I love Jersey Mike's but I always have to talk my family into getting it because of today's problem! My kids will not eat anything but meat, cheese and the bun. You would think that would be simple but the last 3 times there has been everything on my daughter's even though we specifically unchecked everything except meat and cheese (only pepperoni and salami but still had the other meats on for #13)and also type in specific info and yet they put everything on it and this time put dressing on it so we can't just take everything she doesn't like off because the bun is wet. I'm so sad they don't read everything. There were 4 employees standing behind the counter talking so why couldn't they read the order?? Then we looked before leaving and missing 2 subs but was able to catch that! Last time the owner made things right with the same issue but that doesn't fix the problem obviously. I didn't call this time. Just this review. They need a "Build your own" option on the app. Attention to detail is important! The cheese steak was delicious though! read more

Got my first Jersey Mike's sub from this location. I get it at least once a week now. My 5 year olds favorite is the turkey and provolone. Im trying to try every sub I can! I always try to patron the restaurants in my neighborhood. I never had Jersey 'Mike's until yesterday. I ordered a Chipotle Cheesesteak on a wrap. OMG to die for!!!!!! My first one was at the Ann Arbor location. I loved my sandwich so much I went to the location by my house. Was NOT disappointed. The flavor of my sandwich was amazing. My wrap was delicious!!!!! This place is the absolute worst ever. They are all clueless in that place. They have messed up two online orders now, telling me they did not have the order when they did. Two times now we have been sworn at or cussed at due to their unintelligence. I would not let my dog eat there! What a joke. Stay away!!! Two free subs does not make up for the horrible customer service. When you get some decent help I might consider coming back. LONG LENGTHY HAIR IN FOOD (Multiple Strains) The entire staff looked and act like they have never worked a single day in there life. They are rude and completely unprofessional. I ordered a Turkey club and watched some lady make my sandwich who had hair past her shoulders, and constantly swinging it around as she is making peoples food. No hair nets or anything. This is the first location I've ever been to and it set a great tone for the business ! I loved everything about this sandwich it was definitely my style. SUB WAS WRONG AND GROSS. went in to order 3 subs for lunch today the first issue was when i ordered all of my subs mikes way they young man asked me what the meant so i clarified lettuce tomato onion mayo and the sauce. i watch him mangle the sub together at turtle speed putting everything except but the sauce i say ope the sauce too please. what looked like the manager (blonde haired women fair skin on the bigger side) came out and was talking to the employees like garbage i couldn't believe how rude and entitled she was acting towards them it was very sad. the manger bagged my subs up by throwing them into the bag and i politely said ope i ordered 3 subs she slammed the other one in my bag. i've never met a manager with so much attitude she was acting like she doesn't get paid to be there like she didn't apply to this job willingly. i didn't really cause a fuss but when i got home the sub i ordered came with wheat bread no mayo or the sauce and banana pepper. the photo is how mangled the other sub we got looked like. you work in customer service it's literally your job to be pleasant.... read more

Totally disappointed. I don't have a Jersey Mikes near me so I ventured out for lunch on a 20 min drive each way. I ordered a regular #9, mikes way. I was very excited to get my sub but was sadly sent back to reality when I opened it to eat. The lettuce was very brown and borderline bad. The sub had very little flavor. This is my fault for choosing the 3.5 rated location rather than drive 4 more mins and have a 4.5 rated shop. Needless to say I won't make that mistake again. read more

I like jersey mikes, i don't eat it very often. Cause it's basically $20 for a sub. Dine in closes at just before 8pm I guess. Music is always Christian music at this location and I dig that. However it seems to take along time to get a sandwich. And I get people what to get home as soon as possible but to me closing at 9pm doesn't mean you get to leave at 9m . To me it should mean if someone walks in at 8:45pm and wants to sit down and eat there sub they should be able to. That's the way it was at every place I ever worked at. But still apart from stuff like that I don't have much to complain about. I do recommend this place for subs in the local area. read more

I'm sorry to all of you Jersey Mike fans. I only went here because my BF kept saying how good their cheesesteaks were and their Italian subs. So I told him what I wanted and let him go order for me. I got a cheese steak with peppers onions and mushrooms and I also got it Mike's way so I had the vinaigrette in the lettuce and tomatoes. You guys I don't even care that it was a huge sandwich. It was not that great. I was almost disappointed because I had worked myself up for it. If I was just going for a regular sandwich it may have been fine. But I wanted a big meaty cheesy cheese steak and what I got was a steak sandwich with soggy lettuce and tomatoes. It wasn't horrible I ate about half of a half, but it just wasn't hitting my spot. And when he asked me how much I would pay for it I honestly would not have paid more than about 10:11 bucks for that sandwich, so I almost blew a gasket when he told me that it was damn near a $15 sandwich. That's what broke my heart. Maybe one day I'll give Jersey Mike's a try again. But it won't be any day soon. read more

I've been a regular to this location since about November. The good things: consistency in products, every sandwich is weighed it seems the same and every time I order it always tastes great. The staff is super friendly often times joking and having a good time. Great vibes in a place like that do wonders when you're on break from work etc. They do a great job of helping customers in a timely fashion although I think the process of making the subs is slow (see cons). Some negatives I've found: below average speed in making and preparing the food. If there's a line I wouldn't Hesitate to probably leave or maybe go and use the app, order, and come back since it's always a 22 minute wait ordering from the app. I've waited as long as 15-18 minutes in line before being able to order then still waiting almost 7/8 minutes for my meal to be completed. The whole process sort of irks me because they cut it then it just sits on the counter next to the slicer and I've had mix ups happen with my order because of this. (I know this isn't store specific but maybe someone at corporate will see this and maybe it'll change?) only Other negative I can really think of is sometimes I find myself repeating a lot of my order on toppings after telling them what I want, have had topping forgot about as well. But that happens no ones perfect. Overall I really like this place despite its short comings it's one of the better sandwich places around, but if you're in a hurry I suggest you order ahead/maybe go somewhere known to be a bit quicker paced. But if you do decide you wont be disappointed with the quality of the food and the many ways you can order it, hot/cold/In a wrap. read more

First time I went to Jersey Mike's and I was impressed. Got a cold sub "Mike's way" and it's delicious.

I ordered online and had to make my way through a ton of waiting people to yell to the employee that I was waiting on an online order. 20 minutes past my pick up time I'm still waiting while this staff, with zero sense of urgency, moves around like sloths, doesn't talk to customers just sets random bags on the counter for us to figure out who it belongs to, and tells us it will be an additional 20-30 minutes but only if you ask. I get being understaffed but I've also watched them meander to the back and just stand there on their phones texting while we wait. Don't go here they suck! Oh and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a Christian establishment but the holy roller God music was playing the whole time too. read more

I "ordered online to beat the line" & walked in & they didn't even know about my order. The order receipt was sitting by the register as the cashier took other orders. The restaurant became very busy & I was told that I had to wait another 7 minutes for my TWO REGULAR subs. I ordered at 7:50pm & WAS told it'll be ready by 8:12pm, then that it wouldn't be ready until 8:20pm. Me toddler was sleep in the car & I just wanted to go home & say forget it. Staff was extremely kind and respectful and took excellent precautions against COVID by maintaining a clean environment and wearing masks properly! Also made others in the establishment and myself feel safe by politely asking a man who refused to wear a mask to leave. And the food was great as usual! read more

After all the good things I have heard about Jersey Mike's I didn't expect to be disappointed when I finally tried them but I was. The staff was great and seemed very proud of their place. I ordered the Italian sub with the works. As my waitperson sliced the meat fresh like a deli she explained that Jersey Mike's manufacturers their own meats and it is not available in stores. I was impressed. I watched her put together a first rate looking sub. On the small side for what it costs but hearty looking. I took a bite and tasted...nothing. It was not only bland it was like it did not have taste at all. I'm not sure how that was possible. I watched her put the Italian meats, cheese, oregano and red wine vinegar on it. I am baffled. Something was missing from the sub but I cannot put my finger on what it was. Now one thing that was good was the bread. It was a chewy type of bread with real substance. Too bad the meats were not worthy of it. This is a chain shop after all but I expected more than this. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the staff seemed genuinely proud of their shop and seemed honestly interested in that I was satisfied. I lied and told them it was great. I don't like doing that but they were really nice. Ill stick to Jersey Giant which is twice the size for the same price and loaded with flavor. read more
