I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, it's such an amazing fast food place and a relatively healthy if you really think about it. Funny story I actually stopped eating McDonald's altogether and if I crave fast food, I usually just end up going to Chick-fil-A. I love their kale salad and their grilled chicken nuggets so this is what I usually get. I've lost about 10 pounds so far and Chick-fil-A has been in my diet so that speaks volumes. I would highly recommend getting the app so you can gain points towards rewards. At this point I have about 10,000 points (yes, i go there alot) and I am always given the opportunity to redeem my points for ice cream, fries, or an entrée. The amount of points that you have on your app just depends on what you can unlock. The service at the specific Chick-fil-A is off the charts. The quality of the salads at this facility is often not the best, with the stalk of the lettuce, cut up in the salad (see picture). However, that wouldn't be so bad if they could just get the orders right. For the second time today, I placed an order through their online app and only got a partial order. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. II immediately tried to call the store to discuss my options, but instead of having a local person answering the phone the call was forwarded to their corporate office in Atlanta. They took my information, but nobody has called and it's been about an hour now. I had to call back to let them know that I just wanted the money refunded to my card. As for the ambience, what can I say? It's a fast food restaurant. I don't often eat in, so I can't comment. read more

Typical chick-fil-a location , great customer service! Of course there was a drive thru wait - as always - but the line went super quick! Employee who took our order was so friendly and even asked if we wanted to redeem any points which I have never been asked before. We were driving for a long time on I95 and this was a pleasant stop for us. Chicken was HOT .. as always enjoyed our 12 piece nuggets and fries. they were not skimpy on the sauce and our dog enjoyed his grilled chicken. Mmmm, mmm, Chick-fil-A always has my heart. I stopped by this Chick-fil-A with a friend for a quick lunch. It is another clean, and friendly restaurant. It was packed when we went and surprisingly they were very quick to take our order and bring us our meal. We both ordered the Cobb salad. It was perfection. From its surplus of toppings, to being topped with chicken nuggets. It is a bowl of amazing-ness. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend. I was disappointed they do not carry grilled chicken strips or grilled sandwiches at least at the Dunlawton ave restaurant in Port Orange. They did have grilled chicken nuggets but put fried nuggets on the Cobb salad. It wouldn't be a big deal except of wheat allergies and adverse reactions. This location may be an anomaly but I didn't see a double drive thru like most other locations. The line was so backed up, cars were blocking the customers that had just gotten their food and were ready to leave. So, I went inside and discovered a much shorter like. I got waited on in less than 2 minutes and was on my way back out the door within 5 minutes. Moral of the story: don't be lazy before you eat your fast food. Be ambitious and go inside and get it. read more

We stopped to grab a quick lunch to go while traveling. RJ placed the order at 11:58 am and they brought it to our car at 12:00 pm. Impressive, but they didn't give me the dressing I ordered which is apparently common at every chick-fil-a. You get what they give you. I know what you're thinking, "Where to go for a good quick lunch" right? Well that's what we were thinking today and Chick-fil-a came to mind... except, would they be quick? The problem is there is always a line, even a double line at some locations. But most locations do a really good job keeping it moving, including this one. That is how it appeared at least. You see this time, we tried their curbside system. My wife ordered from the passenger seat as we drop up from 8 minutes away. Easy peasy order went thru and we were there in a few. Minutes later as most others circled the building we were greeted with a friendly smile holding our lunch out to us delivered right to our car window. Rude employee in the drive thru was very impatient and kept asking me to repeat myself. However I told him about 3 times that I was still discussing what we wanted to order because we didn't realize we were 7 minutes late for breakfast. Then I had asked to get 3 different sauces and he told me that he couldn't do that. This came to my surprise because I've never had this issue with Chick-fil-A. Eventually he said that he could "probably make that work". Only for me to realize 10 minutes after leaving that he in fact did not give me my sauces. None of this was really a huge deal but I'm grumpy and stubborn so here's my 1 star review. read more

I just left this location with my kids, we ordered icedream cones at the drive through. When I approached the front window, I noticed a man with out icedream cones, he was holding them playfully by his mouth while speaking to me; this is already uncomfortable. That's when I noticed he wasn't just playfully holding my kids ice cream by his mouth, he's holding them by what appears to be an active cold sore on his lip, then I noticed his hands on full contact with the cone as he came closer to me, what I'd consider uncomfortably close. I immediately asked for a manager, which he then claimed to be, then asked, please, for someone else to serve my food. I had to explain to the next attendant that I have an immunocompromised child and an active lesion like that could kill my child. I'm not sure I will attempt coming back to this location. read more

My parents wanted to go and we waited 20 minutes and the board displayed breakfast and of course it was lunch. That was not the issue though, we ordered three sandwiches and three fries. Been to this location (# 01214) five times in the last week. Two out of five drive through orders where incorrect! This has happen three other times in the last two months. Once in dining room we received the wrong sandwich. Talked with one of the managers told him we had received a drive thru order even though we were eating in. It wasn't the correct sandwich that we ordered.didn't know it until he bit into it. His response was did you like it? And walked away! Did not offer to correct it or offer anything else. On 7/15/23 at 8:30 am my order # was 8130 drive through. I received 8101 not my order. The order I received was missing the hash browns that I used points on. As a signature member we have visited numerous Chick-fil-a's. This location (although very busy) doesn't seem to be concerned with customer satisfaction. We do love Chick-fil-a food! I like Chick-fil-A, except for the Port Orange location. This specific restaurant has multiple issues with efficiency, professionalism, and food. We live pretty close to this one so we gave it multiple tries, but both my wife and I have had repeated instances of a) incredibly long wait times (in excess of 25 minutes) b) wrong food and mischarged items. c) an unsympathetic management staff when addressed. If I were to assume, this Chick-fil-A is benefiting from the overall reputation of the brand; it seems as if they rely on that reputation to the point of feeling a sense of privelage. This is the only franchise location I have had this experience with. Avoid at all costs, management is terrible, at best, your order is simple and they can roughly replicate the usually great experience, but not likely read more

Never been to Chick fil A before and always looked forward to a chance to dine here. Road trip on the way home was a perfect opportunity to make this a reality. I was pretty much blown away upon entering. Vases with flowers on every table? Heinz ketchup packets? Unlimited sauces with a variety of flavors? Someone's grandpa bringing the food to my table..and clearing my tray? High class fast food dining experience if you ask me. And did I mention they fancy with those Heinz ketchup packets? Didn't even have to pump the ketchup myself! Service was great and the food pretty tasty as well. Ordered the regular chicken sandwich and the cashier even gave me free fries and a drink. Probably because I told here it was my first time at Chick fil A and super excited. This place definitely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to another excuse to dine there. I really love Chick-fil-a overall . However, this location really needs to facilitate their two lane drive thru better. When you get in line to order, no matter which lane , you should relatively stay in that order , give or take a car. However, sometimes they only have one additional mobile employee taking orders in one lane, most of the time instead of this employee going to the other lane to take orders when things get backed up they just keep going, thus bypassing cars(in other lane) who were ahead in line. It happens a lot here. They need train employees to realize this so customers are not "skipped". One time i went into lane 2 , and lane 1 cars just kept moving and moving, and 4-5 cars that were after me got their order before me that's not cool.
