Apparently if you order large fries at this location, it will be at least 75% stale. We ordered one medium fry and one large. The large fry box was completely stale, aside from a few at the top of the box. Medium fries were totally fine. Cheeseburger had no toppings and was soooo dry and gross. The cashier told me that there were no mobile orders but I had evidence that my dad placed a mobile order. One of the other workers was giving me attitude. I would never rate a McDonald's but this one stands out big time. They constantly have people walking around cleaning and filling coffee like it was a cafe and the service is great!!! All of the workers were young kids at there first job and all smiles. It's brand new and uses new technology to order and to entertain the kids with huge touch to plays at the booths. This is a huge step in the right direction. Also they now bring your food to you. Super impressed and will be back for quite a long time to come. read more

Late night snack at their worst. Unfortunately they have poor staffing at night or poor training. Let's start off with: the line was 20 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to get my food. Fries and burger was cold, My drink was water down. The staff that took my order didn't know the current specials listed next to the drive thru. I asked how much for an additional medium fries as she made up a dollar figure after trying to fake punch in the register (which I can see what she was doing). I questioned them about it the cost and she looked at me with a blank stair. I just said forget it, grab my original order. Once I left since it was late night come to find out I was missing fries. Only reason for a 2 stars is that it was open late night. I would say if you go there, check your order, make sure your food order correct / hot and your drinks iced cold. read more

I was ignored at the counter for several minutes. This after using the kiosk to order, but it couldn't take payment. The staff was standing around talking I had to ask rudely if someone could stop ignoring me. My food was given to my with no napkins. There were no napkins at the condiment station near the soda station. It was actually rather disgusting at the station. The very disgusting bathroom explained a lot. I have photos to show this. Someone not only threw away their cloths in the trash can but there were empty beer cans in the bathroom. Was the staff drunk? McDonald's is as family friendly as you can get. This was a completely unacceptable sight. I do hope management reads this and sees the photos and does something to improve this location. Busy or not the place was well staffed. One person could have cleaned up the station and restocked and someone could have dealt with the bathroom beer cans. Kinda random. We ran into my girlfriends sister while we were in the drive-thru. She tried to get her mobile order in the lobby. But it had just closed. They asked her to get in the big line to pick up her order. We were waiting for our food at the drive-thru. Her sister asked us to ask for her mobile order (which was ready and sitting there). The workers consulted with each other and said that would be fine. They asked us to park in a numbered spot. They are already in their dinner rush, mind you. I write all this because I felt bad for asking them to do that. But they were very helpful and very kind. Thank you to everyone on shift at 7:02PM on 1/13/2023. They all deserve some praise. Slow, rude and orders are wrong. I've been eating here SEVERAL times and every time,there's some thing wrong. This last two times, no napkins in your takeout. First time ok, but the second time you do it again. Wrong pop/soda....the company paid extra to put buttons on the lid for a reason. I was given a Diet Coke, no thanks for the awful aftertaste. I can hardly believe all the negative comments here. I think i may have rated one Mc Donald 's if ever. I had to rate this one tops because of several reasons: I came in here at 5 on a Friday; they were fast and clean and super courteous. I love the layout and quality of the seating, and TV screens. I could tell they were careful how they layered the bacon and pickles on my sandwich! Mostly though I notice community care more than I have seen at any Mc Donalds. This Franchise has a display for customers to get free bags of used coffee grounds to add moisturizing nutrients to gardens. And, once a month they host a community activity for families. TOMORROW, Saturday, they will be making bracelets. The manager, Genisis, was very nice to spend time speaking with me that did not take away from her job. I wish more businesses would be creatively thoughtful and kind. This is now officially my favorite McD's. read more

I usually like this McDonald's however, this past experience may make me never go back. I was so upset. I was stuck in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, then asked to go into the reserve "wait car park" for the rest of my order. When the food bag was hand delivered out to my car, I spoke with the employee who said "Yes! Everything you ordered is in the bag." I asked him if he was sure (I ordered for a bunch of guys - it was our moving day and everyone was hungry) ---- he confirmed everything was in there. I took his word, since it's now almost 30 minutes of waiting.... and checked my daughter's Happy Meal since it wasn't closed. They were missing the apple slices. The only thing I specifically wanted since it's the only healthy part of her meal. I ran back in and asked for the bag. They gave it to me and I drove home. Well, when I got there, my son asked where his meal was... I was sooooo frustrated and upset that I didn't stand there and count all the meals at McDonald's. I should have never trusted an employee. I went back to McDonald's and showed them my receipt and asked for his meal. When I got home everyone was eating and then I learned that the drinks were Dr. Pepper when they asked for Coke.
