly voice. I asked what type of bread the fish sandwich came on (my mistake) and the person on the phone yelled to the line cook to ask what bread the fish sandwich came with...obviously the answer would be a hoagie bun because that's what it SHOULD be on. CLEARLY, this is not a hoagie roll. Also, I feel I should mention, the 'food shortages' might have had an effect on the type of bread I got my sandwich on; but I would have appreciated a short statement like: "we haven't been able to get any shipments of the bread your sandwich comes on" and an offer of replacement or different selection. read more

Pretty typical for what you'd expect out of a Culver's. The food is high quality, consistent with other Culver's locations across the U.S. I love the chicken tenders from Culver's, they are always delicious and fresh. The service at Culver's is generally good, too. I love how they deliver the food right to your car, how convenient. However, my only issue was that the person who served me in the drive-thru lane claimed I could see what my options were in terms of what fruits I wanted to put in my lemon ice cooler. I didn't see a section for that on the drive-thru menu. Further clarity for all staff on what the menu says would bump this review up to 5 stars. Also, I found it very confusing to drive off the property after I had received my order - another reason for dropping 2 stars. There don't seem to be many clear signs pointing towards the exit, which will be an issue for many, especially if someone is in a huge rush. read more

On 5/22/2021, I visited this location, arriving about 9:47 p.m. Signage stated the hours fir the Dining Room as open until 9:00 p.m. and Drive Thru as open until 10 p.m. Again, I was sitting waiting in line, along with at least 8 other vehicles, for drive thru service 13 minutes BEFORE CLOSING. When I pull up to the order menu to finally place my order at 10:03 p.m. (order menu still lit up), I'm greeted with "WE'RE CLOSED!" I explain to the person speaking that "I have been in the line for almost 15 mins. before 10pm." The person then just repeated "WE'RE CLOSED!" I then asked "Does it not matter if a customer is in line well before closing in order to be serviced?" I received no answer back... completely ignored. So I pulled up behind a car waiting to receive their order from the window with the intention of speaking to a manager regarding my concern and question. (By the way, they apparently also DENIED SERVICE to 2-3 other vehicles that were in line before I was). When I pulled up to the window a Culver's worker immediately locked the window while refusing to look my direction, as I was saying "Hello, excuse me." Instead of even acknowledging me, she walked away from the window and sent another Culver's worker to the window. That woker then opened the window and I again explained that "I was in line almost 15 mins. before 10pm. Why would I not be serviced?" She asked, "You were in line before 10pm?" then advised that she would ask. I told her "at this point I'm not interested in ordering anything from this restaurant. But I would like the corporate contact information." She then had yet another Culver's worker come to the window. I explained for the 3rd time, that I was in line almost 15 mins. before 10pm... and before I could finish he just stated "WE'RE CLOSED". I then ask him for the corporate headquarter's contact info which he stated that they don't have a corporate location... this is an obvious lie! I then asked for his name and title to which he stated his name was Tim and that he was the Assistant Manager, and he again refused to provide any information to contact another area of Culver regarding my concerns. After leaving the restaurant, I performed a simple internet search which revealed Culver's Headquarter information in Prairie Du Sac, Wisconsin, as well as the C-suite members (CEO, CFO, COO, etc.). I will be elevating this to Enrique "Rick" Silva at Culver Franchising System LLC. He and others will be hearing from me about this unpleasant experience and this location's refusal to service customers who were in line before closing. Because if a customer was inside waiting to be serviced because closing, that customer would be serviced. They would not tell the customer "WE'RE CLOSED!" and tell them to leave. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES & AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

Love Culvers Chicken Tenders! They seem to be consistent at all their restaurants. Thinly battered, even, tasty if not remarkable quality. When I'm in the mood for fried and fast, I don't want it over-battered with doughy, greasy sections. Culvers Tenders are just right! Their frying oil seems to be fresh and regularly changed. This is a big plus in my opinion if I'm doing fast food fried! Service is adequate at this location though I have never done drive thru. Milk shakes are great too. Far better than the shakes at the 'other' big-name fast food burger joints. read more

Well I forgot to take pics of our entrees, so posted below is a pic of our appetizer, nachos. Masks required by all until you get to your table. Staff did have on masks, no gloves. They have a huge selection of beer and ciders. We ordered the nachos and I was completely surprised by the size of the order. HUGE, as well as good!!! The food we ordered was also fantastic. I had the grilled chicken with ham and bacon. Awesome!! Service was a little slow, but the bartender was our waiter and he was also busy with the bar. Culvers advertises that their chicken is raised right but they need to make sure it's made right. I went here on 9/7/2019 around 6:30 pm and placed 4 to go orders, all chicken sandwiches. Well guess what ....that got each order wrong !!!! This never happens when I eat there but always happens with to go orders. Does it take a rocket scientist to make a chicken sandwhich ? I think they just don't care because you will be home when you realize the order is wrong. I don't know why businesses don't hire secrete shoppers to test their customer service. Owner Sean, last time you said you purchased this location and wanted me to call so you could make it right, but obliviously you haven't gotten around to fixing this problem.
