Put in a take out order for lunch. My order was ready upon arrival. All packed very nicely. Had all the items in the bag including all the sauces. The store in general is very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, feels comfortable. Lots of table to sit and fine. Associates are very friendly and helpful. The food has the authentic Chick-fil-a quality. Excellent fried chicken sandwich with fluffy bread and tasty cheese. Chickpeas nuggets had wonderful fried layer with tender soft chicken in the middle. read more

This location is always busy but the wait is short and the staff are well trained. They should open up the seating again. Enough w the "pandemic" charade. Food is consistently fresh and hot. The app is great and kicks off good rewards and coupons. I've prob had 3 free chicken sandwiches in 2 months. I am a sucker for the Mac n cheese. It's solid. Chik Fil A - in! Sandwiches look like leftovers in Englewood NJ. Mgmt wouldn't override an free card a for a sandwich of my Choice. I mentioned another mgr gave me since I told them. I don't come here. No problem. This is definitely the worse one yet tho. Good luck. read more

My partner and I stopped for a visit to this Chik-Fil-A on a stormy Saturday afternoon in Englewood. Thankfully, we arrived just before a massive amount of people showed up. They only have takeout orders and no drive-thru, so you can either do a mobile pickup or join the queue. Our wait in line was super short, but when we got to the counter we had to scream at the cashier so he could hear our order. They have a clear barrier due to COVID and unfortunately (or fortunately), it's so solid that you can't hear each other while on opposite sides. I felt terrible for the cashier, because everyone after us had to shout at him for their order. Our order didn't take very long to come out, which was great considering how busy it was. Cannot figure out the hype with Chick-fil-a. Here are the positives... it is clean and has great branding. It looks like it would be the best thing since sliced bread. It doesn't help that the line of people also shows people like it. My verdict is that it is a solid chicken sandwich but nothing spectacular. The chicken deluxe tasted salty to me. The sandwich was good but sort of plain as well. It tastes like fresher chicken then you would get from other fast food places so that is encouraging. You can definitely taste the freshness in the chicken tenders. They were also heavily salted. The waffle fries were pretty good though but I prefer the McDonalds fries. The bbq sauce comes in the smallest packets so I have to open 3 to have with my meal which is annoying. FYI, there isn't a lot of parking here but I think you can park in the lot behind the store. I also didn't like the slow service with online ordering. I placed it 20 minute prior to coming and I still waited. Anyway, Chick-fil-a didn't live up to the hype but it was still good. It isn't my favorite fast food but I can see myself coming back from time to time. read more

I ordered, about two weeks ago, and forgot to write my review: 1. Order through the app, it's easier and you don't have a line to wait on. You just go to the front door when your order is ready and tell them you're there for pick up. They let you right in. 2. There are a line of tables that LABEL where you could have ordered from (door dash, the app, etc). A person is waiting when you get there with a bunch of completed orders ready for pick up. 3. You give them your name and show confirmation, and that's it. I've never felt so safe in a outside place.ever. They employees were nice and courteous. They were exceptionally careful and all had their masks on. The whole process took less than two minutes. I was in and out. The employee helping was a male and super friendly. He greeted me asked for my name and thanked me. read more

Not sure what some others are saying... and really unsure why someone put "$$$" next to this restaurant. CFA in Englewood is a GEM and a great decision. Finally, a hearty not-as-guilty fast food option at the heart of Englewood! Layout is open, spacious, bright and clean with easy to read menu and the staff are some of the best trained in fast food biz! Granted it is new yeah, but still - their positive energy and service really embodies what CfA stands for - a fast food company unlike any. Food is always consistent and I can always count on them to deliver when I'm in a pinch for time and want something inexpensive but good. I always get their #2 combo - spicy deluxe chicken with their refreshing lemonade. I love their lemonade - did you know CfA consumes the lions share of all lemons grown in the US? They tell me so. I'd like to mention that the manager is very accommodating. Once I came with a large group and one of us had a meal already from another restaurant, and when I explained, he let my friend stay and eat (though discreetly). :) Obviously, my friend didn't do that intentionally. Ordered online through the website, very smooth, convenient and easy process. Walked in and up to the counter pick up area was greeted right away and handed my food. Chick fil a is always good. Very good for pickup or delivery via Uber eats. They always get my notes right and the food is fresh with great portions. It closes pretty early which I would say is the only downside. I am not sure if the hours are due to the pandemic or if these are just the normal hours. Nevertheless, I am happy to have a chik fila close by! read more

Every time I come to this location they are always busy. They accept both online and counter orders. They tend to be a little slow which creates a small crowd of people waiting, but for the crowd they have to handle it's understandable. Always clean, obeying CDC guidelines, and with a nice staff, it's my favorite location to go to read more

Today, Thursday 10/12/17, they finally opened! Stopped by after work on my way home. It was very busy, but there was no wait because they had like 8 registers open. However, by the time I left, the line was out the door and started to wrap around the building. I ordered an 8 pc nugget combo with Polynesian sauce. I haven't eaten from a Chick-fil-A in like 10 years so I had go old skool. Man was it good! The service was super friendly and fast as well. Everyone was with a trainer. Food was ok. Fries were cold. Chicken nuggets or whatever they're called were ok. It has a bit of a corn flaky kind of taste. Not sure if I'm a fan. Sauce was normal, nothing mind blowing. Convenience: Parking was tough, leaving the parking lot was even harder. Order came out fast, nice young man held the bag open for me while I tried get some condiments with a squirmy toddler trying to escape the place. Cashiers are very robotic, generic "next customer step down" with a rehearsed hand gesture (I wonder if they're trained to do this a certain way). I almost felt like I was ordering through touch screen almost... I stopped in at this location because it was on the way to my destination. I don't think I will come back here unless I have to. read more

Definitely one of the nicer designed Chick-fil-A restaurants. It's clean, ample seating and located in a nice neighborhood and friendly staff. I would like to highlight small details like purell wipes, mini kid's table cloth and plenty of various condiments available. Recommend here for sure if you are in the area read more

First of all parking is horrible at this location, it took me 15 minutes to find parking. I finally get my food. I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal. Get home and it's not even an 8 piece. How do you put 4 nuggets in box? But the rest of the bag is the large fry. So obviously it's not a kids meal. Will not go back. It wasn't close to me to begin with. read more

Okay I go to a few Chick-fil-a's in the area and THIS IS THE BEST ONE!!! All the employees here deserve a damn raise! I always order ahead online and just come to pick up. My order is always how I like it, quick, easy, clean. Very friendly staff & extremely courteous. I see many bozo entitled customers; minimum waged workers shouldn't have to deal with your BS. These nuggies have been the only of few things consistently bringing me joy during the damned pandemic. Thank you for your essential service to all staff there. You make my day! Love this place! I echo the sentiments of the other disappointed patrons. Today, I ordered 2 meals through the app and there was a terribly long wait. Customers that walked in after us and ordered at the registers received their food before my order. Also, I'm vegetarian and ordered a salad without meat. After I left CFA and sat down to eat, I discovered my salad had a ton of bacon bits in it. I didn't have time to go back and correct my order so I gave my salad away and was hungry until getting off work. The last time I ordered a salad without meat, there were 2 chicken nuggets in it. It appeared someone started to make the meat version of the salad before realizing the mistake and picked all but those two nuggets out. As for my morning visits, the biscuits are routinely drier than I remember at other locations. Also, after the morning, they do not carry coffee. I was highly anticipating the opening of this location and thought I would easily be a "regular" but I will no longer support this business and I cannot recommend it. read more

I have only been to chick-fil-A. I have to say I wasn't as impressed as I have been in the past. I did use the app for fast pick up for the first time. Very clean environment but not as impressed with the service. My last time was down in Kentucky, maybe the people down there are just a lot more friendly. Great easy location. read more

New in town. Needed something familiar and what can I say? I love Chick-fil-A. This place is always amazing. Delicious, clean chicken. Didn't see a drive-through, which is a bit inconvenient. I had to wait a few minutes to find street parking, but otherwise the location itself is okay. Hope they open more of these. read more

every single time i come to this establishment they offer you a 24 chicken tender tray. you can order it in-store and yet it takes them 35 minutes to make 24 strips? food is good as always just would like to eat on my lunch break not sit there waiting for my food for the whole lunch break. read more

I go to one in Danbury? Connecticut and they are awesome, always friendly and helpful. I'm in love with the nuggets and they are great anytime of the day, morning - noon - night, had them for breakfast today. That is about the only thing I eat there but today tried the regular (non-diet) lemonade and was extremely pleased. NOW - need one in White Plains NY so I can go during my lunch :) Maybe in the Mall on Lexington???? Huh? read more
