Slowest drive-thru in existence. Be prepared to wait 30-45 min in the drive-thru. Not just a fluke, it's that way EVERY TIME. The only reason the line moves sometimes is because people give up and leave. You could go to a legit sit down Mexican restaurant in less time. Food is okay in Taco Bell standards but considering you wait that long AND it's a pile of slop is a double crapper. I watched a woman wait 15 min for a side of cheese once...that was it. Every time I come to this location the drive through line wait is always at least 15+ minutes long!! I have come at many different times and still long. My food order is never correct! They have forgot my cinnamon twist at least four times. I paid extra today for pico and chipotle sauce for my chicken burrito. Instead they gave me a beef burrito with no pico or chipotle on it! I honestly don't know why I keep coming back. I really hope they put a Del Taco on Ford Road instead. My order is always right there!! Possibly the worst service I've ever received the drive thru employee was very rude to us whilst using the drive thru so we went in to speak to a manager who was also very rude and even said something to the effect that the drive thru guy could "take" my friend in a fight outside. This Taco Bell is closed most of the time we try to go there - about 4 attempts out of 6 in the last two months. My son loves the Cheesy Nacho Grillers, so I try to pick him up some of those. This is the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to! I can't believe how, incredibly, slow the service is, at this place! I just went there, for the LAST time, a couple of nights ago. We waited in line at the drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes. I wish that I could say that this experience was anomalous, but this happens nearly every time that I go there (all but once, in fact). Half of the time, the food isn't even that great (sometimes, tepid in temperature, a little stale-tasting, etc.). It's the Taco Bell that is closest to my place so, like the optimistic little masochist that I seem to be, I go there, hoping that things will have improved, yet knowing deep down that it's only going to bring me pain. If you are in the area and have a craving for Taco Bell, save yourself some time and irritation and just drive the couple of extra miles to the one on Michigan Ave. They are much more efficient and it's a "Kentucky Fried Taco Bell" so you can pick up some potato wedges with your tacos, if you want! read more

after being completely skeptical for months about coming here (per the reviews), i finally decided to try it on my lunch break at work. the line was super long in the drive-thru so i went inside. it took a couple of minutes for someone to take my order, which is fine. i'm pretty patient when it comes to fast food places (as long as they don't screw up my order and are friendly). the cashier Brittany was very friendly, and it took about 8-10 mins for me to receive my food but this was because it was super busy. the lobby could've used some TLC but other than that the appearance of the restaurant was average. i noticed this place is popular for teenage skateboarders on weekend afternoons. all in all, i would go back if i had to. this place probably just needs better management to run the busier shifts! read more

This is the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Half of the $20 order was wrong, but we dealt with that. However, one of our drinks had nasty black slime on the inside of the lid and the side of the cup. As a long time restaurant employee I've only ever seen this kind of black slime gather on or around drink stations and syrup dispensers that have not been properly cleaned in weeks, or even months. I find this incredibly disgusting and absolutely irresponsible, and something that any manager should be looking for and taking care of on a daily basis to keep it from happening and prevent people from getting sick. I informed them things were missing, all I hear Is someone screaming about me missing my items that I payed my money for. Slowest Taco Bell. There can be one car in front of you and the wait is still 15 minutes easy. Currently starving to death as we speak. Orders are frequently wrong, and they leave signs you for discontinued food. Can't imagine why they won't make it when all ingredients are used for other products.
