If I could give zero stars I would!! I have tried 3 different times with this location and I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!! I asked for a plain bagel toasted twice, with plain cream cheese and cut in half...what I got was a bagel barley toasted, thrown in a bag with a glob of cream cheese on top!! My 10 pack of timbits (that I asked for only honey dipped and chocolate) when I opened it there was birthday cake and honey dipped, when I went to grab one a long hair came with it! The gentleman who took my order this past morning made me smile, even when I was in a gloomy mood. My breakfast sandwich this morning was the best I've ever had! Flat Rock 4/29/21 I have continued to have problems with this location's drive through- When I order a particular sandwich in drive through, they almost ALWAYS are missing some of the ingredients that are supposed to be on it. A turkey bacon club sandwich is supposed to have turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato, and mayo. Unless I specifically ask for each ingredient on the sandwich, at least one if not more is missing! Completely dissatisfied with this store location - I keep trying to give them a chance because I like the sandwich! However, I'm running out of patience - I'm pretty sure they have pictures to follow so they know what goes on each sandwich when they're assembling it - it ain't rocket science! Come on corporate! Never prepare the coffee correctly. Specifically ask about the added in flavoring to the coffee they tell me they have regular and sugar free.. I order regular and then I get a coffee that almost looks black And filled with sugar free which I never want! I just went through again and I made sure to explain the situation to reassure my coffee is correct this time. All to be cut off while speaking, by two different drive through girls. To tell me They only have sugar free. So I guess before they were telling me they had the regular and clearly they do not! Kept cutting me off, then I get to the window.. there is a tall girl with blonde hair with her drive through headset on so clearly she's still on the clock and was one of the girls on the speaker, eating a donut while drinking an ice coffee and opens the window to cash me out. How unprofessional, and not sanitary especially with a virus going around while you're working in the food industry. No face masks on. The place looked filthy inside, and it always bothers me that in the drive through area there are racks of muffins and donuts etc etc all on these shelves not covered and completely exposed to any thing! How do they stay fresh? How do we know somebody may not sneeze or cough on those? Get it together! read more

The ladies that work at this specific location are rude, after they did not give me what I asked for in the drive through I had to go in. I was very nice and handed them my croissant and said I wanted a piece of American cheese and the lady had an attitude and just threw it away! She was very wasteful! She could have put cheese in the one that was already handed to me! Girls need to work on their attitude more! The coffee is fine, as it is at all Hortons locations. Didn't have a donut but I'm sure they are OK. Was actually in the mood for lunch. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best of any fast food chain, I think, and I hoped their lunch items might be good too. I came a few minutes after noon, but the staff didn't seem to be in lunch mode. I wanted the crispy chicken sandwich and was told it would be 15 minutes. Had places to get to so I told them to give me the steak and cheese instead. It took a while to get the ingredients for that out front (meanwhile frozen planks of fried chicken were being loaded into some kind of defrosting device), and the final product was not pleasing. The onions on the sandwich were raw, and despite a few minutes under the hot press, the cheese was not even softened. And it was swiss cheese besides. I wasn't expecting an authentic Philly cheese steak sandwich, but don't think that grilling onions (or keeping some pre-processed ones in the fridge and heating them up) and stocking some provolone are beyond the capacities of a fast food outlet. I think this place may be recently opened and still may be working out the bugs any new business has. But I doubt I'll get another sandwich from any Hortons that doesn't feature egg and bacon/sausage. Do wish I'd gotten the chili, which is usually pretty good at Hortons. Horton's coffee is still Horton's coffee, which rescues this place from a one star review. Hopefully it will be running more smoothly soon. read more

When I went into the store the first thing I said to the young man is that I was a Tim Horton Member and I came for the daily deal, buy a doughnut get one free. I had my phone with my membership scan out for him to scan which, he didn't. He told me he would have to see how it rings up. I had ordered 8 doughnuts. He started filling the order and I asked him shouldn't he see how it rings up before filling the order? He said he couldn't ring it up without the order. My mistake I trusted the employee to know what he was doing. After the transaction I mentioned that he never scanned my membership so I could get credit; he then did scan it. I go out to my car and realize the amount of $7.61 wasn't right. I went back in and the gentleman told me it had to be a mobile order. I asked him to show me on the ad where it says that and then asked if that was the case why didn't he say that upfront? At this point, I asked for the manager. She tells me to get the deal, the doughnuts would have to be rung up separately. It doesn't seem like that's my problem. Then she said it had to be placed on the phone. Again, show me. Not to mention every time I've been at this location they always act like the customers are putting them out. This is the same Mgr that the previous week I forgot my mask and she yelled as soon as I walked in the door; "Where is your mask"? I ran back in the car and got it. After the transaction, I mentioned to her that the mask doesn't work when you wear it under your nose. She tells me it itches her lip. In sense, she isn't really wearing a mask if it's under her nose - because it itches her lip? And, she yelled at me for not wearing one. I did apologize for my forgetfulness. read more

It nearly never works and they don't seem to care about fixing it. This has been on going for more than a year. It's frustrating and embarrassing. The employees are not trained very well. Yesterday I purchased 2 Boston Cream Donuts and the price was $2.10. Today I go to drive thru window and ordered the same exact thing and the price was $2.52 for the same thing I had ordered yesterday. So good question did they have a price raise this morning? The answer I received was No sometimes it just rings up that way sometimes. But you have to remember it is creamed filled. Well cream sure went up overnight I guess!
