The broth was rich and intense; the ramen was topped with pork belly, jammy eggs, julienned wood ear mushrooms (a favorite), corn, and fermented/ pickled (?) bamboo shoots. The noodles were straight and thin, unlike the typical "wavy" ones I am used to.
