If you're looking for a 50/50 chance of enjoying your meal or getting your meal out correctly this is the spot to go! I'm typically not one to make complaints but I feel this is more then necessary. Over the last couple of my visits I've been directed to park in the reserved spaces after getting up to the window to receive my food, not a big deal. I would understand the reasoning if I had ordered for a family worth but for a 10 piece nugget meal or happy meal???? That's ridiculous Numerous times I've been directed to park in the reserved spaces where I'm left & forgotten by your employees. I don't feel I'm the only one who's experiencing this problem as I've heard cars honking to be attended to while parked in the reserved spaces LOL. It's one thing to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes but to wait another 10-15 in a reserved space only for the employees to forget that you were waiting?!?!! Management could definitely do a MUCH greater job at providing an organized workplace or training their employees to be more attentive. No humans to order from. Kiosk takes too much time to order fiddling around with buttons. Then it says to take a table tent which are not near the kiosks but behind the registers. Had quite a rude experience this morning in the drive thru. This location usually opens at 5AM weekdays. We pulled in at about 5:35AM and were greeted by the electronic message in the order box. We noticed a car in the lane next to us had pulled forward and waited for someone figuring we were next to order. But then, silence. No answer after about 2 more minutes. Meanwhile, an employee came out to the area to post up signs about their Happy Meal toys, but he never acknowledged us. So we pulled forward to find cones blocking the remaining side of the drive thru driveway. You can't see these from view of the entry way unless you go all the way past the corner to turn, mind you. Guessing that maybe they weren't ready to take drive thru orders just yet, we pulled up to the last window and saw workers inside. We caught the attention of someone making coffee and she just turned away and ignored us. Then we pulled up in to the parking area to see if we could order inside, and noticed other people parking and pulling up to see what's going on. An employee who had the door ajar then decided to come out and lock the door as I called out and asked if they were open. She replied that they don't open until 6. I asked if their regular hours change, "We're doing something inside" then just turned back inside and shut the door. We could not believe how rude twice this employee was, and the fact that the other employee who was posting signs by the drive thru order box couldn't bother to say something either, even as more cars began to pull in. And the lady who came to the door was the same one who saw us near the drive thru pick up window. She could've came to the window to tell us they were still closed for whatever reason. However I would like to acknowledge the customer service tonight. 5/1 went through the drive thru and the first worker was a young man with painted finger nails, he was very nice, sweet and had great manors. I ordered online for some spicy chicken nuggets and fries. I specifically ordered some hot Mustard and sweet and sour sauce. I arrived to pick up my order. I tell them my order number and they print me a receipt. and while I was in the drive thru waiting, the manager comes up to me and yells at me as l'm about to drive to the next window. "ma'm can i see you receipt?" I show her and she says That the items i have paid for is not at their location. And that i cannot have my food. And I must pay for them. AGAIN. i tell her i already did and she says no, and I have to go to a different location. I ask her where can I go instead, And she says "idk , just not here" So i end up paying online and in person. And i drive home quickly because i was upset. To my dismay I found totally wrong sauces. It's absolutely nonsense that you have 6 cars in pick up slots because you don't have enough of a workforce to serve efficiently. We shouldn't have to go and wait while you're keeping your OTW time "down". You're gaming your number and your customers are the one's who suffer. I've been out here for over 10 minutes because of ordering 2 apple pies. Tell me at the ordering box that they're not ready and I'll have to wait an extended time frame if I want them. It's okay to do that and front load your customer. Offer me that customer service instead of wanting my money, you having good metrics, and me waiting an outrageous amount of time for my order. This location does a Teacher's night where a portion of the proceeds goes to a local school. On these nights you will see teachers/families/students standing near the road with signs trying to get people to stop in to eat. Very cool and not something you normally see from McDonald's franchise owners. This alone earns 5 stars in my book. This location also has the double drive thru and it moves pretty quick. I've been to other locations where the drive thru was slower because of the split drive thru but this one is doing something right. Even during the lunch rush you can get through quite fast. The food is standard McDonald's, so if you're coming here you already know how good the food is. No reason to report on that really, so come to this location to support a location that cares about it's community and schools! Props McDonalds :) read more

For what ever reason they keep the doors locked during business hours. This has been such a pain in the rear. When you order thru the app they don't make it until you arrive and then then without fail they screw the order up. Also they have the dual drive thru lanes and inevitably one lane is always closed.
