I know I am not alone on this one. First they stop frying the pies. Then they take away HI C orange only to bring it back. Now, the white drink cups are gone. Replaced by plastic cups. One thing that made Mc Ds so good was their coke. It tasted different. Now it tastes different but not different good in their new cups. This particular drive thru is the only entrance after 7:00pm. The doors are locked and your only hope for the Mc Ds run is thru the drive thru. It is hit or miss for a line. Definitely a much shorter line compared to other nearby Mc. Ds. Service is friendly and I'm greeted by my name. My order is usually the same depending on the offers on the App. Usually a new and improved double cheeseburger. The buns are better and grilled onions are actually grilled. Paired with fries an occasional pie/cookie and a large coke extra ice. That coke though, just doesn't do it for me anymore. It was all about the cup. Mc Griddles and iced coffee is yummy. Not a huge fan of the cold brew. Their once in a while $2.00 iced espresso drinks are worth it. I know McDs is just McDs. It used to be a once in a while close to never stop as a kid. I still will order the Happy Meals and toss the toys in my treasure box at work. But please, bring those cups back. I'd gladly pay for a glass cup. read more

Filthy dirty dining area, 1 other family was eating inside, the drive thru had a couple cars. Won't take order at counter. There is no excuse that their dining area was this disgusting. Trash and food was everywhere on the floor. The entire time we were there eating no one from behind the counter came out to clean up. To use the restroom we had to step over French fries, sauces and trash. Out table was filthy we had to wash it. These pictures will be going to corporate and I will be filing a complaint against this facility with them. If they can't keep it clean, they shouldn't be open. I'm also filing a complaint with the city of Cypress and the health department. I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. read more

This place has some trash service !! I just came back from this location after me & my coworker just spent $36/$37 dollars here !! I asked if I could get barbecue and ketchup and was giving only 2 barbecue and 3 ketchups , Got off after exiting the drive through and went inside to ask for more and was met with a rude skonka manager , saying that she could only give me 2 more and then I will be charged for more !! Horrible service! I bought food and a woman (the manager?) told me after I already had paid that I can't eat inside. I asked why politely considering I had already paid for my food. They said they were refusing service to students. Confused I asked why they are refusing service after I already had paid for my order. Considering I was with my younger brother and we already paid I refused to leave and told her we would leave after we were done eating. We were not disrespectful in any way shape or matter. We were polite about the situation and we were not disturbing anyone. We did what everyone does, ate our food and left. We left our space clean and we were no where near loud. We went again on a different day and the same manager? Told someone to tell us we were not welcome. Again after I had already ordered. I asked why and the worker said due to the incident prior. The manager was rude and disrespectful demanding us to leave. I said that if I am paying for my meal and not disturbing anyone why should I leave? I am very upset with the situation. Horrible service. You would think this would be a clean McDonald's since it's located in Cypress. This is the 3rd visit, thinking they would turn things around. You have to order from the kiosk, there was an option for pickup order only and not dine in. Napkins were completely empty and straws. Beverage area was messy. Employees fail to help out customers having a hard time ordering from the kiosk. I ordered a fish filet it tasted like it was refried. Jumping on the negative review bandwagon our experience has to do with the specialty coffee area. I'm not sure why this section even exists as they never have what they supposedly offer. All the expensive advertising in the world doesn't mean a thing if they can't actually serve it. By the way, often various Dunkin's have this issue as well. Anyway, the staff does that "smile while explaining" thing as they come up with every story in the book as to why said beverage is unavailable. Usually it has to do with a machine not working. The people here are utter MORONS!!! I keep giving them chance after chance, but I've finally had enough and I won't be back. They NEVER, EVER get your order right (and they're not custom orders, just simple things like a steak egg and cheese bagel - number 11, and they give you a sausage egg and cheese bagel, or a bacon egg and cheese bagel). Even though I repeat myself when ordering (in the drive through) and I again ask at the cashier window to be sure it's correct, and then I ask AGAIN when picking up my food if it's the steak egg and cheese bagel, and I drive away and look, only to find it's wrong. So you may be saying I should instead walk in, so I did that as well (multiple times) and I used their kiosk, place my order and I even photograph the order to show what I ordered and... you guessed it, they bring out the wrong order... To make matters worse, I just came back through the drive through, waited the 10 minutes to get through, told them the error, then pulled up to the second window and I'm asked to drive forward to the mobile pick up so (get this) THEY CAN MAKE IT FRESH!!!!! Does that mean the last one they gave me (the wrong one) wasn't fresh???? Are you kidding me. Now here I sit, waiting (so far I've waited 15 minutes, and I was able to write this review in its entirety) to wait for them to make it fresh!!! This is the last time I'll ever come to this McDonald's for sure!!!! I just received my correct food and it only took them 23 minutes!!! I was waiting at the counter about 20 seconds when a young female employee asked if I was ready to order. I said I was. She has the audacity to tell me to use the kiosk. What? Are you kidding me? You make 20 bucks an hour and can't take my order. It takes longer using the kiosk on top of that I waited almost 15 minutes to get my order. It was 1:22 pm. Lunch rush was over. I was the only one ordering. 20 bucks an hour, I shouldn't have to use a darn kiosk. This younger generation is so lazy. It's pathetic. McDonald's get rid of them kiosks you're enabling our youth. Service is extremely slow. I don't think is because of the staff, but they are understaffed. Shame on management for making this guys work twice as hard. There are no self refills so you have to wait for the staff to do this for you. Took me about 5-7 minutes just waiting to get my refill.
