I don't know why everybody is so crazy about the curly fries they are just good not amazing. The restaurant is clean and they have good décor. The bell is unique and a nice touch to when I am done with my meal. The service is good no rude people but they are not like the best servers in the world but that is what you should expect from a fast food restaurant. The food is also decent one thing I really like is that they brought back the potato cakes! Which is probably what I look forward to when I come to an Arby's. Arby's is the best fast food option on Ford Road in Canton. The service is decent and most importantly the dining area and restrooms are clean. Such a rare sight at a fast food restaurant. The welcoming environment brings in singles, families, and elderly people to dine here. The food is made well and hot. The sandwich actually looks like the photos on the wall with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, etc. There are Arby's sauce, horseradish, and ketchup packets at the front counter. read more

I don't normally get fast food so when I do I'm not expecting a whole lot to begin with. I will start out saying the kid in the drive thru was very nice. With that said first I was shorted my nickel change, it was not a big deal but made me sad that kids can't count All I ordered was a regular roast beef sandwich and sweet potato fries The sandwich was not very warm and the fries had to have been made one hour earlier, they were cold and chewy and just a mess. The folks at the Arby's On Michigan Ave., in Canton, MI are exceptionally nice, but they seem to be unconcerned about the quality of their food. Contacted Arby's twice to commend them for the service, but question their food quality (namely cold food.) The Response From Arby's??? You Guessed It....CRICKETS!! Very comfy and welcoming--place looks fit for a Friday/Saturday night hangout, possibly renovated recently. Great customer service, very friendly. The food was amazing; it was hot and far more delicious than I expected (had the Greek Gyro a few times, and recently had some massive 3-meat BBQ sandwich that I can't remember the name of, but think very fondly of :-). Very fast delivery of food from sandwich maker. POS operator not overly friendly and did not exhibit any ability to sell or upswell a customer, which is good for guest but not the franchisee. Sauce dispenser was either running empty or new springs may be needed. I really liked the fact that the played the local school system radio station through the speakers. Libby employees need to either level off tables while cleaning or alert mgmt to the fact that this needs to be done The drink station needed refilling and the trash station I used needed to be wiped clean of sauce. read more

The people who worked here were so friendly and nice! I absolutely loved them. Metro, the guy who took my order, was so nice. And the lady who served us our food was so sweet as well. It was an Arby's so you can't expect the most high quality food, but for the fast food category it was good as always. The inside dining area was also very nice and decorated well. I went to your canton location about 5:30 today. The manager or assistant manager started yelling at her people about something. She then threw my food in a bag and said here you go. No thank you or anything and then proceeded to rip into an older employee after she got done with the others. I was going to get involved but I thought better of it. I've been in managenent all my life and that was very sad to witness. She needs training very badly read more

The renovations make this a much nicer place to dine in than it used to be. My husband and I had a craving for beef - something other than burgers - and dropped in. They have additional, I believe seasonal items, on their menu now such as angus steak with A1 sauce. Still, we opted for the sliders because they are $1 during "happy hour" (2-5 pm). I got 2 roast beef sliders and my husband 1 each of the r.b., corned beef and chicken. The corned beef was his favorite. They also offer $1 fries which have enough in them to share among two patrons, unlike McDonald's value fries that have all of 12 pieces in the bag. Oh, and they also have $1 shakes during this time as well. I didn't get one on this visit, but I brought my kids through the following day to get one as a treat. Yum! read more

I found a great way to maximize the budget dining experience and get a satisfying meal outta Arby's without feeling like the wallet's going to start crying by picking off the dollar/value menu. You can get a very decent meal by ordering two ham and cheese $1 sandwiches, then pitching some bun bits to make a full double-decker sandwich, $1 curly fries and some tasty $1 cinnamon bites or a turnover, which clocks in at grand total of $4 for the meal (stash a can of soda in the car to have on hand)--far less than any combo offering off their regular menu. I enjoy Arby's on occasion. I went to this location and ordered some cheese sticks and a couple Roast Beef sandwiches. When I placed my order the lady asked me if I wanted any dipping sauce for my cheese sticks. I said Ranch! So when I was getting my food, the person at the window asked if I wanted any Arbys sauce. I said yes. So I get my food and drive home. I get home, open the bag. No ranch. 1 pack of Arbys sauce for two sandwiches. And to top it all off, my cheese sticks were still frozen in the middle. GROSS!!! Very disappointing when you are expecting some delicious Arby's. I have not been back since but am going to give them one more chance once I get some coupons in the mail. read more
