This HAS to be the slowest Taco Bell drive through you'll ever find. EVERYtime I try to go through, I wait 15 min minimum to make an order and then who knows how long until I have it in hand. if I could give this place 0 starts I would. I stopped by this Taco Bell recently and had a really disappointing experience. The worker at the counter didn't say a single word to us -- no greeting, no confirmation of our order, and no "thank you." It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone can have a rough day, but basic courtesy goes a long way. My takeout was almost $42. I was in disbelief. The amount of food that was purchased and the amount of money spent should have fed four people adequately. This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. The restaurant is closed half due to some issue and when it is open you receive Horrible customer service. They constantly mess up food orders, miss items, long wait and rude service. Went there yesterday for dinner and what do you know, they're closed at 6pm because of equipment issues. This location always has some sort of issue- if it's not the equipment it's staffing problems. Also, this location doesn't take your orders in person anymore in the lobby when it is open... It would have been nice for the employees to say something/post a sign or at least let customers knows orders must be made through the Kiosk only. read more

Unfortunately the service is extremely dicey. You never know what your getting. If you go past 9 pm, you can expect two things. Either they're closed unannounced, or you'll receive inedible food. This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. They lie and tell you they are not open when online and in the app it says they are open 8am-2am. The sign will be on and they will tell you they are not open when it is 9:30 in the morning. I put in a mobile order and when I had waited half an hour and went inside to see if it was ready, they told me they had no order matching mine.
