(2/5) I was excited to try Culver's after hearing good things, but this visit was disappointing. The service was questionable from start to finish and just didn't leave a great impression. I ordered the new Pub Burger, and it was unbelievably greasy. Instead of being flavorful, it was so oily that it took away from the entire meal. I also added fried pickles and fried mushrooms, but there were barely any in the containers. It honestly looked like they forgot half the order, and what was there wasn't anything special. For what we paid, the quality and portions just didn't justify the price. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't enough to make me want to come back. read more

It's Baaaack!! Northwoods Walleye! I had an excellent walleye dinner. I went with three filets of perfectly fried walleye that were moist, juicy and not greasy, accompanied by mashed potatoes & gravy and coleslaw. Spectacular job on the fry. They also have great sweet tea. It is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. A quick-serve restaurant is not my normal fare for a visit. However, their walleye is the best that I have ever ate! And their establishment is very clean; my first visit to this location. I will be visiting soon to get more walleye. read more

I love Culver's! They have the best butter smash burgers, crinkle fries, homemade root beer, and custard! I don't have to wait until the custard stand to open, I can have it year round now. Culver's always has a waiting time but me and my girlfriend waited 30 minutes for them to fix our order. 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a ranch. This location has to be one of the Best Fast Food places in Monroe. They train their staff who are Always friendly and you can tell they work as a team. The food is fresh and a great variety. The custard ice cream if so so good. I am always amazed of how fast you get your order and it's actually correct. Give this place a try if you haven't yet. We've not been to this location before. It's new and we remember they have good food. Although we've not been the restaurant in years we'd figure we'd drop in. Upon walking in, it was nice. And we both used the restrooms . Nice, new and clean. New subway tile on the walls and new amenities to use. Service was friendly and quick. Now the food: my wife ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger. It was flimsy and weak compared to what we normally order at other establishments. She ordered the green pepper soup. She wasn't a fan of it. I ate it. It was temperature hot. And tasty to me. I ordered the Wisconsin Swiss single. It was on rye and it was good. The patty was thin though. Also ordered the onion rings. They were cooked to perfection, hot and crispy. I also ordered the frozen concrete ice cream. It was good. read more

We pulled up at 10:55 PM. The marquee sign was lit and the lights were on in the restaurant, so we were praying to God after flying and traveling for over eight hours without eating that they were open. When I first got to the speaker an automated message started to come on to say thank you for visiting but we are now closed, and then a girl came on and was like I can help you. I was so excited that they were still willing to serve us so close to their closing. Not only did we get some of the hottest and freshest food I've ever gotten from a drive-through, the crews attitude was absolutely stellar like I was their first customer of the day. After all our travels I was just incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this store. read more

First time trying this Culver's. Been to others in the past. Thought they were pretty good. Glad to see walleye back on the menu. First impressions were not great because the brand new parking lot is in terrible shape. Partially covered with metal plates. Probably because it was made in cold weather. Got the walleye dinner. The fish was good, not great, but good. Came with lemon wedges. Fries good for crinkle cut. Cheese curds ok. Not fresh. But didn't get my sides. Very disappointing. I may give them another chance. I've been here twice since I moved to the area and both times I was able to order my food and drive home and have the food still be hot by the time I made it home. I've also got the frozen custard plain and with additives in both times, it was delicious. The staff on both occasions was very pleasant. Answered any questions that I did have my order was correct both times I did place it based on my personal experience I would recommend. read more

Decided to give them a try. I had the 3 piece cod dinner with fries, coleslaw, and a biscuit. This was a very tasty meal I would like again. I also decided to try their chili. I will never order again. The bowl was 2/3 full and tasted like it was burnt or something. Could barely eat the stuff, they do provide you one pack of crackers. At least Wendy's gives you 2 and that's where I'll go for chili, not whatever this was. read more

Culver's has great burgers and cheese curds but, they lack in customer service. Maybe it's due to them being fairly new in the area.... Every time I have been to this location it has been a disappointment. Today I didn't get any napkins with my order which would be a huge deal if my burger didn't fall apart in my lap. Very frustrating to say the least. Last time we didn't receive one of our drinks with the children's meal after asking for it when they had forgotten our ice cream... when going inside they insisted it was given inside the bag. When getting back in the car after we searched everywhere the children milk was not found. Going back in attempting to correct their mistake with a fourth encounter was simply not worth the energy. Won't be visiting this Culver's anymore.... read more

The BEST Culver's location I've ever been to. They opened this location probably around a year ago and it's been nothing but good experiences since then every time we go. The staff is so polite, fast, and cheerful. The food is always great too. It's the only fast food we eat in our town now! read more

We're from Wisconsin and love Culver's but we received the worst service and didn't even get our entire order at this one. We ordered a deluxe butter burger with fries, a side of ketchup and a diet root beer at the drive through. We waited almost 17 min for our order and once we finally received a bag and drove off we realized no side of ketchup, no fries and the burger we did get was ok but missing lettuce and ketchup. To sum it up, not a great experience we were missing a third of the entire order so waste of money. Very dissatisfied. read more
