About a week ago, I was craving McDonald's. I've been living in the US for nine years and just now, I came to this restaurant for the first time (I can't remember to be here before ‍, maybe just for coffee ) to try again McDonald's products. One of my favorites are nuggets. I also ordered a spicy crispy chicken burger, and it was trulyyyyy spicy. The bun has changed and it's delicious. The burgers are so small and the fries have changed, too; they're thinner. Flavor is still very good. They now have an ordering kiosk (one of the payment options). You just pay, and they'll bring your order to your table. I wanted a dessert, but I didn't have any room left. I'll do it next time... the prices are pretty good... they give you paper straws. The company uses a lot of recycled wrappers and bags. The service at the register was very good, and the order came out really super fast. The place has been remodeled. It's Cool . There are no more soda fountains for refills. You can get you condiments, straws, and napkins at the register. The place was super clean. Family atmosphere and moderate noise at 5:40 p.m. on a Thursday... Thanks to the whole team. I enjoyed my meal... blessings. read more

I have known this McD for over a decade now. Recently it has gone through a renovation. The inside is very modern looking now. Spacious restaurant. Has 4 kiosk to self order. The service and food are decent here. I never had any issues with taste of any of the items. Big mac, nuggets, fries, happy meal all ate standard McD quality. read more

Pretty terrible calling a McDonalds like this one, "fast food". I don't like this location specifically because they don't allow you to fill your own cups when getting drinks. Also, they are slow to process the orders. Maybe one day their service will match the ambience of the modern renovation that they constructed. read more

This is an update - a quality problem at McDonalds! I placed a large take-out order about $40 that included 3 McRibs on November 12 around noon time... After gotten home, we found that all the McRib sandwich were missing one of the breads (the bottom one) !!!! Basically, the cook forgot to put the bottom portion of the sandwich (the bread) in the packaging. I could not figure out what happened but it was too far for me to go back to demand a refund of $9 plus tax. This restaurant must be poorly managed - avoid it if you can. read more

This Englewood location sucks! Unprofessional, the older gentleman that calls himself the manager, he's been there for years, and still has not got his act together. I've complaint on the receipt survey numerous times, even requested call back and no response. The guy is always playing around with the staff, talking loud and absurd. He pisses me off handling money at the register then bagging fries with no glove, totally unsanitary. This McDonald's location is shameful, bad customer service, terrible management, and overall food quality poor on many occasions (let's just say no consistency). Preferred 0 stars. I eat McDonald's on a regular basis, this is the closest location to me but I go out of my way not to support this one. read more

Dirty and I almost busted my ass on the super slick floors. The bathrooms were disgusting!

Quite possibly the worst experience I've had in my life at a McDonalds. I went in to get a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast with a medium coffee and an extra hashbrown. Drove home to eat it only to find out what I received was only 1 hashbrown and what was suppose to be a bacon egg and cheese biscuit was nothing more than a biscuit with bacon. No egg, no cheese. Tried calling twice to no answer. Had to go back to the restaurant to demand my refund and a new sandwich. The manager was rude and was just not really even willing to listen to the complaint before ready to interrupt with a "so you want a refund - OK". Had to fight with them to even just give me my sandwich correctly. Was told that there was no more biscuits (even though I still saw them making them ... no eggs, but when I told the manager to just reuse my bread and bacon they "magically" were able to get an egg to actually give my sandwich read more

This place is awful. They got my order wrong and I was missing two sandwiches. I called and the manager didn't even apologize. I told them credit my credit card and the manager told me to come back next time i go in. Why would i go to this awful place again. So I got rip off for two sandwiches I didn't even get. So I've moved to New Jersey and where I am living doesn't have Internet yet so I go to McDonalds because of the free wifi. This location is just simply put, poorly run. Everything from dirty tables to apple pies being completely dry in the middle....yea that means NO APPLES in the apple turnover. Service is the worst no one is paying attention this McDonald sucks I'll never go here ever again

Slow service and they don't have a drive thru. Make sure to check your order before you leave. It is likely that they will screw up your order. For example, if you said only ketchup on your burger, they will manage to put pickles and onion for some reason. How do you screw that up? The job must be hard. read more

Years ago I watched a television show about a young African American, who through hard work, became a successful McDonald's franchise owner. When asked why his McDonald's restaurants were so prosperous he responded that the key was keeping the place clean, especially the restrooms. I suggest that this one in Englewood take his advice. Ray Kroc would not be happy. Broken urinal is bad enough, but the ceiling vent dripping with dirt is inexcusable. Just put an attachment to the end of the vacuum cleaner, once a week, and it should be good to go. I don't mind the girl behind the counter not speaking English, but she should at least understand it. Also, not having a working shake machine is going to lose you some points. read more

This is the WORST! McDonald's In jersey please do not go here go to the Bergenfield or Hackensack location instead , the food taste undone half the time and other times it's burnt with a horrible after taste, their fountain drinks taste like sewage water or like the machines isn't cleaned , and the workers are very rude ! Only McDonald's I've ever given 1 Star to. This feels unnatural. Food is usually burnt and orders take forever to process. The manager was helpful but a few of the employees get nasty if you let them know they took your order wrong. Mistaken orders are pretty common. Try one of the other locations. read more

I was at McDonald's at 8:50am on April 14th, 2015. My brief experience there was awful. The young African-American girl at the register had an attitude about me having a $20 dollar bill, asking me "you don't have anything smaller?" I asked why. She responded, "Because customers always wait for the last minute to say they do after I ring them up." On top of that, when the manager (who name I didn't get but she was spanish) handed me my TWO Sausage and biscuit sandwiches, I asked for TWO syrups and she said "I can only give you one." I told her, "but I got two sandwiches." and she just replied, "sorry!" and that's it. The only reason I give this review ONE star is because I didn't wait long for my food. read more

I hate to do this, but I just can't take it anymore. This has to be the rudest staff including the manager on duty now at 2:00PM. I came in with my husband to get a breakfast sandwich and small coffee. I got the same thing yesterday with my friend, but we came during the morning shift. It appears the morning shift is way more competent than this second one. Yesterday was no problem. When they became short handed and a line was formed, the manager got on the register. Today, this manager is standing around cracking jokes about the customers in Spanish to her workers. The sandwich I ordered had no cheese. Of course they gave me one with cheese. It took the cashier (who is very sweet) about 20 minutes to get my order. She explained to me that she wasn't feeling well, yet her manager would not let her go home. My beef is with the manager. She's been here long enough to know better. You don't talk about your customers in front of them. Especially when they know Spanish. I support Brian Hairston. I always have, but I will not be coming back to my childhood location. I'll support Brian at his new Bergenfield location in the future. And Hilda (the current manager on duty) needs some customer service training. I don't think she gets it after all these years. Customers come first. read more
