When I returned home I did not see any eggs in my scrambler so I contacted them immediately. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and asked me if I could return to the establishment and that they would remake my order! I explained to her that I lived quite a distance and didn't want to travel back that way until I got my son from school. She assured me that it wasn't a problem and to just drop in when I could. Upon getting my son from school I revisited the establishment with a video of my country scrambler (also had the food in the car but did not want to take it into the restaurant because there were costumers inside eating and I didn't want to cause a scene)! Culver's is the next level fast food experience you will love. Since I was pressed for time, I decided to do a pickup curbside order rather than going inside. Thankfully, using their app is a very straightforward process, and my order was delivered to my car on time. Likewise, the person who brought it to my car was very polite and made sure my order was correct. I played it safe and ordered a Deluxe Burger, with Swiss cheese, lettuce, and a slice of tomato.
