Unfortunately the quality of the food has really dropped way way below standards. I was extremely surprised that for 2 sausage egg and cheese McMuffin it cost me $8.25!!! This is McDonalds not some fancy restaurant. Seems things have really gotten out of hand!!! Look at the dried out burnt sausage..... Crap and a total waste of my money. Horrible experience. Ordered two spicy chickens with mayo and cheese and an iced coffee. They took almost 10 minutes to get the order out and they said they forgot to charge me for the coffee. They did make up for it by giving me a free coffee, however, that doesn't make up for the food. Both of my spicy chickens were burnt, dry, and rubbery. It looks like they just slapped a ton of sauce to "make it taste better". Ultimately disgusting and got me sick as soon as I got home. this is by far the worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to. This McDonalds has come a long way in the past year or 2. They used to be extremely slow and I dreaded every time my kids wanted to go there through the drive-through. Now they are extremely efficient and usually always get the orders correct. Employees are always friendly as well. read more

This McDonald's didn't want to take my order at the window after they made me wait 15 minutes at the kiosk. There was only one other car in front so I knew it wasn't backed up. I pull up to the front window and the smell of weed and poop overwhelms me. They told me they were out of everything. Just another Mc'D's. When your in a rush sometimes you have to hit up these spots. I ran through the drive through to get myself a hamburger Happy Meal. The service was quick and friendly. My order was precise. Now why a Happy Meal you may be asking yourself. Simple enough. I like Charlie Brown and I was hoping to get Charlie in my box. I opened up the Happy Meal box, I was definitely in touch with my 5 year old self. Pretty exciting right. I rummaged past the burger and the fries, skipped over the apple slices, and then it happened. No Mr. Brown. It was some damn picachu animal. It wasn't even the weird yellow one. This morning I visited this McDonald's location. I have lived down the street from this location for a little over two years now. I have not been able to have a visit to this particular location without having to either turn around and getting the right order or get home and discover my order was wrong. The staff was extremely rude, and always is. I have never yelped about it before and have never called the customer support hotline but today I have done both. While waiting in line to order, I waited an extended period of time while the lady in the car in front of me was noticeably upset, arguing with the employee taking her order over the intercom. Once I was able to order, I placed the order of a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. I confirmed the order at the box before pulling away to pay at the first window. After paying for my meal, I pull to the second window to get my food. The woman at the second window never greeted me, never looked at me, and carried a full blown conversation with another employee the entire time I sat there with the occasional "here" as she handed me my order. She gave me the wrong size drink, never asked if I wanted any condiments. Didn't get any napkins in the bag. I pulled away to the light and wanted to make sure the order was right. It wasn't. I pulled back into the drive through and when I approached the window I wasn't greeted, I had to grab her attention from the opened window while she carried on her conversation. I explained I received the wrong order and she didn't apologize, there was no sort of emotion from this employee whatsoever. She said only one word, "here." She handed me the bag and shut the window. I know not to expect much from fast food, but I worked for BK, and I just would simply not treat a respectful and polite customer. As a customer, I don't try to make the lives of the people cooking and serving me food, difficult. I usually will just eat what I get but English muffins are gross. I called the hotline and was told someone would be contacting me. Nobody did. I feel like customers just don't matter. I have yet to have a positive experience and it's so disappointing. read more

I'm very disappointed. My husband and I just got finished with last minute Christmas shopping for my nieces and nephews. I used my last bit of energy to ATTEMP to get one meal in, although I never eat after 8. I pull through to the drive thru to see cones blocking it & a service van. I drove around to the front to see a manager and cook inside but the doors were locked. Now McDonald's I understand the drive thru is supposed to be the only thing open this late. But with the service worker in the drive thru lanes you have decided to NOT take my order inside or even suggesting I walk to the drive thru window or SOMETHING. My sugar is low and I just needed a quick meal. I have work in the morning and now being turned around by a manager who didn't place a sign on the door or acknowledge my husband standing in the rain attempting to find out what was happening! Took my grandkids out to dinner tonight. We arrived at about 5:45 pm. Place was kind of quiet, everyone was standing around, and we decided to use the kiosk as we find it somewhat easier then trying to order several different happy meals. Well the happy meal part went fine however when we began to order adult items we could not order it as meals. Finally we gave up and went to the line, which at this point had 2 other people standing in it. An African-American female with chin length wavy, curly hair, stated that they needed to get some help as she wasn't doing it all. At the point a female with several arm tattoos came by and started helping, I am assuming she is a manager. The manager took our order at 5:53 pm. We received our drinks and took them to the table. I then returned to wait for the food. Well at 6:05 I received most of my order except one sandwich. When we got to the table it was discovered that the kids happy meals were cold, we received two cheeseburger happy meals instead of two 4 piece chicken nuggets. We were also missing a quarter pounder and Heather stated that she would bring it out to us. Approximately 5 mins later we received it. I also observed the female cashier tell Heather that she needed to go to the back to get ice cream cones but she was unable to leave due to the line of customers. Heather stated in a rude tone, go, they will just have to wait. I counted 8 people working however when it takes almost 20 mins to get fast food there is an issue. read more

Order the w cheeseburger meal, large sized. Cashier told me it only comes small and medium. Uh no. I order it all the time. She asked someone else for help and it looked like he fixed the issue. I paid for my food and looked at the receipt. NOPE. Medium. The order was for 2 people so we were sharing the fries and drink. Notified the cashier and she said she would tell them to give me a large. So 14 minutes later we finally get our order and what do you know. MEDIUM. So when I ask for the large I get the attitude from employees that I have done something wrong. Are you kidding me right now. Drive through was fast. Ordered snack wrap chicken( normally comes with ranch) ordered with chili sauce. Oh don't think we can do that was respons, I do it at several other McDonald's, problem was cashier had no idea how to put in register. So ordered 2 regular wraps with the chili sauce they come with and drink and fries. Asked for salt pepper and ketchup. At end of drive through checked order, no condiments, no napkins, not a single one! Went and got those thing inside myself. Proceeded to drive away and eat, both wraps had no sauce! I went there on Thursday 7/25/19 morning and ordered an egg and sausage McMuffin with no cheese, when I took the sandwich out and took a bite I realized it didn't have any egg. I turned around and went back through the drive through was greeted at ordering (female) I told them what was wrong and was told to pull through the line, I came to where you cash out (female) and told them I was here to get the correct sandwich .. no problem .. pulled up to where you receive your food and was greeted by the most rude and cocky (male) employee ever!! Here I've spoken to 2 employees about the mistake so i'm sure by now everyone knows that there is a customer coming through to get the correct sandwich only to be greeted with "what do you want me to do with that??" with hands on his hips and his head shaking back and forth. I then explained for the third time what I was in line for again only to be snapped at about producing a receipt, I asked to speak to a manager who must of been close by because she told him to "get!, get out of the way" and came to the window with my sandwich. Now I've had to ask for this sandwich 4 times which is very inconvenient only to end with a cocky chicken head male employee and drama at the window. Never again. Someone with that attitude and disposition doesn't need to be working with the public. BTW I really wanted to tell him what he could do with that sandwich by this time.
