not an option for 0. i will never go there again for food. i have had many past visits there for food and EVERY time something is wrong. i have complained to the management there, to be honest the worst management that i have seen. i am a manger myself of many people in the medical field, You have to have a little compassion and caring for your staff and customers. 2 weeks ago i was there in the lobby waiting to order, there was a long line of people waiting to order n 1 person taking orders, she was near tears and the short female manager came out and starting raising her voice at her and saying over and over in front of all the people there that she cant do it all. the poor girl was very embarassed , i felt very bad for her and stood up for her and told this so called mamager to get some class and act like a manager n treat your employee with respect. The people behind me were all clapping n nodding their heads, so great job mcdonalds manager!! Which leads me to today, placed an order for close to 50 dollars, i had them read me the order back 3 differents times by 2 different people, they had me park in the waiting space and this is where it got really fun. 15 minutes later?!? They got 11 things wrong in the order!!!! Let me list 1. No happy meal, by the way all 11 items were on the reciept, 2. brought the happy meal no drink. 3. no extra fries with the happy meal. 4. no sweet and sour sauce that was requested. 5. fillet of fish combo with xtra fish patty, not there. 6. Cheeseburgers with requested items on it, all wrong. 7. Chicken nuggets were ordered with a request of extra sweet anx sour sauces,none recieved, 8. Drinks ordered with extra ice, barely any ice in drinks. 9. Missing 1 coke in the order. 10, 3 mcflurrys were ordered, 4 were brought to me that i was charged for, not the 3 that i ordered. 11. when the drinks were brought, the lids were half on and got all over my front seat, sticky mess with the soda!! To me this is awful service and not caring, punch in, punch out and there you go! I am over getting stressed out over ordering food there amd it be wrong, EVERY time! it starts at the top! I spend 25-50 dollars every time and after tonite, the nail is in the coffin, very embarassing place and management! And i am not the only one fed up with it, there is many people overit!! Probably the worst I've been to. Please explain why it took waiting 20 mins in your drive thru to order & pay and I still was told to park because my order wasn't ready? Now if I had ordered something complicated or if I just came thru drive thru, I wouldn't say anything. A Big Mac & apple pie should be simple and easy. This location is terrible and the workers are clearly that inept that they can't get a simple order done? And of course I get a receipt without a survey option. So you sure bet I'm posting to your Yelp instead. I've now seen how many cars orders fulfilled while I'm parked? Again, one burger and one dessert! What the heck is wrong with you that it takes nearly a half hour to do this? Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Today I went in for one thing: An 'Iced Caramel Mocha" - An item that McDonalds has had for YEARS. Today I noticed it wasn't on the menu, so I asked the young male taking my order if it was still available. He fiddled with the register and then told me yes. So I got a medium and paid. Only seconds later, I was told by some other male working there- (Supposedly the manager as his shirt was different and he wore a tie) -that they no longer have that available. I asked for my money refunded and he handed me my bills, gave me a look and asked if I wanted my change back too. Seriously? Of course I do. I want all my money back for something I didn't get. Extremely unprofessional and rude. It's like they wanted free money despite an unhappy customer. I got no apology from the guy with the tie and wasn't asked if I'd like something else, so I just walked out. The worst part is.. There's multiple other things wrong with this one. For example, the new Mozzarella sticks that look gooey and hot in their commercials are cold, stale wads of cheese in thin soggy coating, the floor is always sticky with soda and ketchup, the workers are usually rude and they almost always screw up an order. My 4 year old could put out burgers faster than this location! These people want 15 bucks an hr and can't even take a simple order, 2 happy meals 1 chicken nugget 1 cheeseburger. This McDonald's is hit or miss. Sometimes I receive awesome service. Sometimes I receive horrible service. It all depends on the day. Usually the mornings are better service wise from my experience. Now I know fast food is all about how quickly you can get the customer in and out and that is even more prevalent in the drive-thru which I frequent at this McDonald's. With that said I don't want to pull off to the side because you want to fake the numbers. So what if I ordered something special or maybe placed a big order. It's not like I'm ordering for 20 people. For that I would expect to pull off to the side. But for 1-2 people it's totally unacceptable. Maybe this is my own pet-peeve and it doesn't bother other people but when I see myself and the person behind me ushered to the special parking spots to wait for our orders during peek rush hours it makes me wonder what it taking so long. OK these spots are close to the drive-thru line and I'm constantly worried about hitting someone. I try to go early that's usually when the best service and the least likely I'll get sent to wait for my order. Accuracy wise, hit or miss again. Usually it's right but sometimes not. Oh and I have been missing straws. I don't know which chain started (and it now perpetuating) putting the straw in the bag but I wish they would stop. Is it so hard to hand the straw with the drink? This place is really skanky. I've come a number of times Tuesday around 5pm and the place is a mess. Yea someone is cleaning but not sure what. Tables have trash all over, bathrooms really smell bad of urine. Drink area is filthy. Flies hanging around. The owners must not care or are not involved with this location. This place is so slow. Don't know if they are under staffed or not well trained. Drive thru takes any where from 10 to 15 minutes most of the time unless you catch it when they are slow. Asked for mocha frappe with no whipped cream and small frys. It was obvious that they didn't pay attention to the order and put whipped cream on it then scooped it off leaving some still there. Also the drink was about an inch short from the top of the cup. When I was handed the frappe i had to ask for napkins because they had spilled frappe all over the outside of the cup. Sticky mess. The fry's were cold. I'm just going to give up going to this location even though the next closest McDonald's is farther away. read more

David provides quality service at a McDonald's very nice man. This particular McDonald's has a nice playplace as well as a clean interior. The service is fast as it should be for fast food. The employees regularly clean the area and patrol. During the rush hour, the difference in quality drops and the food is poorly made,but it is a McDonald's so I didn't expect much. Been going here for years, at once a year because I need a year to recover from the wrong that they did to me the first time...yeah don't know why I kept going back, they never get my order right, so disappointing. But then that's why I go in with very low expectations. So the last time I was there, my daughter and I wanted pancakes and hash browns. McD's has the best hash browns!! I replied 'well, no one called our number?' They all looked at each other. (O-KAY!) I've notice other locations, call your number or even your order, this place does not. Maybe because it's in Santa Ana? The employees got more pride in their work, it shows. I take the trays back to the table, my daughter and I are starving at this time. We looked at her food and they had placed the bacon and sausage in its own container! Wow, very cool. I had extra bacon and sausage :) There was utensils, butter, syrup, and strawberry jelly packets. We started thinking,OMG they got it right? We both start to get really happy... however it didn't take long to realize, there was no hash browns? Really? What happened? I'm so exhausted. I went back to the counter with the food, and told them that the has browns were missing. The kid at the counter, apologized and fetch us two has has browns. This review is for this location only! This McDonalds is always very clean and the staff is always prety helpful and cheery which is not always the case with McDonalds. This location has never messed up anything I've ordered and have always been right on. The bathrooms are clean and the condiment area is always clean and fully supplied with napkins, etc. This location also has never hassled me for the $.11 for extra sauces, etc. which I've always believed to be so tacky!!! I don't know how this McDonald's somehow manages to mess up at least one thing every time we go there. This time of course was no different. The restaurant was slow (10pm) so no excuse there. First we were missing a bag of food, even though all 3 (2 of them were not so "Happy Meals") of the bags were right next to each other on the counter. Then as we pulled off we realize that we didn't have straws for our drinks. So if that wasn't enough my son found a long hair wrapped around one of his frys! We were soooo disgusted. It is my first time here at this location. I just discovered this place since it was my first semester here at Cypress, which is near by. Your typical Mcdonalds place. I went with another 5 friends of mine for lunch. The service was fast and the cashier is very polite. I did notice the wrong button on drinking counter as last review said. Would have give them three-star rating, but remember how 3 Big Macs and Large chips have saved us from starving this afternoon. They deserve another star. read more

Quality of food has gone WAY down. I ordered some nuggets, fries, and a big mac. The fries tasted like they've been sitting for at least half an hour. The big mac and nuggets were SO dry, I literally lost my appetite. It feels like they gave me a big mac that had been sitting on the heating plate from a previous order that never went out and the nuggets tasted like they made a batch at the top of the hour and couldn't be bothered to make new ones. I understand it being fast food but I'd rather wait longer for fresher food than receive the nasty food given to me. Corporate needs to be called on them. read more

It's as good as any other McDonald's and just like any other McDonald's, I'm pretty sure it's a hit or miss. The drive thru in the morning is fairly efficient and they've yet to mess up my order. I've been here a few times during the day and the drive thru was still pretty quick. The food is on par with other McDonald's locations. I've been to worse locations. read more

An incident happened where I placed an order through the app, I checked in at the mobile spot, waited over 20 minutes and no order so I ended up going inside. Was told someone just went to deliver my order. No apology from the manager or the employee. Having a 30 minute lunch i had to rush out of there and barely made it back to work. Just about every time I go to this McDonald's they screw up my order, I ordered and was charged for a Bacon Quarter pounder with cheese meal. The grill slip on the box said quarter cheese with bacon. Bad customer service. They offer to spin the wheel to win free food if you take their survey. I took their survey and came back during breakfast time and was told it's only valid during lunch.
