Slowest fucking McDonald's ever every time I place an order I get sent to the extra spot to wait forever

Brianna the manager is horrible leader. She refused to help ppl who don't want or know how to use the kiosk!!! Why are they forcing customers to use it. Accord to skeleton there isn't enough ppl to man the register yet pale looking manager talks talks talks talks when she could help ppl. This is based on 2 separate visits. 1st visit ordered mobile curbside. I had a sleeping baby and didn't want to be stuck in drive thru. Ordered and waited. No bigs. On the order I asked for 2 bbq sauce and 2 sweet and sour. Staff brought it to my car and I let her know they were missing. She asked me to double check and I showed her. She got upset, cussed and said of course indont have them and walks away. I wasn't sure what was going on. She came back, handed the sauces and I said thank you. Walked away in a pissed off mood. Older white lady. 2nd visit today. Its the happy meal pail release and I went through the drive thru. I asked the employee if I could have 3 happy meals with the different characters. She said ok. Perfect. Get tonthe window and got all ghosts. I wasn't upset but the manager explained they only got ghost so I let her know the drive thru order taker said I could get all 3. read more

Beware! They will take your drive thru order and then make you wait in the parking spots for another 15-20 minutes for basic orders. They do this to whip their drive thru times when they are busy. This is not the only McDonalds or fast food place that does this but the problem here is you pull up and think the drive thru is empty and it will be fast but once you turn the corner to pay you see they have all the parking sports full of cars ahead of you waiting for their food. Then you'll see cars that get there after you get their food at the window and go and your stuck there waiting for your food because they will give those cars your food instead of making them wait just like you. Again, they do this to whip their drive thru numbers. What do they care? You already paid and they got you out of their drive thru fast so they met their metric so now you can wait however long it takes them to get you your order. If you are coming here I suggest you order via the app 15-20 minutes before and check in via the app before you arrive so that way your food will be ready by the time you get here or soon after. Also MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER. I have had missing things like bacon or English muffins or hash browns from their deluxe breakfast meals. Finally I honestly think that the neither the owners or McDonald care about their service. So I doubt anything will change here. I mean look at how they converted all of their locations to self service with minimal staff. Don't get me wrong I have no problem using their kiosk but not everyone is able to use them and good luck getting the attention of someone in the kitchen if you need help. Drive further down to the one off Valley View and Chapman, at least the workers there seem to be nicer. read more

I like this McDonald's because it is the closest one to my house and it is convenient. However, what I don't like is that they often get orders wrong. No matter how simple your order is, they will still get it wrong. For example, I was at the drive-thru and I ordered just 2 items on the menu, 1 large fries and 1 medium caramel frappe. I order at the speaker and I get to the delivery window and the male employee hands me the 1 large fries and 1 medium iced coffee. I let the male employee know I ordered a caramel frappe not an iced coffee and he tells his supervisor (Hispanic lady about 5'4 in her 20's with semi long brown hair) that I didn't want the iced coffee because I ordered a caramel frappe. She comes to the window and looks at me all confused and asked me why I want the caramel frappe instead of the iced coffee??? I explained to her that I didn't order an iced coffee, I ordered a caramel frappe. She then glares at me, rolls her eyes, turns her back towards me and walks away from the window. Wow how professional! (sarcasm) I don't know where the dispatcher got iced coffee from in the first place when I clearly said caramel frappe....?? The male employee did end up giving me the caramel frappe because that was what I ordered after all. Second example, there were 2 separate occasions where I went to the drive-thru and noticed parts of my order were missing after they were handed to me. So both times I had to park my car and go inside the restaurant to retrieve the rest of my order. I read other customer reviews about how orders are consistently messed up at this location, so I guess this has been an ongoing issue? Yeah it gets annoying after a while and that female supervisor should not work customer service if she gets irritated that easily. read more

Went there at 1pm on a weekday and the drive thru was packed. Both lanes. Cool, that means I'll get fresh fries at least. Waited 20 minutes for my McRib meal and went back to work. When i sat down to eat i realized there was hardly any sauce on the McRib. A dry McRib is not exactly delicious. The fries were just straight up garbage. I think if i dug through the dumpster out back the fries in there might be better. They were stale and maybe double fried? No clue how with all those cars and people inside ordering food they still managed to give me shit fries. A large size too. I ended up throwing out about 80% of them. I just felt shitty after that. If that's what this McDonald's is going for then you did it, chief. The service was fine and they didn't put pickles on it, so that part was acceptable. The food sucked. read more

I had breakfast here this morning for a fast convenience. I used live near here and now i work outside this area. So it was awesome to have my egg sausage Mcmuffin as a treat of my diet lol. Unbelievably bad service. Assuming they are short staffed or cutting corners as you can't get anyone to help if needed. Came in with four kids, two adults and ordered almost $50 worth of food and they gave me three napkins and two packets of ketchup. Almost every table was dirty. Horrible experience. I won't be back to this location again and urge you to go to a different McDonald's. read more

Horrible morning staff!!! If you ask for a CUP OF WATER without ordering it they will have you park to wait for it! So don't forget to order it lol Long wait times to order via drive-thru even if you're the only car waiting !! According to the cashier she was the only one taking orders for both windows so I had to wait because she had to repeat the order back to the order client and wait for him to pay. No humans to order from. Kiosk takes too much time to order fiddling around with buttons. Then it says to take a table tent which are not near the kiosks but behind the registers. What am I supposed to go behind the registers and get a (expletive) table tent! There are no napkins anywhere. McDonald's is going down the toilet. Watch out!! I called in about the crocs and asked if the new ones were in at this location. Told me they have crocs 5 in. Ordered them after that conversation and I was literally there 5 minutes after . Picked up ordered and found out crocs 3 was given to me after I was told crocs 5 was in. Had quite a rude experience this morning in the drive thru. This location usually opens at 5AM weekdays. We pulled in at about 5:35AM and were greeted by the electronic message in the order box. We noticed a car in the lane next to us had pulled forward and waited for someone figuring we were next to order. But then, silence. No answer after about 2 more minutes. Meanwhile, an employee came out to the area to post up signs about their Happy Meal toys, but he never acknowledged us. So we pulled forward to find cones blocking the remaining side of the drive thru driveway. You can't see these from view of the entry way unless you go all the way past the corner to turn, mind you. Guessing that maybe they weren't ready to take drive thru orders just yet, we pulled up to the last window and saw workers inside. We caught the attention of someone making coffee and she just turned away and ignored us. Then we pulled up in to the parking area to see if we could order inside, and noticed other people parking and pulling up to see what's going on. An employee who had the door ajar then decided to come out and lock the door as I called out and asked if they were open. She replied that they don't open until 6. I asked if their regular hours change, "We're doing something inside" then just turned back inside and shut the door. We could not believe how rude twice this employee was, and the fact that the other employee who was posting signs by the drive thru order box couldn't bother to say something either, even as more cars began to pull in. And the lady who came to the door was the same one who saw us near the drive thru pick up window. She could've came to the window to tell us they were still closed for whatever reason. I went to this McDonald's yesterday for lunch. After eating a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder with cheese, I became very ill. I know it was from the food because this is all I ate for the day. Today, the day after eating their food, I'm very ill with severe stomach issues that have made me a frequent visitor in the restroom. This McDonald's has been going down hill for at least 3 years and now it's worse than ever. Please, really consider another McDonald's location instead of this location. read more

Went inside to order breakfast, 2 kids in tow. They said "no table service, we'll call your number", so there's a ton of people standing by the door waiting for their food since everything's backed up. A sign that it's a big wait. We waited 20mins, kids crying by now, and then our number disapeared from the serving display board. They cancelled our order out of the blue after waiting. I had to wait in line again and complain to get the food I paid and waited for. They gave me extra food as a sorry but I would still highly reccomend going to a different location. It's absolutely nonsense that you have 6 cars in pick up slots because you don't have enough of a workforce to serve efficiently. We shouldn't have to go and wait while you're keeping your OTW time "down". You're gaming your number and your customers are the one's who suffer. I've been out here for over 10 minutes because of ordering 2 apple pies. Tell me at the ordering box that they're not ready and I'll have to wait an extended time frame if I want them. It's okay to do that and front load your customer. Offer me that customer service instead of wanting my money, you having good metrics, and me waiting an outrageous amount of time for my order. Over the last couple of my visits I've been directed to park in the reserved spaces after getting up to the window to receive my food, not a big deal. I would understand the reasoning if I had ordered for a family worth but for a 10 piece nugget meal or happy meal???? That's ridiculous Numerous times I've been directed to park in the reserved spaces where I'm left & forgotten by your employees. I don't feel I'm the only one who's experiencing this problem as I've heard cars honking to be attended to while parked in the reserved spaces LOL. It's one thing to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes but to wait another 10-15 in a reserved space only for the employees to forget that you were waiting?!?!! Management could definitely do a MUCH greater job at providing an organized workplace or training their employees to be more attentive. I'm not a frequent McDonald's customer but was starving today and needed to drive through some food. I've been here probably 3 times in the last year and have never complained, although similar mistakes happen every time. They forgot my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese! Lol.
