I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.

I also had them make mine "hot" which was the second hottest spice level they offered. It's the norm to have no mix ins in the bottom half. 3) Compared to the other locations I frequent, Canton is the most expensive. Specifically the base cost for their concretes, and the cost of the extra mix ins. So tied to #2 above, this location charges more for a more inferior product. I've been coming to this location for years, ever since they opened. In the beginning the owner was there all the time and he was on top of service. It's now been a couple years since I've seen him.
