I feel like this location stole from me. They ripped me off to say the least. I came in close to closing maybe 3-4 minutes before hand and placed my order of 2 ten nugget meals. I was charged for this order full price and when I got home one of the "10 mcnugget" boxes was filled with 3 chocolate chip cookies... no nuggets whatsoever. In addition, this box was under the box with actual nuggets, under my fries, napkins and condiments. The evidence suggests they were trying to get me out of the drive through because it was closing, instead of either cooking more nuggets or just telling me that they only had 10 on hand (which I would've preferred). Instead they deceived me and over charged me for something that they did not give me, and let me drive away without it. I called customer service the following day, and returned to the store where, sure I got refunded for the 10 nuggets, but was told that this May have been done to not have leftover food after closing. Probably the 2nd time I've been to this location; will say that having gone to many different McDonalds in the Orange County and in the Inland Empire area that is seems to be one of the more efficiently run takeout locations; I was in the area on a very busy Saturday morning and was impressed by how smoothly Breakfast was being served! The food was good, as always, but this location was noticeably messy--even for a fast-food restaurant. What stood out most during our visit was how high school students were treated. When we arrived, the restaurant was full of teens, creating a lively and positive atmosphere. We later saw them being asked to leave and initially assumed there had been some disruptive behavior. However, shortly after, a small group of high school students came in, ordered their food, sat down, and quietly ate. Despite minding their own business, they were also approached and asked to leave. This led me to believe that high school students are not allowed to dine in, only to order food. As a parent, this is disappointing. A restaurant that markets itself as family-friendly and geared toward children should also be willing to provide a safe and welcoming place for young adolescents to sit and enjoy their meal. read more

Took my grandson to this location for some Happy Meal action. I had a very disappointing experience, especially in comparison to other McDonald's locations. I'm old school n prefer counter service, but I was coerced to use the kiosk against my better judgement. My order had multiple inaccuracies, n they were not on me. No available napkins n trying to get napkins to clean a dirty table was liking pulling teeth n I thought I was going to be charged for the napkins, since my napkin request was highly scrutinized. A fair amount of trash was piled up n not many friendly faces. Normally, I would empathize with the under paid service workers, but food workers are now making at least $20.00 per hour. The food was typical McDonald's fare n I have no quarrel with the food. My complaint is the experience, which is not typical with other McDonald's experiences. Please do better! read more

Just adding to the list of dissapointed guests on here. Went in on a Thursday night at 8:55pm and the worker slammed the door shut as if to tell me they were closed. Ordered food and took it home. There's a lady that works here and she's Filipino. One of the supervisors or managers. Very rude and disrespectful to her coworkers. Plus she complains so much every time I go here to order. This is the most depressing McDonald's ever, and terrible service as well. McDonald's used to be a happy, colorful place, now it's sterile, dark, dirty and just unpleasant. No one is ever at the counter, 4 people in the back will literally look at you and ignore you standing there. Hash browns for dayssss! I can't get enough of McDonalds hash browns. They are the best. Anyone who is big on breakfast will tell you that they have the best hash browns. They are fried with the right amount of grease. I came here for some hash browns and drinks. I got a couple hash browns, an orange juice, two pies and a cup of water. Everything was tasty. This appears to be the new look that McDonald's is going for. Not quite sure I am a fan. As soon as you walk in the lobby is almost cut in half from what it normally is. The one thing that you will notice is the drink station is gone, which we've heard about McDonald's eliminating for sometime. This was to reduce food cost, the next thing you will notice is instead of a row of ordertakers there are now a couple of kiosk and only two registers put closely together. I am sure this is to reduce labor cost. You cannot even see into the kitchen, unless you're looking around the wall. It's almost as if they're trying to hide the food production. If you take a look out into the dining room it almost looks futuristic/ sterile. Also, if your kids used to like playing in the ball pit, that is a thing of the past. I'm not sure if McDonald's doesn't want customers to come in and they want to only funnel you through the drive-through or if you do come in you take your food to go. Not the McDonald's I'm used to. Now I hear they are changing the recipes to the burgers, particularly the Big Mac. Let's get to my actual order. Rather simple. I waited approximately three minutes for a cashier to come from the hidden depths behind the wall. My order was simple Big Mac combo make it large. With an unsweet tea. It took a little bit for me to get my order and it was wrong. When I took a drink of my tea, I got a full mouth of sugar from sweet tea. I was thinking OK maybe the cashier rang it in wrong, but she did it perfectly, it said right there on the ticket unsweet tea. So now they have nobody to blame but themselves for a goofed up order. At least when they had a drink station, it was up to the customers to get their own drinks. Not sure if they still offer drink refills or if that's a thing of the past also. My fries were cold and my burger appear to be freshly made. So if you were looking at it 66% of my order was wrong or inadequate. Wrong drink, cold fries. It's going to be very interesting to see what the new burgers taste like and the new recipes that they are talking about changing for their Big Mac and other burgers. Filthy dirty dining area, 1 other family was eating inside, the drive thru had a couple cars. Won't take order at counter. There is no excuse that their dining area was this disgusting. Trash and food was everywhere on the floor. The entire time we were there eating no one from behind the counter came out to clean up. To use the restroom we had to step over French fries, sauces and trash. Out table was filthy we had to wash it. These pictures will be going to corporate and I will be filing a complaint against this facility with them. If they can't keep it clean, they shouldn't be open. I know I am not alone on this one. First they stop frying the pies. Then they take away HI C orange only to bring it back. Now, the white drink cups are gone. Replaced by plastic cups. One thing that made Mc Ds so good was their coke. It tasted different. Now it tastes different but not different good in their new cups. This particular drive thru is the only entrance after 7:00pm. The doors are locked and your only hope for the Mc Ds run is thru the drive thru. It is hit or miss for a line. Definitely a much shorter line compared to other nearby Mc. Ds. Service is friendly and I'm greeted by my name. My order is usually the same depending on the offers on the App. Usually a new and improved double cheeseburger. The buns are better and grilled onions are actually grilled. Paired with fries an occasional pie/cookie and a large coke extra ice. That coke though, just doesn't do it for me anymore. It was all about the cup. Mc Griddles and iced coffee is yummy. Not a huge fan of the cold brew. Their once in a while $2.00 iced espresso drinks are worth it. I know McDs is just McDs. It used to be a once in a while close to never stop as a kid. I still will order the Happy Meals and toss the toys in my treasure box at work. But please, bring those cups back.
