On Nextdoor, someone said they waited 45 mins the other night only to be told once they got to the speaker that they were only accepting mobile orders. The worst Taco Bell ever!!!! They never get the orders right! They always are out of something! Tonight I went there and they only gave me half of my order and they were out of spicy ranch sauce. I am highly impressed with this Taco Bell. We went through the drive thru around in the late evening so I expected our order to be wrong as it usually is at any drive thru at that hour. I was pleasantly surprised! The young man taking our order was excellent even though we had a large order he had no problem getting it right. In a word - disgusting. Another word? Revolting. Yet another? Horrible. I can go on. Having been a poor college student, and then later a drunken twentysomething, I am well acquainted with Taco Bell. Taco Bell and I go way, way back. We've had some good times, some bad times, and some really, really horrible times. The thing about Taco Bell is that it's an abusive relationship. No matter how bad she treats me, I always end up coming back for more, usually at 2:30 in the morning on the way back from some bar or another. Another thing about Taco Bell, and I'm sure fellow Taco Bell lovers will agree, is that we have fairly low expectations. As long as the order's not screwed up too badly, and it vaguely resembles what I ordered, I'm a happy guy. I don't expect fois gras with truffles when I eat here. I have been to literally scores of Taco Bells around the area, and this particular one sets the bar for underachievement. Everything about this place is bad. It's dirty, small, and worst of all, the food is by far the worst. Now, keep in mind that I'm not saying that this is bad by the standards of other restaurants in the area. The food at this place is bad by already-low Taco Bell standards. It's downright awful and has no redeeming qualities. None. The service is horrible. They slap your food together in the most haphazard manner I've ever seen. I've had burritos dropped into bags without even a wrapper. Gunk is oozing out of both ends of some tortilla'd concoction that looks like roadkill. It's unappetizing to say the least. The last time I went here was the absolute last though. I opened up a burrito to put some sauce in it and found a big black hair. Grossed out, I set it aside and opened my other burrito. Another big black hair. My wife opened hers. More hair. I wanted to vomit. I called the restaurant and spoke to the "manager" on duty who sounded like she might still be in high school. I told her I was concerned that someone had deliberately contaminated my food, but she seemed completely unfazed. Like it was no big deal, and it happened all the time. This Taco Bell restaurant is very problematic. I placed my mobile order an hour and a half before I was planning to pick it up. When I get there, I was told there was a 10 to 15 minute wait. As I was waiting, the mobile app indicated that my order was ready although it was not. When the order came in, one of the workers slammed my food on the countertop, breaking the container that contained my veggie bowl. The food was OK. I got a XXL nachos, crunch wrap supreme, and a meximelt. It all tasted pretty much the same to me. The Guac is absolutely horrible though! The only reason they got 2 stars was that the person taking orders, though obviously seriously overworked (she was running the only register) was not only extremely friendly & cheery, she was also very efficient. So bad. Asked for nachos only meat and rice- they charged me for the rice when I didn't get anything on them except for those two things. I put it aside, it's only a dollar or so- only for my food to be wrong. I went inside to get them remade and they took and I am not kidding 15 minutes to remake them (They are already made you put chips in a container and scoop meat and rice on) NEVER AGAIN. I can't relate to the experiences of my fellow Yelpers at this location. I am always quick to criticize a fast food chain, but I have nothing bad to say about this location. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house, so the one I frequent the most which is probably once every few months or so. I rarely eat inside and most of my trips are late night trips (you know how it goes). Taco Bell is notorious for effing up your order and getting stuff wrong. However, recently I feel like this location has really stepped its game up in the late night hour. No mistakes. Fast. Fresh. Friendly. It's what you look for in fast food. Stay away from those new little rollup things though. The Buffalo Chicken one is especially gross. read more

I live in Canton so this Taco Bell is the closest to me. They usually have a long line in the drive through so you really have to go at the right time if you don't want to wait 30+ mins, but they aren't typically busy inside. I've never had a completely awful experience here. Yeah they've messed up an order or two, but that's not a big deal to me, seeing as I enjoy Taco Bell and would eat most things on their menu. Any of the $5 boxes is probably going to be the best deal because it comes with so much. I definitely wouldn't come here if you're looking to get your fast food actually fast. read more

Probably the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. My sister and I were in Canton hungry, but not so hungry we actually wanted to sit down and eat somewhere so Taco Bell seemed like a solid choice. I haven't had Taco Bell in quite some time, but it can be quite tasty even though you feel terrible about your life choice after you actually eat it. I digress...why it takes 15 minutes in the drive thru to place your order and get it I don't know. Are they slow making the food? Do they just not care? Probably both. The food was just OK, certainly didn't justify the wait. Got the quesarito and my staple cheesy gordita crunch. All the cheese that was supposed to be in the quesarito ended up on the gordita because there was literally a faint trace of cheese in the quesarito and a whole bag of shredded cheese on the gordita. Nacho belle grande (missing tomatoes), cheesy gordita crunch (not a drop of sauce), chicken quesadilla (asked for extra sauce - barely anything in the shell at all), quesarito (barely any filling), chipotle chicken griller (substituted with fiesta chicken and maybe a half teaspoon if chipotle sauce)...
